Im not one to leave negative reviews, but people need to know about how this company chooses to do business. I purchased from Premier Glow and over 30% of the products either did not work, were broken/cracked, or had significant marring. Owner, Jeremy, stated there was no way possible for the defect rate to be so high and that I was being too picky. (A small representation of these defects are shown in the photos. Others were missing balls altogether or would not even light up or spin even with batteries being replaced! Would you accept those if you purchased them??) So, my staff and I took the time to video or photograph each defective item, which we should not have had to do. Even after this, he refused to issue a refund for over 10% of the defective products, imposed a 25% restocking fee even though it wasnt listed on the return policy page, and insisted that I pay to return all merchandise.Please, please, consider another company for your purchases! Very poor product quality and poor customer service. There are other companies out there with quality products they stand behind, good prices, and good customer service!

I ordered 24 light swords for party favors for my daughters birthday on a Sunday night. The swords arrived on Wednesday. The swords are great. The value cant be beat. I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be buying more items in the future.

Love this company. I spend $300 a year here for a neighborhood block party. Kids go crazy over the swords. Great customer service. Glad they finally added free shipping on larger orders.
