Mandy and the girls at Supercuts are great! Mandy listens and gave me exactly what I wanted in a cut. She did color for me for the first time yesterday, and got it right the very first time! Went in here about 10 years ago for side bangs and I got the best bangs I have ever had. Came in today and the lady who cut my hair wasn’t sure how to cut bangs. She had another stylist come over to cut them but she just told her how to do it, and of course she didn’t know what she was doing and they look pretty bad now. She was pretty apathetic as well. I would say her name but she never told me. When I told her it looked kind of uneven she said I should wash it when I get home and come back another day to get them cut again. Obviously I’m not going back to get them cut again.

Took my 9 year old son in and Jeff cut his hair. Was prompt and courteous in his work and dealt with my son wriggling in the chair. Jeff, my son and I were all happy when the work was completed. Fair cut, fair price.

I have been going to this shop about once a month for a year now. I have never received a bad haircut. I have always been pleased with the staff and only once did I encounter an employee who was anything but cordial to me, and everyone is entitled to a bad day every now and then. The three I most like are Tonia, Mandy and Sarah. All have super personalities and know how to cut hair. I could go on and on, but I think you will be pleased with this business. JB

Ive had very good cuts here and I have gotten them as a first come first serve basis meaning that I dont wait for a favorite. They do a good value here and the talent and friendliness is good!

They dont honor their online reservation system. Instead they just jam whom ever makes the most noise in first.TIP: If you see the hairstylist with the door open, that means she is ready for the first person whom ever storms in, appointment or not.

We took our child to this place last evening and I was flabbergasted by how extraordinarily rude the lady doing a toddlers haircut was. She was so rude to us and particularly to my 3 year old that I wanted to walk out before she was even finished with him. I can understand if you have had a hard day but to be that rude to a toddler who was so petrified that he didnt dare a squeak during the haircut is not justified. If you dont want to take the business or if you think it is not worth the effort why take it and scare a child and ruin a familys evening?

Mallorie cut at least 5 inches of my hair this weekend into a cut Ive been wanting. It looks great, and my hair feels so much healthier! Great experience!

The young lady at the front doesn’t know what she’s doing and looks too young to be doing her job. she rung us up completely wrong and we had to get our stylist to help.

DO NOT let Mallory near your hair. Uneven bangs, neckline was worse. When I took my son back to get the mess fixed, the asst. manager wouldnt even try to fix it. Anna, the asst. manager, was rude and before pushing my son on someone else, made the comment Everybody has a bad day. Just wondering, is that the company policy? Fair warning, folks. DONT GO HERE.

My sons hair cut was unbelievably bad. When I called to speak with a manager, the receptionist was as equally unskilled and add disrespectful. I was told there was not a manager on duty but someone would call me back. Of course, no one called me back...shocker.If you chose to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of trained employees, be prepared to shave your own head right after.

Wow...One of the worst customer service and an awful experience I ever had. I will give cleanliness 0/5 and coming to stylist- I arrive in to meet a most unfriendly woman who was very rude. She was very aggressive and not gentle. I dont know why she is in so hurry, she dropped the scissor on the floor and started doing haircut without even sanitizing it. I told her not to cut my sides too much but she did already and asked me Is that ok ... Seriously..I do know Supercuts hire some good hair stylists but save yourself from this place. Greatly disappointed.And I see a man walking away without having haircut bcoz of the hair stylist rude behavior after me.

The girls in store..are professional hair cutter 10 out of 10..but the guy ..forgot his name..so unprofessional ..do no basics of hair cutting..he screwed my hair style.

They don’t know how to cut hair and are rude. Just horribly inexperienced. Go somewhere else.

I will not be going back...I waited over an hour for a specific stylist who was coloring someone elses hair...not only did she not provide the courtesy of letting me know how long I would have to wait she never even acknowledged I was there...I finally just left.

So slow and salon is not clean.
