Went for a normal, routine oil change. Either they didn’t put enough oil in my car or none at all. It wasn’t until a couple weeks later I noticed due to my car making an awful sound — my car had no oil in it at all. Do not recommend. **My car had no issues before coming here.I did not have any leaks. My oil plug is in completely & my drip pan was/is clean

These gentlemen got me in and out very quickly! They were quite courteous and poised. I forgot they were located close to the dry cleaners I use. To make a long story short, I had a very good experience! For you, I am grateful!C. Turnage

These guys are the best!! This is the first time Ive ever seen how an oil change is supposed to be done. They ensured I knew what was being done and what was checked. Also, their teamwork to get everything done in record time was impressive. As a woman, sometimes it can be scary to get auto repairs/maintenance done without feelin like I was ripped off but these men really made me feel like I was in good hands.

Jamie, Caleb, and Spencer took care of me during my visit. I can’t get over how amazing the service was. As a female, I really dread going to get my oil changed. It honestly makes me cringe because I know I am going to be pressured into buying an air filter, additional service, etc. At take 5, that was simply not the case at all. The gentlemen were helpful and knowledgeable. Jamie I believe was his name showed me my air filter, cleaned it in front of me, and then also informed me on when I would need to replace it. They offered me their current promotion as a discount which was $13 off my oil change. The pricing was great but even if it was expensive I would return for the service alone. I can’t say enough things! You’ve got a new customer for life! Thank you for taking care of me! :)

These guys are awesome and impressive! The crew is very professional. Spencer and James are the guys who did my oil change today. I will be a return customer. They made sure the filter was right. They even replaced the oil plug because it was older one. Did fluid top off and tire air fill. Great business!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The employees go above and beyond thoroughly explaining and extra going over examining and explaining several aspects of your car.... its WAY MORE than just an oil change .... and they are super professional and extremely courteous. They do extra work basically for free.... they dont even charge u for an oil filter... its included in the price... they check tire pressure, windshield cleaning, and even changed our drain plug free of charge. I am definitely returning with all of my vehicles because they are GREAT!!

You just need to try them for yourself. They are very fast, thorough and do not try to upsell you on a bunch of overpriced unnecessary Xtras. Oil change on my truck IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES - approx $60... HAPPY HAPPY.

I had an awesome experience! I have a Mercedes and my oil changes usually takes hours at the dealership. I waited 15 minutes in my car and it took them only 15 minutes to complete the oil change while I sat on my phone. Easy convenient and efficient

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! Fast and reliable. Brennan was very knowledgeable on helping me choose the right oil. He was super nice and polite . Will make this the only place I go for service. They were $20 cheaper than I would pay at Vavoline.

I had an interesting experience during my first time getting an oil change at Take 5. When I pulled up to the bay where you receive your oil change, there was no one around. Then 4 employees all piled out of a parked vehicle smelling of marijuana, and had clearly been smoking weed on the job. The smell was so pungent that I thought I was going to get a contact high. So, does Take 5 stand for getting high for 5 minutes while you dont have any customers needing an oil change?

My experience was great overall i asked a lot of questions because i don’t know much about my car and every question was answered without hesitation not only that this one employee name joseph i remember his name because he was most helpful in answering the questions was very professional and very nice i will be coming back since i got my sticker !
