I signed of for adopt a family ..no they did not have to help me at all ,called for about week to check up on the thing couldnt get in contact with anyone finally someone calls me back saying to come pick my things up and to bring a thank you card .I do as I was told when I get there they couldnt find my name in the computer ..I really think they gave me someone else things or just forgot about me and made a quick bag bag with two things a piece for my two girls and nothing for my son. I have spoke with a lot of people that received thing from them and even went in there with people who had huge bags of toys for there kids.I just feel as tho they forgot about me when I needed them the most.I just had a bad experience with them for them to be a place that help needed people but thanks anyway merry christmas

Work for them now and they are doing great things to help people. People who need help will get it there, takes time but we do help!
