Good place to go get your construction tools

My wife and I own a small ranch north of Rossville and while we own a fair amount of equipment, there are definitely times when a rental of some sort is needed. Several times I have rented mini excavators, trenchers, and commercial power tools from this location. The staff here does their absolute best to get the equipment loans completed quickly. Even though some of the equipment is older, everything has worked properly and I have never had an issue. Their rates are reasonable and I will always use them for my future rental needs.

To think that I just gave someone $100 to rent a piece of equipment with the worst customer service. I call at 4:30 and asked if they can hold the door just a few more minutes he said no I’m leaving at 5 so you have 16 minutes to get hear then I’m leaving.. I get there at 4:58 I see him leave and I know he saw me cause he looked in his rear view mirror. Then there is another employee sitting in his truck so I ask him if I could leave it with him he said no then told me that the guy has already left for the day. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if I didn’t rush all the way there get there before 5 and no one take the piece of equipment back. I could have just stayed home. I will more than likely never return. Next time I will just go to Home Depot!!

I cant remember the guys name but Ive dealt with him on multiple occasions, hes is the best sales rep Ive ever met. They are lucky to have him. Hes a foreigner.

Manager is fantastic. He works with you and make sure you are taken care of. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is the equipment isnt always in great shape.
