Im always very happy with my nails when they are done.Today they even gave us heated neck wraps to wear during our pedicure. It was the icing on the cake after a long week. I cant say enough about the wonderful staff here. They are amazing!You wont be disappointed.

I got the exotic pedicure for the first time by Tracy, honestly the best experience Ive had. She was very attentive by making sure everything was comfortable and was just a fun individual. I definitely recommend going by and trying it for yourself

Definitely have to brag a little harder than usual.This place has the best customer service, I live in Keller and I get my nails done here now, since I work in Colleyville.A couple i just met while getting my nails done for the first time, drive from Irving to get their nails and pedis done.I asked the guy Joseph, why do you guys drive so far? He said , we drive for the customer service. Tuan, the owner knows everyones name. He greeted me by my name after not seeing me for a few months. For that, hes out guy .I couldnt agree more. Hed only met me 1 time and used my name immediately when I walked in the door yesterday.Helen was my nail tech. Ive already tried 2 salons I wasnt extatic about. Helen was patient. I asked for gel and my nails are long already but 2 broke off, I didnt care, dont want those other 3 cut.Twan talked me into getting dip. Its amazing!! I tried before at another salon, but they were too thick. Im picky. Helen made them perfect, just like gel but stronger. They have a 100% satiafaction clause, so if I broke one or anything bad happened theyd fix for free. Who does that??I was offered a drink and they had a cab, my fave. I had the best shoulder and arm massage by Me Me, and I was very pleased with the manicure options they have.Over 700 dip colors20% off Mon- ThursAccepts walk-ins , but during Covid, ask that you make an appt. Even same dayGreat parking lot. Everyone wears mask and gloves.Everything in the salon is brand newAnd the music selection started multiple conversations.Great customer service, Ive found my new nail salon.Theres also a really great chicken spot next door with amazing desserts, Mother Clucker its called.You guys know my reviews are real. This nail spa was fantastic! Its under new management as of Dec 2019 and the owner was really friendly! I opted for the I Love Myself spa pedicure and classic manicure with gel upgrade. Both techs took their time and listened to what I wanted. The assortment of colors is beyond extensive from polish to gel to dip powder. I would highly recommend this place for any of your nail and relaxation needs!

I love this salon. I will never go anywhere else. I bring everyone i know here. They are honest, thorough and patient and my nails look perfect every time. The atmosphere is fun, relaxed and super comfortable. They have groupon but they honor the special without having to buy.

I don’t think I would come back because the lady was a bit rude and kept pulling my fingers and my feet. It’s okay to just ask if I can straighten my feet or hands but she kept yanking them. And my nails look like they’re already about to chip even through I just got them done today...

Came to this place and got a mani pedi last Thursday, I was there an hour and a half before close and all they did was rush. Paid for a nice pedicure and barely got any type of massage with it even though the menu said 15 minute massage. My manicure looked decent except for the crookedness. I now have 6 nails left out of the 10 that were done. 80 dollars and I already need another set of nails.

My nails were done nicely but the customer service from the female owner was poor. She didnt communicated with me like I saw when she spoke to persons of other races at the spa. And she had the nerve to say to me, when you made the reservation you said you were a doctor? That made me feel like she question my status because I was black and young. I didnt feel welcome there at all especially since it was my first time. Dont recommend that place!!Dr. Italia Hutchinson-Wakefield

Had my first pedicure and found it to be totally relaxing and enjoyable. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The male person who attended me was really nice but the nail polish was old and dry so my toenails dont last at all (one day) and the girl who attended my friend in her birthday at that time (we were trying to celebrate with mani-pedi) was rude and she did the job quickly and was inpatient, so were not coming back, the owner was really nice but we didnt explain the situation to her so if you go and have a bad experience let her know.

I would give zero start if I can , lady who works there does not know how to do nails , nails comes off in less than a one week and she is very rude and provides very poor service. Would never recommend to go there.

I had a groupon, but I was there for almost 3 hours for a mani/pedi... it wasnt even busy, the lady working just kept getting distracted, answering her personal cell, talking to other customers, etc.

The service was average! My nails chipped in 2 days! I won’t use them again for sure!
