I had visited two times and both times I had a great care and excellent customer service.Mr Daniel is very thorough in solving the problem and straight forward to tell you is it fixable or not. He did delivered the fixed phone on time what ever he promised.I can strongly recommend this place for mobile phone issues.

When I arrived a gentleman came to the door to meet me, I went there because I cracked the back of my iPhone. He said it would cost $150 plus tax to fix it but it’s just aesthetics and don’t worry about it now because the phone is still working fine. So he save me $150 and you better believe I will go back if I ever need it and I will recommend all my friends. Who hasn’t dropped Their cell lately? Five big stars.

Took it there today, 11/21/2020 around 10am, and explained the problem I was having. The guy took my phone and came back and was honest about the situation, which I thought was going to cost a lot of money, but it did not. He also gave me some good tips in order to prevent that problem from happening again.

4:45 on a Saturday evening and my batter went out. I got it fixed by yakety yak about a month ago. I was 20 minutes away snd they closed at 5. They stayed open and fixed my battery. They went above and beyond to help me. I will continue to use their services.

Horrendous customer service. Brought in an iPhone to sell, the employee which I believe was the manager or owner was obnoxious and broke my phone. Didn’t acknowledge what he did and turned my phone off, handed it to me and said yeah everything looks great I have to make sure it has a clean imei and I’ll call you back tomorrow. I brought my phone in, in perfect working condition, and I walked out with a brick. While he was “assessing” it, he took it to the back and must have dropped it or did something to it which caused my home button to no longer work, which now looking back, is why he turned off the phone and handed it to me at the end, because he knew exactly what he did and just wanted me to leave. Do not take your phone to get “repaired” here, I have no faith in this company. What a shame this is how people, profession people, treat others these days.

Great service, great drinks, great food. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away, ordered a few drinks and the nachos and enjoy the company of others. Im including some pictures of the draft beers and the drinks, but know that they serve some of their own craft beers and I enjoyed their Red.

Been to them twice.First time, my iPhone 5S was run over by a car. For about $100, they got me going again, though the battery drained FAST. So I got a back up of my data and upgraded to an iPhone SE. Life’s lessons aren’t always cheap - at least I could get a back up!A year later, I dropped my iPhone SE and cracked the screen.I came back here, and while I went grocery shopping next door, they fixed me up with a new screen for about $60. Works just like new.Staff is always friendly and helpful, not selling you stuff you don’t need, and I feel very confident that they aren’t stealing all my data while they have my device in the back room. Some places seem shady - and I always wonder!

I was met by General Manager, Daniel Harrison in his store recently. He patiently discussed with me in great detail my cell phone options and even did a better job of explaining my AT&T account options than a seasoned AT&T agent. He never pressured me to purchase from him or give the appearance he wanted to rush me out of the store. Based upon his excellent technical understanding and apparent high level of integrity, I felt much better about making a 2-year commitment to AT&T and knew which of the iPhone options I should select. He did not make a dime off me but if ever I need a cell phone repaired, I would drive straight to the Yakety Yak Wireless location. This place is a joke. They sold me a screen for $200 that was in their words the same quality as the Apple factory screen. As soon as I had a couple days with phone I could tell the screen was nowhere near the same quality. The battery was being drained, the responsiveness was horrible, I could never get the live pictures to play, or have the additional keyboard keys options come up when you apply the extra pressure to screen. Within 3 weeks this screen stopped working. I looked this screen up and down and saw no damage to it. The screen looked brand new and was. I take it back in to this location to get it fixed. The clerk looked it over and could not find anything wrong so he took it to the back. When he came back he said there was a crack in the screen. You could see it clear as day. The crack was never there until he took it to the back room. I am so upset how this whole experience went. They said the best they could do it replace it at their cost which is $150. When you could get apple to replace it for $275 to begin with. That would put me out of pocket $350 and now if I take it in to apple they might not want to do repair with not using a factory screen originally. I knew I should have not done business with them in the first place worried something like this might happen. Listen to your instinct and DO NOT take your phone to this store for repairs.

I went in to have the glass on my iPhone 7+ replaced and they were able to do it done in about 30 minutes. This is the second device they have fixed for me and I am very pleased with their overall service and experience. If you need a cell phone or tablet repaired, I recommend giving this place you business.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 in to Yacky Yack last week to get help with transferring all my data to my new Galaxy S10+. Outstanding service and value! Went in with what I thought was a dead screen (went blank after my son dropped it in a cup of water). They took the phone back to diagnose and verify the failure and 10 minutes later they came out with a fully functional phone! Just a little cleaning of crud on the screen connector and viola, back up and functional! Best part, they didnt charge me a dime! Ill definitely use them in the future and refer all my friends.

Highly recommend, I wont go anywhere else. I took my iPhone in for service to the lightning port yesterday. Upon inspection, they cleaned the debris out of the port at no charge and it works perfectly now. They earned a customer for life!

Found this place after a Google search and pretty glad I did. Ended up trading my phone in for store credit since it was closer to what I think is a fair offer than what they offered me for cash.I used the credit towards the purchase of another phone. The phone I thought to be quite over priced compared to online merchants (even with shipping) and used phone vendors. The phone was in amazing condition and they had guaranteed no water damage and a clean ESN which is I didnt have a problem purchasing from them. Customer service was top notch and had a unique sense of trust and integrity. They are also an authorized Verizon Wireless retailer so they activated my phone right away so that was a definite plus!Overall, I had a great experience would will definitely come back. Just..reconsider some of your pricing.

Good store to get broken phones fixed. I had a bad battery and they had me in and out in no time. A couple of my friends have used them to get their screens fixed. All and all an easy experience for a fair price.

