Chris was prompt and the work was done quickly and very well. This is the second time ive used C.C. and would definitely go back to them again.

We had a great experience with CC Tree Experts - they removed three large trees and their respective stumps from our property in August 2020. The owner of the company, Chris Cochran, was punctual, responsive, highly knowledgeable, and focused on providing good customer service.Chris proposed a competitive price, including options to have the stumps removed, with the work to take place within 2 to 3 weeks. Chris did not want any money up front, and said he would only accept payment after the job was completed to our satisfaction. On the day the work was scheduled to begin, Chris arrived at 8:00AM and introduced me to his crew. The crew was very polite and kept us informed throughout the job, which took several days to complete due to stormy weather. The crew was punctual and professional, and treated our property with care, using a shield when grinding stumps to avoid projectile missiles, and laying down plywood when operating machinery on the yard. Chris came back on the last day as the job was winding down to make sure everything looked good and met our expectations. The cleanup job was great, and the yard looked immaculate when they were done, other than some gouges from heavy tree branches falling on the yard. All in all, we were very pleased with the work and would definitely use CC Tree Experts again in the future - in fact, weve already recommended them to several neighbors and friends who need tree work done.

Chris @ CC responded quickly to my estimate request, came out to estimate quickly, and his crew came out as soon as time allowed to perform the work.The workers did a great job of removing the trees, grinding the stumps, and cleaning up. I was impressed with the time they took to setup & remove equipment in a way that minimized any damage to my lawn.Chris is very responsive and good to work with. I am glad I went with CC!

Chris and his team knocked out our project very quickly and for a reasonable price. All challenges were dealt with professionally and communication was excellent. I will be using CC Tree again and I recommend calling them if you have any tree work that needs done.

My next door neighbor used C.C. Tree Experts to remove a large oak. I had initially called them to do some small tree work in my yard and then instead the oak tree job was done. I was pressured to do my Dogwood trees at the same time and was told it wasnt worth it to him to come out at a later date to do my trees so I then decided not to use C.C.Tree Experts. My driveway needed to be used in order to access the oak tree. I voiced my concerns to Chris {Cochran) that the driveway, which already had a small surface crack in it, could be damaged considerably when the bucket truck was on it. He repeatedly brushed aside my concerns with an offhanded comment that they do this all the time. Im sure they do. However, I am the homeowner and my concerns were legitimate. Once again, on the morning of the job, I warned Chris again about the driveway and he impatiently had his guys lay down some thin plywood on the compromised area of my driveway for the truck to drive onto. At the time I was appreciative, thinking he was finally listening and the plywood might possible help. It did not, he was not and I found out later that plywood laid down by tree people for this purpose is required to be a certain thickness which Chriss plywood certainly was not. The plywood Chris used was very thin and moved when the truck came onto it. Ive seen bucket trucks before but this one was huge and barely fit into my driveway. Needless to say, the truck caused significant damage exactly like I said it might. I dont know how else they could have accessed the tree but the least Chris could have done was to be responsible for the damage. He was not. He responded to my email (never answered my calls) denying that any damage occurred. The driveway now had a very significant crack, actually two cracks clear through to the earth beneath. I tested it (stepped very carefully on a part of it) to check the extent of damage and the cement would actually rock. I now had not only an expensive repair job but a safety hazard as well. The tree work was done in late summer but I waited to give this review to avoid giving an angry or unfair one. Of course I had to file a claim with my HO. Anyone who owns their own home knows the negative effects this has on your premium! Im still upset but like they say, live and learn. This review is about Chriss lack of professionalism and also his negligence in taking responsibility for the damage that his bucket truck caused. Be careful with this company.

We had a row of bushes removed and tree trimming done. The owner, Chris, replied to my request for a quote immediately, gave me the quote the same day, and had his crew out within a few days. He was extremely nice and professional. The crew was here early and worked quickly and did high quality work. Im happy with the result and would work with this company again.

Have used Chris and his team multiples times over the past 8 years and every time it has been a pleasure! Many of the older trees in my neighborhood are dying off. CC Tree Experts prices are reasonable, they wont over sell you, and the crews work is quick and professional. Hands down would recommend and use again, the only problem for Chris is that were running out of trees!!!

We had a large tree removed today by C.C. Tree Experts. The tree was in a location that was difficult to access and required a crane. They completed the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up the area afterwards. It was done at a very fair price as well. I would definitely recommend them to others and would hire them again if needed!

Be very very careful with these people. They did a neighbors property and illegally cut branches from trees well within our property line after telling us that they were only going to prune a few branches at the property line. When I made the reasonable request that if work needed to be done on my trees, that I wanted to be notified first, the owner got defensive and rude. Wow.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up two old holly trees. This is the 2nd time I used C & C Tree Experts and, like 5 years before, the experience and job were excellent. I reached out for a quote and within days Chris scheduled his crew for the job. They showed up on time, consulted with me, and got to work, very conscientious of our backyard and landscaping. They did a great job cutting about two to three feet off the trees and then shaping them. The 3 person crew left my yard looking better than before. Well use them again!
