We were referred by some friends that have used Hart for a long time. Very nice folks and very helpful. I think weve found a good place to use for our pool maintenance as well as getting a new hot tub in the near future!

Been going to Harts for the past 5 months! Great service always. During this pandemic they have accommodated customers with a drive up service. Water is tested and you can make all your purchases from your car. Staff is always professional friendly while dispensing great pool care info.

Once again, EXCELLENT service from Hart Pool & Spa. Hart renovated our 30 year old pool last year ( see prior review ) and now ... we needed a replacement for our tired old main pump motor. My husband removed the motor and Hart rebuilt everything and re-installed it on site. JUST LIKE NEW !! We highly recommend Hart Pool & Spa. I called about parts on the phone, and was told they would be waiting for me at the front desk. When I arrived the next day to pick up the item, the female who answered the phone (not Rebecca) was rude and actually hung up on me. Rebecca called and apologized for the incident regarding the less than professional employee, but I took my business elsewhere anyway.I did not see the reason to put myself in harms way with these folks again. Our outdoor project for the pool, patio and kitchen will be done by another locally owned company, not Hart.

Very helpful staff, seriously they are second to none when it comes to helping you with problems. I have a very old pool pump and not only did they have the parts but they went out of their way and finding them for me. Good old school work ethic here and I can respect that! Prices are fair also.

Ive dealt with Hart Pool & Spa for about 3 years. I have repeatedly found them to be professional, friendly and helpful. In situations where Ive had multiple estimates, they have repeatedly come up with better prices or more logical solutions to issues with our pool. The staff there welcomes you into the store and treats you as though youre a friend. They have helped me get our pool looking and running great and Im thankful they are a Colleyville business.

Great chemicals and advice. Much better environment then your typical chain pool store. Definitely worth the extra $1.99 to refill on shock.

Very helpful staff --- chain pool supply stores carry no PVC pipes, parts or fittings & tend to have staff that have never actually gotten their hands dirty themselves. These guys had exactly what I needed. Spent a few minutes on the phone with a gentleman who was very helpful. He measured each piece I needed to make sure it was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. Also gave me great advice on dealing with a small patch of black algae. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend them. Ive seen some reviews on here attempting to badmouth the company; thats nonsense---these guys are EXCELLENT. A+++ Thanks again!

After two trips to Leslies it was recommended I go to Hart as they may have the older part I need. Not only did they have it, it was HALF the cost, and super friendly guy named Alan helped me install it.

I dont know where to begin with this company. The owners son helped my husband with 2 expensive floating lawn chairs. He opened the boxes to show my husband, in fact he opened many boxes. My husband said he would need to bring me in for final decision, salesperson said just buy them and you can return if she does not like. The float chairs came home, and we did not like them for many reasons. Despite not liking the color my husband picked out, the main reason for wanting to return them was that it didnt work for us other than my teenage daughters. We are not big people. We decided to return. We immediately (like right out of pool after testing them) put them in their boxes and returned a few days later. In fact, it was last 4th of July so we tried to return on the following day but they were closed. When I returned myself, they could not return because I didnt have the correct credit card. Okay, so I returned the next day and was told I couldnt return because the box was opened, and they couldnt not return open boxes. How are we supposed to sell when the box is opened?...but the salesperson opened them along with a bunch of other boxes. My husband went in and they basically escorted him out of the building. The son was there, and his head was down when my husband confronted him. These people are bad news! We called our credit card company and it is still under dispute. We have these pool lounge chairs boxed up, taking up space in our garage. It is just unbelievable that they can stay in business with this type of customer service. I have a feeling we were treated like this because they have many of these expensive lounge chairs that arent moving. This is my first bad review I have ever written about a company.

Our pool equipment power supply went out and the regular pool company was not able to fix the problem. Drew from Hart Pool diagnosed the problem (simple switch had gone bad) and managed to fix it. He also explained a lot of other things about the pool equipment I didnt know. Very helpful.

Very poor followup and customer service - either too busy or dont care about customer service. We had them come out to look at remodeling our pool, never followed up with a bid. We called and asked for the bid and they said they would send it - never got it. We called back, spoke with Rebecca - turns out the person that came out to look at the work never even did the paperwork. While Rebecca was very nice at the outset and promised she would get a bid to us the next business day, didnt hear back from her. Called again, was told she left early, left a message and still no callback and no bid.Not sure if the job was too small for them or if they are so busy they dont need the business, but if they didnt want to do the work it would have been appreciated if they had just said so up front,

In response to Jane DowdPurchase date July 3rd, 2015.Last 4th of July you did buy two floats and used them over the weekend. The floats are Texas Recreation Floats and yes, they are very nice and expensive floats. It is not our practice to sell floats for a holiday weekend and then refund the customer after they have been used in water. We believe most businesses and customers can understand our policy in this situation. In response to the salesperson telling your husband he could return the floats. We all heard this conversation, and your husband was told he could go home and show you the floats and if you didnt like the colors then he could bring them (unused) and right back. That day, not three days later. He was told this, and then when he returned 3 days later he was told again. Weve been selling Texas Recreation floats for almost as long as our 40 years in business.

They have built 3 pools for me and they have provided great services over 20 years. Highly recommend them!

If you bought a Bullfrog spa here, DO NOT CALL HERE FOR SERVICE! Call Southern Leisure in Flower Mound, we wasted a lot of money and time finding this out, and she wont bother telling you that she has NO certified techs...After a month of putting up with her part time electricians and fixing unnecessary items, Southern Leisure diagnosed and fixed our spa in one visit, under warranty...Lesson learned!!!

As a DIY homeowner, Hart Pool was very helpful in diagnosing a pool pump capacitor problem and providing an in-stock $30 replacement capacitor which fixed my pool pump problem. They will be getting my future business.
