I would give them zero stars. I hired them to empty my deceased fathers home, giving them access via a lockbox. When they were finished they left ALL of the exterior doors unlocked while simultaneously assuring me they had secured the home. Anyone could have accessed the home due to their incompetence. When I called to inform them Toni was dismissive and callous and claimed they performed the services as agreed. I did not agree to them leaving my fathers home open and vulnerable. My fathers death has been hard enough and this unprofessional company has made it even worse. Avoid doing business with them.

Yesterday Oct 22nd we called J Dog at 9:00 am to come and give us an estimate on hauling away an old shed and some other things we had in the yard they said they would be here by 11:00 am, they were early, and that was great ,they looked everything over and gave us a price and we accepted, we were surprised what a good price. They said they would be back at 1:00 pm to take everything, again they were early and again we were happy. Gilbert came and hauled everything away, he didn’t leave anything behind, he cleared everything as if had never been anything there. Gilbert was the person we dealt with from the beginning. he was polite.very efficient, very honest with us. We will recommend J Dog to our friends. Thank you Gilbert.

Eric & Scott have just taken down our old shed and hauled it away for a price a little more than a dumpster rental. Very cool guys. I believe this company hires veterans so thats also a huge plus.UPDATE: I guess Google doesnt allow you to give more than one review. I have just hired these guys again to haul some junk. Matt & another gent I cannot remember the name of, took care of this right away.I sometimes order a dumpster and do these myself but you gotta ask yourself if the difference in cost for a dumpster vs hiring these guys is worth the time & energy. I did not have either in this case and I hired these gents. They did a great job, I definitely recommend them.p.s. Be nice and give the people who sweat for you tips.

Casey came over same day to give me an estimate and could not have been any nicer or more professional! I called JDog Junk Removal and left a message expressing interest in hauling off some material from my residence. Monica called me back with in 30 minutes. She sent a crew over to give me an estimate and w/in two hours of my initial call....I had an estimate. It was a more than fair quote. I hired JDog and they hauled off what they could the same day. I had some large steel that required a much bigger trailer. JDog came back the next day to remove the rest w/out additional trip fees. Their employees were VERY professional and kept in great communication. They would call prior to arrival and then would give a courtesy call when finished. I have dealt with hundreds of contractors over my career in the construction industry. Communication and a fair price has always meant the most to me. This crew has surpassed all expectations and I highly recommend them.

Got a quote and time they could do the job. I was called and job got pushed back from agreed time. Eventually they showed up , and started hauling my junk not long after. Once they got everything I was charged more than what I was quoted ! For the price I paid I should have went and dumped everything myself. Wouldn’t recommend this place over more established junk removal companies in the dfw area.