Ive taken my iPhone 6 here to be fixed multiple times. However, all that happened to my phone was further damage. The first time my cracked screen was repaired a week later the screen began lifting off the phone (Ive been an iPhone user for many, many years and never seen this happen) this in turn caused my screen to crack at the edge. When I took it back in they charged me for another screen repair because the phone had been damaged. The phone screen did this lifting THREE MORE TIMES. In addition, my home button repeatedly would slide up and under my phone screen. I spoke with the manager who assured me that his staff knew what they were doing and it was probably the phone itself that was damaged. I just took my phone to apple and upon taking it apart, they found 4 screws completely unscrewed just sitting inside the phone, as well as a plate that is housed behind the home button UNDER THE EAR PIECE AT THE TOP OF THE PHONE. Lousy service. I spent hundreds of dollars at this store. Wont ever be back.

You dont see this level of honesty everyday!I called because my charging port is getting loose and having difficulty charging by battery. I asked if this port was replaceable. Talked to DanielDaniel said he gets lots of calls about Samsung Galaxy Note 3 charger ports going bad. He said that there is a user-replaceable port sold for just this purpose. However, after numerous replacements, they have yet to see one that doesnt have problems. This port does 3 things: charges battery, powers the speaker phone and conveys audio signal like for music/videos. In every instance, 1 of these 3 doesnt work.He gave me a few recommendations, e.g. getting a new phone, charging separately, etc.Not the best of news but Id rather someone be honest and truthful so I can save time/$ and make good decisions than have someone just take my $. Impressive.Definitely will contact this company again for repairs on other family phones and a new phone for me somewhere down the road (or sooner if I cant get anything else to temporarily work).Im sure owners set the policy about responding to phone calls and turning away customers - and I read other reviews where the owner is customer focused - so this is just more evidence that this is a great shop for cell repair and probably sales.I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future but honestly, I hope its not too soon. I like upgrading my phone because I WANT TO, not because I HAVE TO. :)

I have seen this place open for many years but, had never needed the service. Until the one day I take my iPhone out of its case and break the screen! I searched around for the best deal in the DFW area and this was by far the cheapest. I was also going out of town the next day and they were able to get me in late and repair my phone in an hour. A great service and a great price. Just hope I dont have to come back!EDIT 12/14: Dropped my phone again and went back in for repair. Great service as usual and very informative. Gave them my phone and had it back in just over an hour and they included a screen cover.

I went in because AT&T said the speaker on my iPhone 6 was not working. The young gentleman there cleaned it, smiled and said there was no charge when I started to pay. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. So impressed! I will go back!

All I needed to do was get my SIM card cut into a micro SIM, and they were willing to do it for free, even when I asked about cost (its a simple task, but you know how it is). They were also very honest about prices when selling phones to them. Thats good customer service.

I cleaned my iPhone charge port multiple times at home and was convinced something was wrong with it. I go to this place and turns out I just didn’t have the right tools to clean the port. The guy cleaned my phone, gave it back to me and didn’t charge me. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. If anything happens to my phone I’m coming here for sure and telling all my friends about this place.

They fixed my note5 in 1 day when samsung said it would take 14 days! They were very honest and explained the cost and how to prevent hurting the phone again. I really liked them and will definitely go back and refer friends :)

Called to see what prices were for the iPhone 6s (regular) cracked screen repair and the guy told me to hold on so he could check and came back with a $148.00 price (thats insane) The online site states $80.00 (???) when I asked him if that was the major price reduction cost (online states price cuts) he was rude and said that he didnt know that Id have to come in and check. ? RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NEXT!I can see that you guys at Yakety Yak read reviews. You should really consider having someone who answers the phones to be more polite and knowledgeable of whats going on in your stores.

I broke my camera lens on my Samsung S-6 phone and went intostore to have it repaired. They informed me that it would take about 30 minutes and I went back in about 20 mins and it was ready. Thank you for a quick turnaround and my camera works great. This is also a great place for phone cases which I purchased at a earlier time. Great selection.

These guys are great. I walked in during lunch and dropped off my iPad Mini to be repaired. A couple of hours later, they called to let me know that it was ready for me to pick up. The prices are reasonable and they explained the risks up front regarding the repair.

I took My nieces iPhone to get its screen fixed and they said she should get a new battery so we did. it $140ish. About a month later the screws fell out and it fell apart and they said they have no warranty to help her with it. so be careful. I was sending people here and now I will not.

Took my phone in to change the charging port, took it home that night and my battery was shot to hell, and not holding a charge and not charging over 60 percent, and it wasnt connecting to the network, saying I have no service. I took it back, and the person behind the counter immediately recognized me from the day before and immediately gave me attitude. He had fixed what I had came in there for him to fix. He took it into the back to look at my phone, came back out 15 mins later handed me my phone and told me that he put the old charging port back into the phone, and was going to refund me the money. Didnt offer any solution to the fact that he ruined my phone more so than what I came in there to fix. He wasnt reliable for the damages because HE didnt ask me for my passcode before walking out. Walked in with a phone that had a bad charging port and walked out with a phone that has a shot battery, a broken charging port, and probably a broken antenna or something that is causing it not to find service. I dont normally do facebook reviews but they messed up the phone more than what i came in there for and offered me little to no solutions to the problems that they caused. Never going back again.

Repaired my daughters Itouch screen at 1/2 the cost of other places. I also purchased a Otterbox to keep it safe, and it was cheaper than competitor price. They had it repaired in under 2 hours and put on the Otterbox without me even asking. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will return here the next repair or purchase!

I took my water damaged iphone there just two days ago. They replaced the battery and told me there is no guarantee on water damaged phones. However last night, when the battery charge was over, I tried to recharge it and it never worked! Ended up paying $54 for nothing!!
