Excellent maintenance done we had a dryer fixed. And it works GREAT

Have service contract with them. Called on 5/13/20 to schedule yearly preventative maintenance. Earliest appointment was 8/21/20, over 3 months. Only assigned washer to a contractor and then canceled on 8/17/20 without even notifying contractor. Call customer service was met with lies. Said service was canceled because someone called in an said washer no longer needed repair. Pointed out service was not repair but preventative maintenance and no one called. Transferred and put on long holds 2 times and agent finally reached said it would be rescheduled for the original date and someone would call to confirm. No call every called. Finally on 8/18/20, after another call to customer service with busy signals and long hold times both appliances were scheduled for 9/1/20 with the contractor that was originally assigned only the washer. Other calls and emails during the process are too numerous to detail.Contractor arrived at scheduled time on 9/1/20 and did a very good job on the service.I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase a service contract with this firm as the both unprofessional and unreliable. They are also untruthful and non responsive. Can only hope I dont need an actual repair before the contract expires.

The lack of professionalism is very upsetting. He did not have a mask or other face covering on as our local government requires. He sat on my counter while reading his phone. He would not listen to me about what I was hearing and seeing happen with the refrigerator. He said, “I have been fixing refrigerators since I was 12-years-old I know what I’m talking about.”I am concerned he did not fix the refrigerator properly. After pulling the refrigerator out from the wall and looking at it, he removed the filter and told me my water was good enough not to need one. He said the refrigerator won’t leak without a filter. He said the filter is the reason it is leaking. He took the part that the previous technician had ordered with him which was charged on the email invoice I received after he left. My concern with the removal of the water filter is the refrigerator will not work properly or efficiently without the filter and the quality of the water will not be what is expected with a filter.

The repair was unable to be performed because he could not find a serial number on my attached oven / microwave. Oven works and microwave works but does not heat up my food.He suggested that I buy a counter microwave to use until my oven goes out as well.I did accept a warranty coverage of $49.00 a month.I felt that the repair cost of $249.00 was unfair because there were no repairs made and may cancel this agreement after 5 months.

He discovered that the ice maker had a leak from the wall. My husband has corrected that! Now, we were told that he would be back to fix behind the refrigerator the pipe line has disintegrated where the water feeds into the refrigerator to make ice! He needs to come back because the refrigerator is pulled from the wall as we were waiting on him!

Chris, the refrigerator repairman, was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Repairman arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful. He left my home in very clean conditions. I would love to have him every time I need assistance.
