My 94 year old mother replaced her hearing aid at Memphis Audiology. The service was fantastic! The product is simple and reliable. Debi really knows the procedures and protocols of the business. Efficient, reliable, and very friendly, Debi is the face of customer service. Dr. Bell and all the doctors are highly trained, proficient in technology, possess empathy to the patients, and communicate well. My mother used a loaner until her new hearing aid arrived. We are scheduling our first service soon. The entire process is simple and easy. Just the way we like it!

My experience at Memphis Audiology was excellent. I had been to a couple of other Audiologists and Jessica Bell seemed to me to be the most knowledgeable. The state of the art sound booth she had invested in is very impressive. It certainly felt like I was in good hands. My mother was visiting Memphis and had trouble with her hearing aids. Her audiologist contacted Memphis Audiology to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful, servicing the hearing aids without charge. Dr. Bell and her assistant Ms. Harris were very helpful and clearly dedicated to helping people with their hearing issues. I highly recommend this practice.

First class office, staff and equipment! I was very impressed with the new ReSound hearing aids which I can adjust anytime with my iPhone. The tinnitus feature also reduced my level of noise on just the first day!

Omg there are so many great things I can say about this place, but I’ll start by saying Jessie Bell is an AWESOME Audiologist. Jessie saw me on 5/31/18 and discovered that I had a slight hearing loss after giving me a hearing test. She advised me to keep my ears clean and well protected at all times. I returned to her on 7/16/18 for another hearing exam and amazingly my hearing increased in my right ear by 5dB. I was in shock. Not only is she a great doctor she’s also very affordable. Only 50 dollars for a hearing exam for a patient wit no insurance. And behind every great doctor there is a great secretary Debi is amazing as well she makes sure that you notified and reminded of appointment date and time and greets you with the biggest smile ever she very nice. And last but not least Tonks is her Fog who also work there and she’s great. She greets you at the door and keep you company while you are waiting to see the doctor. I was in and out in less than 30 minuets. I can go on and on about my experience at Memphis Audiology but it better when you experience it for yourself.
