The staff is very professional greeting customers as they enter the facility offering assistance, listening to your request and acknowledging you if there is a wait. Management works with the staff performing all duties as well and thats a plus!

In December Kent printed a canvas for us - he worked diligently to make sure the image was what we wantedEach time I have returned to this store to ship items, the staff was very friendly and engaging- making sure to cover ever detail of my shipping-The most important item to me is: I need to ship another fragil item to Louisville KY - the recipient specifically asked me to send it via FedEx through the store I have been using, stating everything she receives from this store is always well packed and arrives in perfect condition (I always have them pack) - Thanks For All Y’all Do!!!

I go here weekly and the Customer Service at this location is amazing; Kent specifically! He knows exactly what he is doing and makes shipping/printing a breeze; he is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!

They refused A very important package that I needed from work. Now I dont get paid because these jerks didnt let me know one thing about my package when it was there. Its been sent all over Memphis now being sent back to the sender. Nobody did anything to try to help me get it

We just left the Collierville Fedex Office store and I’m so impressed. We went to print some pictures for my daughter’s school project. We couldn’t get anything to email or print so Christine helped us with everything. She was awesome. My daughter’s friend was with us and having the same problems. Kent helped her get everything printed. It’s unusual to find this kind of customer service anymore! Thank you!!!

I was having a difficult time creating a FedEx account and adding my credit card to it. This was necessary in order to create a paid return envelope that I needed. Heather was on duty and was so friendly and helped me with a work-around, and made sure that my delivery was picked up minutes later at the scheduled 4pm cutoff. This above and beyond customer service provided is rare these days. Thank you, Heather!

The elderly black woman Frances is rude and unprofessional. She has no business being in a position where she deals with customers.

Such rude staff!!! Please do not ever do a overnight with FedEx . They never deliver it promptly and when you go to the store asking for what to do, they wont even help you...

I went for scanning documents, they didnt scan properly and for 7 copies they charged 20$. Pathetic service.

Terrible. Only 1 guy working. Waited 10 minutes, then left because he still had 2 people in front of me. Its not his fault. Manager needs to get him some help.
