I wanted to share a review for this business. The owner is a beautiful person. She takes her time to ensure your candles and other body essentials come out the way you want them. Yes, this experience is a new process when creating something especially made for you. And you will be excited about not having something burning in your home that you can buy from any old store. I give this store and the beautiful spirited owner a 5 When you have time stop by and visit the concept of the business.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could because of the owner. Ive passed this place a few times because I thought the concept of creating your own candle scent was a great idea and I love candles, so I came by with friends for my birthday. The owner/clerk, an interesting lady. I dont know if she may have been frustrated or had a bad customer experience beforehand, but she ruined pretty much everything. She was bad at greeting, gave direction as if we were supposed to know how to create our candles and was sarcastic and what I call fake nice in her directions and weird sharp comments. Like nastiness masked as our southern fake nice attitude we frequently see. She essentially kept making my friends and I feel stupid for not following her instructions she loosely explains. When she gets to me, I follow her directions, 3 scents per product. I chose to do two separate products with 3 scents each and she seems bothered and keeps going in on me for not knowing how to operate to her rules she fails to explain. I had to walk out of there as she was talking. Thats something I never do ever anywhere. I work in industries where we understand the product but can be difficult when others cant understand directions. I get it, but thats your job. With new customers, they dont know what to do, so you explain what to do and not assume we have your mindset. Anyways, this is a place Id pay dust to and will avoid at all cost. Such a great concept but such a nasty spirited woman.

Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the owner who made my experience wonderful. She has a great nose for scents, and creating scent combinations that you’ll love. With her help I was able to create my own unique scented body butter. I cannot express to you all how much I love this body butter. It smells great, my skin feels silky smooth and it does not leave an oily residue. Don’t just take my word for it. Go check it out for yourself. Trust me your skin will thank you!

I’m reviewing this because I took my friend there for her birthday because I thought it would be something different. It was ok. Wouldn’t go back. All you do is pick out 3 of your favorite smelling candles and pour them in a candle. Then you come back later after they have dried. My friend went in to pick them up about 2 hours later and the woman was rude to her. First, they weren’t ready. Nothing had been done to the— wicks not trimmed, not packed up, nothing. The woman was on FaceTime the whole time and then, after she couldn’t find a top to fit the candle, told her in a loud voice that she was doing the best she could. I was mortified. It’s not fun at all.

What an amazing birthday EXPERIENCE, this past Saturday! Shannon and her team were so genuine, kind hearted, and professional. They graciously stayed past normal hours, as a courtesy, to ensure that I was given exceptional customer service. Even prior to booking, anytime I thought, that I had an issue/question,etc it was taken care of with no problems. Not to mention, I booked a private party, and was allowed to have music, food, and drinks for my guest, while we created our OWN (unique) scent for our candles! I dont know any where in Memphis, where you can get (an all-in- one) service like this.... cant wait till next time!!FYI..to those wanting to write a review. Channon was so wonderful to work with on a custom order. She was quick to respond and really helpful with all my questions. The bath bombs I ordered arrived quickly, were packaged well, and look and smell fantastic! I will definitely be ordering gifts from her in the future and look forward to visiting the store in-person when I am in town. Thank you, Channon!
