Excellent customer service. I had a billing question I submitted on their website. They called me within 10 minutes and answered the question and resolved the billing issue . Great customer service in my opinion. They are also very friendly and professional when I visit the Collierville office. Highly recommend this dentist practice.

Very strange and terrible experience here. First off, I was asked to pay a $10 COVID fee by the hygienist who cleaned my teeth AFTER the cleaning. Talk about sheisty. That was the first red flag. When I said I was unaware of it before my appointment, she was very aggressive about getting this money from me regardless. The entire staff was rude and their x-rays and equipment were very outdated. The cleaning was ok, but the flossing was rough, almost like she was mad. A dentist proceeded to talk to me at the end and told me my filling was cracked. Not true! I was very unhappy with the experience and called to cancel my follow up appointment. She asked me why I wanted to cancel and I was honest about the weird fees and general experience. She kept trying to convince me I shouldnt feel upset about the experience, but failed to provide any solace or address the strange fees. She kept saying that all dentists are charging these fees. Liessss. I called 3 other places when I left and none were charging a COVID fee. This place is dishonest and lacks professionalism. On top of that, they billed my insurance 3 times the cost that my wife paid, who had the exact same x-rays and cleaning. This place is shady. Stay away!

My kids & grandmother love this place!! We take the whole family to Dr. Thames office in Collierville. They are so good to accommodate us all by making sure my elderly grandmother is comfortable at all times and entertaining my kids with TVs in the rooms! Which means I can also relax in their massaging chairs while getting my teeth done! :)

Thames Family Dentistry not only takes care of all my teeth issues but they also helped me with my insurance problems. Everyone has a smile that is just for you and these smiles always make my day better. I never dread going to the dentist when I am headed to Thames Family Dentistry. Very professional and very friendly folks. I do highly recommend Thames for any and all your dental needs or just to go in and say hi if you are in need of some positivity in your life.

Avoid, there a a lot of better alternatives, more professional and with better prices. Last month I took my mother because she had the typical tooth ache, once they finished the examination, they started to tell us a tall tale of diagnostic and obviously with a high price. Obviously we saw the lie, we left and ended going to one of the other dentists in the area, who has better equipment, and way more professional.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this place truly makes it a better experience. All the girls that work there are amazing and friendly. They have all the latest and greatest Technology and equipment. Dr Thames is the BOMB.

I had the best experience from the staff at this dentist office. They did everything to accommodate my and my nerves. No one likes going to the dentist of course but they make everything there so much better! I would recommend this Dentist office to anyone and everyone! Keep up the good work!!

Overall the place is nice and the dental hygienist and doctors seem professional and nice. However, I go to the dentist every 6 months and when I moved here from out of state and first went to Thames dentistry I was told I had 6 cavities... 6!!!!!!!! Well, I got 3 fixed and then decided to get 2 second opinions and both told me that I didnt have the other 3. HmmmmmEither these dentists are the greatest dentist to ever practice and can see what others cant, or theyre just out to make some moneyI choose to believe the latter... use caution!!

For not having gone to a dentist in almost a decade I went in knowing I would probably have a cavity or 6. They werent big cavities just small surface one between the teeth. The staff is friendly, the young male dentist does good work (only one that has worked on teeth) and it has all been relatively painless. No recurrent issues. All the 1 star reviews mustve been customer induced because Ive experience nothing but good service.

The best dental experience Ive ever had. The office is SO nice! The chairs heat and massage and there are TVs in all of the rooms. Everyone is very nice and informative. Dr. Thames is a great dentist. I actually am looking forward to my next visit now. Good job!

First dentist I have found since I was a child that really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth, gums, etc. Dr. Thames takes the time to not only explain why you need certain work, but also goes into detail to tell you exactly what is going to happen if you continue to neglect certain treatments. EXTREMELY pleased with the service of the office staff, and cant imagine there is a better Dentist in the city.

If you need a well done job from professionals, go to Thames Family Dentistry. It has a lot of friendly people. I recommend this place compared to any other dentist office. The people who work there do their best to take care of their patients.

Dr. Thames did extensive work on me. And while my time in the chair was long, I always felt attended to and was always comfortable. His staff was VERY efficient, and pleasant. No, I dont love going to the dentist, but Thames Family Dentistry gets five stars. If youve gotta be tortured, its good to be tortured by kind and friendly people.•The office staff are precious ladies who call me by name and bend over backwards to accommodate me.•The dentist is patient with anxious patients and works well with teens as well as adults.•I appreciate that TFD is open with pricing and gives me discounts because I pay cash (dont have dental insurance). They are always upfront about extra costs and dont tack them on without my permission. They also dont pressure me for additional services.•They are good people who offer high quality dental service. I do my regular 6 months visits there. Ive also had fillings, replacement fillings, and a crown.

Ive been going to Dr. Thames for over 3 yrs now and have no complaints. The staff are very friendly and the office is very comfortable. The drive is a little longer from Southaven than his old office in Olive Branch, but it is worth it when you trust someone for your care. I even enjoy going to the dentist now..if thats even possible. My hygienist is amazing and takes good care of me and if Im having a bad day, her smile makes my troubles go away...Thanks M!! .

We have received excellent dental care from Thames Family Dentistry. After going to another dentist for many years, we switched to Thames when they opened their Collierville office. The reason we changed was the digital x-rays that revealed that my daughter and I each had numerous small cavities that traditional film x-rays had missed!We are very pleased with the personal service, the flexibility of scheduling, and the FRIENDLINESS of the staff at this state of the art equipment at this dental office.My daughter has almost completed her Invisalign treatment.You wont be disappointed in the care you receive from Thames Family Dentistry!

Dont waste your time coming here. My husband had over $1000 of work done here and was told the dont prescribe pain medication for fillings. 4hours later he was complaining about pain and they might as well have said, Oh well. Very rude and unprofessional.

Ive been a patient of Dr Thames for almost 2 years now. The staff is always professional and efficient. Ive had invisalign for 6 months and my teeth have moved greatly in that short time period. I cant wait to see what my smile looks like when Ive compeleted it.

I tried out this dentist office after moving to Collierville. During my first exam I was told that all six of my old silver fillings needed to be replaced because my teeth were decaying and would start cracking away. Since my previous dentist never mentioned my old fillings, I got a second opinion. The second opinion said that my fillings are fine, there is no decay and no sign of damage. No reason to replace them.My wife also went here and was told that three of her composite fillings (the white ones) which were only 3 years old, needed to be replaced.One of my sons had a cap installed and it came off twice before we finally had it put on by another dentist and have had no other problems.I dont know if the dentist is incompetent or greedy or both but our family will never go back here.

I went in for a cleaning. I saw the female doctor who came in for 1 second and looked in my mouth with a mirror and didnt even probe around. Charged me for a full exam which didnt exist. I called to pay the bill and Stacy couldnt even be polite on the phone and hung up on me. I suppose good medical service and taking care of patients isnt part of their service plan.

The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and the dentist was awesome! What more can a girl ask for in a dentist?! HIGHLY recommend Thames Family Dentistry!

Ive been a patient for 10+ years and have had the opportunity to visit both the Collierville and Nettleton locations. Great environment and even better service!!! I definitely wouldnt go to another dentist!!!! And I am very pleased with my Invisalign!!!!
