Love this salon!!! I had my nails dipped last week & I chipped one. I went in to have it fixed & they did it for free!!! On top of fixing my chipped nail she filled & buffed all my other nails. Just wanted to stand behind their work & make their customers happy. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Had a great experience here today! I’m new to the area and wanted to try Nailed It after a horrible experience with another salon in town. Jo did my dip nails and she did a great job, they look fantastic! The salon itself is super cute and inviting. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Today was my second visit to this establishment and my first visit since Covid hit. Both times I got a pedicure, because of the foot rubs. I don’t care about the polish as much as I care about the scrubs and the massage. I believe Henry was his name; all I can say is WOW! 10 out of 10 I recommend. I’m a hair stylist at a busy salon and I’m constantly on my feet. He in a short period of time just took months of aches and pains away. I wish I could have gotten the other two girl’s names: one did my eyebrows and the other, my son’s Papa’s MANicure. Both of them were extremely sweet and I can’t thank those three enough for taking care of us. It made just that little bit of mommy time I could squeeze in worth it. Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU! Y’all have a client for life!

Diana was fantastic! She wasnt speaking in another language behind my back, she spoke directly to me the whole time and took great interest in my life and I returned the favor! She made my nails look amazing. I would definitely recommend DIANA!I even came in pretty late and she did not rush one single bit! She took more time than most people would especially when they are closed! I was still treated very well by Diana 😁

Was so excited to try this place after reading about their description of their nail salon and what sets them apart. Jenny did my nails. I dont think Ive ever had such a rushed experience to pick a nail color. We all know what it feels like to get cut with an electric nail file. I have 5 cuts. From my experience and one nail lifting. After two days. Disappointed.

I love this nail salon. I’ve been here several times including getting my “wedding nails” done here. I’ve mainly gone to christy, but all of the ladies are great! Going again today !

Yen gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time after trying several salons. She massaged my feet and legs so well that I asked her if she had been trained as a massage therapist! The atmosphere is nice and it’s not a huge place, which was more relaxing. I have found the nail salon I can heartily recommend and return to.

I decided to try this place, having driven by it everyday and the good reviews I’ve seen. Hannah took such great care of me! There was a little misunderstanding in the beginning about me actually wanting gel nails and not dip, and even though I ended up deciding on dip in the end, I am glad Hannah was the one to do it. I’ve had bad experiences before with dip nails, but Hannah made sure to do it very light and natural, the way they should be! She and Kim even told me If I didn’t like them, I could return and she would redo them for free. This is such a great place with great people who have great skills! Hannah is the best! I will definitely be returning. ;)

This was my first visit at this nail salon . I got the detox pedicure by Sandy. She did a fantastic job. The most thorough relaxing pedi Ive had in a while, I did not feel rushed. The environment is warm and inviting. I will definitely will be seeing Sandy at Nailed It again .

They always get our WHOLE group in, even when they are busy, without making us wait too awfully long. The service is phenomenal... always!!! And typically, because were so busy, our nails last for WEEKS!!!!!

Christy was amazing! So personable, took very great care of my three year old daughter and I. This was our first time coming, and we will definitely be back! The whole staff is so sweet and caring. “My” greeted me when I came in and was super sweet! Christy did my manicure and Ann did my pedicure; both were superb! The salon is fantastic and I will definitely be going back!! They are kinda tucked away and might be a new found treasure of mine (at least for a little bit) until the word gets out about their great service!

I came here after having given my normal nail salon of over 2 years 3 chances to keep me. I’m loyal and understanding that not everything is perfect all the time. I had a very pleasant experience here. The atmosphere is relaxing, the customer service was good and the final product was great. It has a trendy industrial loft feel, which I like. My only complaint would be that the individual nail stations have an open shelf concept which come across as a little less neat. I do like that they use reusable nail covers vs foil for soaking off nails and they have an incredible selection of dip colors. I’ll be returning.

First time going to this place after reading the wonderful reviews and I won’t be returning. Not friendly, didn’t offer anything to drink, and I left with my cuticles bleeding. I also wasn’t given enough time to choose a color and my dip nails are still super thick, despite asking several times for them to be thinner. Way overpriced for the lack of service received.

We came to this salon with Nina, who has been our nail tech for 3 years. The salon is very clean and everyone has a great attitude. Nina does the best powder dip. Highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first time at this nail salon. Van did an amazing job on my nails! I told her to be careful because my nails were very thin, and I was traumatized from my last experience at a different salon where they filed my nails too thin down the the skin! She was very careful and I’ve already been complimented a few times :) Thanks Van! Will definitely be back:) p.s I got the tips with pink and white ombré dip powder, and for $50 it was a good deal, totally worth it!!

I sent one of my own clients here to have her nails dipped and to get a pedicure. She showed up on time to her appointment to find out that the person that I referred her to had left five minutes prior. They had my clients number but didn’t bother calling to let her know. They also claimed that she didn’t even have an appointment though I am the one who called and made it for her. I thought I had found a great new place but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. So disappointed!

The service was excellent! Lee was awesome, she took her time and was gentle! Definitely will return.

Pampered myself today with both a mani n a pedi! Was such a great spa-like experience. The gals were dolls, friendly and when I asked for a pink shade on my French toe look they happily complied. Very pleased with my pink dip n French toe gel looks!!! So glad I went there!

I am very unhappy today, we waited almost an hour for my granddaughter to get her nails done(unacceptable). THIS IS JUST THE TIME FOR THEM TO START ON HER !!!!I come here for my pedicures and have been very happy but the standard of customer service already seems to be on the decline!!!! I ranted and raved about this place and have now brought other people. I understand that business is picking up but they need to be prepared for that. Also, they never even offered us a beverage as they normally do. I am looking around the room as we speak and everyone has a water. I am so frustrated right now and maybe I will just stop referring this place to anyone. Uggghhhh!!
