When I first met Ryan Haislar at a conference for IT professionals, I was used to meeting with people who have had less than 10 years of experience. I was amazed when I found out that he has 22. C O M M U N i C A T I O N; or should I say, lack thereof. TERRIBLE. Only give them a piece of your equipment if you wont need it for a couple weeks. Initially said 3 days, went into 2 weeks. No calls unless I called them. Frustrating to say the least.

The Owner is a rude disrespectful prick and talks to you like youre an idiot even though he cant even answer a question about computers. I spent over 300 dollars there on my computer and it is still acting up. Screw that place.

I have a few retail stores where about half of our business is rentals. We had to move around some of our computers and upgrade our rental program all at the same time. Everything stopped working and we actually had to close our store because we couldnt rent anything without our program working. We called our previous computer guy MANY times and could not get him to help us for 3 days. In a panic I called Computerease and they had someone out in an hour and a half. And, it only took him 2 hours to get everything back up and working. We were back in business the next morning. I cant thank them enough for a quick response when I really needed it. I have also had them do work at one of my other stores and they did a great job there as well.

Worst customer service ive ever received, i will tell all future people owner is a prick and doesnt even answer your questions. i was actually hung up on.
