I went in to get a new phone and update my plan. Jana was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I tried a phone I didnt like and made my return process so easy when I went back to see her. I live 40 minutes away but I will definitely drive back in a couple months to get my new phone from her!!!

Mr. Ray Hernandez was such a tremendous help to us. We recently visited Bedford TX, while we were in town I realized I needed a charge on my phone. he was so polite, he went over and beyond in helping us when I was in need. He then took the time to review my account and extended an overdue discount which I did not realize we had missedThanks Ray Hernandez.

I brought my IPhone in to the store yesterday to find out what the issue was with it. Trey helped me right away and was professional and super efficient. I purchased a iPhone from another store I was able to get the phone I wanted due to Cameron’s help and getting the process started. When I arrived at the Colleyville location he had everything ready to go. I purchased a screen protector at the location and Cameron made sure everything was perfect by the time I left. Purchased a phone a month ago from this store and had troubles. The sales representative that helped me, Kevin, was very kind and followed up with me to make sure that the phone was working correctly. In this case I was having troubles with the phone, so Kevin actually came in on his off day and exchanged the phone out for one that was more to my liking.

I went to this location on 9/30/2019 I received AMAZING customer service from the young lady that helped us not only helped me upgrade she also showed me tips and tricks as a new apple user this was much needed! I have had issues in the past being on a sub account under someone else and not being able to do anything with my account but not here- I told them I was an authorized user and gave them my pin and had no issues whatsoever. Great job VERIZON Colleyville! I will recommend this location to everyone.

I visited the Colleyville Verizon store with hopes of getting in on the buy one iPhone8, get one promotion. Unfortunately, it required adding another line (I have two phones already, one for personal use, and one for work) so I wasnt eligible​. However, David was unbelievably amazing in assisting me with upgrading my work phone. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable​, and easy to talk to. He went through all of my options, including the numbers, to help me get the absolute best deal possible. The process was so smooth and easy, and he was even able to transfer all of my information from one phone to the other. I am so glad I stopped in when I did because David is only at this location on Fridays. Thanks so much again, David! Youre the best!

I had the best service ever at a Verizon store today at the location in colleyville the young man who took care of us was able to repair my phone, fixed my bill problems and also my daughters phone and her billing as well as her entire family’s. His technical skills, knowledge and customer service were absolutely outstanding and definitely deserves a commendation. Thank you so much!

Cat is so amazing!!! She is super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. She has gone above and beyond to save money on our bill (making calls to customer service on our behalf and everything) She set up my daughters phone for her with customizations that my daughter picked. She also gave me her cell so that we could figure out a time to meet to set up my daughters phone as well. I cant say enough great things about her!!! Verizon is great but Cat makes it all that much better. Someone give her a raise!!

After years of being an AT&T customer, and suffering with almost word class horrific service, switching to Verizon has been a pleasure! Sometimes you dont know how bad it is until you get treated as a valued customer. From the time we walked into the store through our last contact with a Verizon rep it has been a vivid contrast to the last decade. And the coverage is a lot more widespread and consistent too.

Very helpful, no sales pressure. Helped us swap from broken phone to one of our spares, walked us all the way through with no feeling of being a hassle. Great customer service!

All these reviews and the closing hours on Google Maps incorrectly lists 9pm, hours on the door says 8pm. Swung by at 8:10 last night to quickly pick up a SIM card and of course they were closed. Pretty much a waste of my time and shocking that something so simple hasnt yet been updated. (Please update Google hours). I ended up at another location the next day and they provided a SIM card free.

Chris R I met Chris today and purchased a newW phone. He also sold me a tablet. He was very patient and helped me to understand how to use the tablets. He answered all my questions and he is very knowledgeable and can explain how both the tablet and the phone worked. He even came to my home to demonstrate how the printer would work with my new purchases. I have been a Verizon customer for about 15 years and it is the people like Chris and the service they give that keeps me coming back to Verizon. I would recommend Verizon to anyone looking for good products and great service.

Unfortunately I have had to visit this location a few times in the past week or two due to phone problems, but the staff here made my visit much more enjoyable. I am greeted at the door and sat down within a minute of entering the store. They are always very helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. The last two gentleman I worked with (Nathan and ...Mike.. I believe?) have exceptional customer service and are very pleasurable to speak with, however all of the other staff I have encountered are great as well. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone needing help or advice about their phone or plan.

Adan was beyond incredible. He was able to give us a great deal on our new motorola phones for me and my wife. Couldnt be any more happy about his professional and kindness. The store is very clean and its always great to come in here. 5 stars for sure!

You may have to wait a few minutes to meet with him, he is extremely busy. But, the help/service you will receive is worth the wait.

Dont let the construction scare you away! This is an excellent retail location. We received top notch service from Verizon Rep Brandon Benson who even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I usually find phone shopping annoying and time consuming, but Brandon had the clearest, most concise, easy to understand explanation Ive ever heard. It made an annoying task truly enjoyable. He offered great suggestions, was very knowledgeable and had us out the door in no time flat. Would highly recommend you ask for him if you visit this location!

Since Im a Verizon customer I went to this store this morning to get questions answered regarding my Samsung Note phone, no other customers in store. However, the person in the store didnt want to help, he continually gave evasive non answers to my questions. The tone of his answers were, dont bother me! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dont recommend this Verizon store if you are looking for good after the sale service..

Not a Verizon corporation store. So, if you have issues and call Verizon they cant see receipts and sometimes you have to go back into the store to have changes made because its not a corporate store. The staff completely lied to me about my bill and really screwed up my account. Im having to pay hundreds, not exaggerating, to hopefully get my account back to normal just due to 1 plan change. DO NOT GO HERE

Watch out for this store. First of all they pushed off a tablet as being free to anyone walking in the door that day forgetting to mention that you have a two year commitment on it and it is a slow, old model that they are trying to get rid of. Secondly, this store will charge you a set-up fee telling you it is an activation fee for the phone. Guess what! You get your Verizon bill and you have your activation fee on there. I highly recommend you do not buy here. Go to an actual Verizon Wireless store to ensure you dont get ripped off.

Bought my new pixel phone during the first few days after launch. The staff hadnt yet been trained on the phone and some of the set up process unique to the new phone. The store didnt have many accessories stocked for the new phone. The store is new. And the staff was friendly and patient.

I had a nice experience and helpful salesman when I upgraded my Note 4 to a Note 7 and our Note 2 to an LG phone. My phone had to be ordered so, when I got the new phone, I took the old and new to get help switching all the data and apps and contacts to the new phone. Now, the guy who helped me was getting no sales commission for his help but youd have never known that by his actions! He went above and WAY beyond to help me to go through 3000+ contacts, 1 by 1 to help make sure that none were missed because of the importance of those contacts for my business. It took us about 2 hours and he never wearied and was so upbeat and helpful! Who ever the manager is for Verizon, they need to clone this young man and even have him train all of their staff to teach them what Customer Service really is! Im a loyal person to those who genuinely care about my needs. Thank you Kevin Crowl. Youre a TEN!

Horrible customer service slow as a snail. Went in to buy a new phone i was the only customer there and only 1 sales rep there he was to busy eating lunch to help. Went to best buy and paid cash for a galaxy note 8. Dont waste your time.

Went to Verizon to upgrade four iphones and Mickey Robertson was there to help. This man went above and beyond for me and my three children. There were ups and downs, due to other associates, but Mickey took care of it. He went as far as working late on Christmas eve to assure my kids had their Christmas gifts on time. Anytime Ive had an issue this man took care of it. Ive been with Verizon for 15 years and was thinking about switching, I can honestly say because of Mickey I decided to stay.
