Linda was very personable, very friendly. She did a fantastic, thorough job. Dont know how she got the baseboards so clean, but they look great! Our apartment smelled wonderful, bathrooms and kitchen sparkled, carpet has never looked better. Everything was put back in its place. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend All Star Maids.

I called All Star Maids to have them clean a house for a friend of mine who was recovering from surgery. I wanted them to go ASAP to help her out. They were awesome! Debbie scheduled the cleaning right away. They arrived on time, did a very thorough job and were very much appreciated by my friend in recovery. I highly recommend them!!!

Best service I found.I tried 2 different companies before. They were OK or not very good.I tried All Star Maids 2 times. During these 2 times, they did an excellent work, more than what I was expecting. Oyneda is very professional.5 stars.

No one cleans your home like you do but these wonderful people do an amazing job. They help me stay sane with the great job they do. The house smells clean and feels good when you walk in. Best part is they are even friendly. The office staff is so nice and everyone is profession and polite!

Be weary of the claim that this company has a professional cleaning crew. I was moving into a new remodel that had been cleaned prior to move in. It had been cleaned two other times. Once after rough in and once prior to painting. I was tight on time and the other company I previously used could not get a crew out to clean the home prior to the move in date. I therefore chose this company based on ratings. That proved to be a mistake.I was quoted 1200.00 based on the size of my home. This was based on the size of my home and that it would be a move-in rate on new construction. I was told it was higher because of the significant construction dust that would be present. I informed the manager and scheduler of the crew that it had been cleaned twice already and had minimal dust in cabinets, base boards, etc.. They said that if the crew got on site and agreed that the price could be adjusted. I was also reassured multiple times that this was a special crew that cleaned remodels and new homes prior to move in and that they were professionals.When the crew arrived the head of the cleaning crew said that the dust was minimal and she had certainly seen a lot worse. When I called the manager she didnt seem to care that I was being overcharged for the service required to clean the facility. BTW, the last crews charged less 500.00 for did comparable to slightly better work.The thing that was extremely irritating was the lack of professionalism of the crew that I was paying such a high price to have present. They were regular maids, plain and simple. They used my ladder to clean tops of cabinets, had little consideration initially for hardwoods when they first arrived until being redirected by me and rotated kitchen island light while standing on brittle quartzite island counter top. Luckily the light did not crash down on the counter top because it would most definitely have chipped it. The paint line is easily seen in the picture and the ceiling has been recently painted. I hope that when it is rotated back that the ceiling is not scrapped. I will then have to repaint that area or pay for someone to do it. When I complained to the manager there was no impetus to correct the issues or discount the price. Worth 500.00 (if they to care of damages), certainly not worth the 1255.00 I paid them.Buyer beware. Not professional.

-Great company, maids arrived as promised and on time. They actually cleaned more than i asked for. Living in the city is very hard to find a business that you can trust cleaning your apartment and this company very reliable and trust worthy. They also did a steam cleaning service for a bed bug problem we had and currently doing this from time to time now.

Been using these guys every two weeks for years. We have a very busy lifestyle and doing the dirty work isn’t necessarily my strong suit. Have tried other companies and even private. My Wife and I started using All Star Maidsfor a biweekly cleaning service recently as we have a newborn to take care of and dont find enough time to keep the house clean and in order.So far, we had two cleanings and it went very well. The professionals at All Star Maids do a thorough cleaning. Highly recommend. I used the services for monthly cleaning for over a year. Reminder is sent a few days before the cleaning. I worked with Marta who was always easy to contact.

-I have always felt vaguely guilty about using cleaning services, despite being crazy busy nearly all the time, and having had a cleaning lady growing up, whom we couldnt have lived without. I still somehow expect myself to be able to do it all - run a thriving business, have healthy relationships, and take care of all of the domestic duties. Most of the time, my girlfriend and I are fairly successful at this (or as close as a young couple can get).This all fell apart while in Dallas, however, as we were in town for a few months, working on a big project. Our rhythms and habits got disrupted, on top of being twice as busy as normal with projects. The condo we were subletting, unfortunately, didnt get the love and maintenance it deserved, and we were left in a tight spot, with a messy place and only 2 or 3 days to get it immaculate.We had no choice but to call on All Star Maids. And Im glad we did!

New Home - Same Great Service! I used All Star Maids for a move-out clean and was impressed with their service so I decided to use them ongoing - every two weeks and its been a real pleasure. The guy that came to my house to do the estimate was great and thorough. The ladies that clean my home, Tanya and Beatriz, are AWESOME!!! They really know how to make my house sparkle. Its a joy to come home to clean fresh smelling house and even better - I dont have to do it myself. Ive used several cleaners over the years from a lady that cleaned by herself and stopped showing up to other local companies that had a hard time being flexible with my work and travel schedule. Huge fan of All Star Maids! Jonathan and his team have been fantastic to work with. From the first cleaning they were extremely attentive to detail and asked specifically what we wanted done for cleaning. They are very open to feedback and want to make sure you are satisfied with every cleaning. And the quality you get for the money is well worth it! Maria has cleaned my house for the last couple of months. She takes very much pride in the work she does. We are very pleased to have her take care of our home as if it was hers. We called to do deep cleaning and talk about wow! I have gone through three different cleaners this past year and ALL STAR MAIDS was far and beyond the best. They were able to completely remove the black and pink mildew built up in my bath tub that none of the others cleaners in the past were able to get clean. The kitchen was amazingly spotless and they even went as far to clean the interior of the fridge and organize it. I havent seen such an organized-clean fridge in a long time. They really pay attention to detail so prepare for your expectations to be exceeded. I would highly suggest using them again!!

First TimerI am a first time customer of All Star Maids. I have never allowed anyone to clean my home, but after having a baby I needed the help. I appreciated the women listening to my request and their follow through.I also appreciated the great customer service and willingness to get things right with Tina over the phone and via email.I plan on using them again to help me maintain my home.

Had a wonderful experience with our move-in clean - Cherry was very thorough, making sure to address all of my concerns and even alerting me to potential issues she saw in the apartment that I should bring up with the super. She didnt rush but was still efficient and was happy to work with me with regard to how I wanted particular items or areas addressed. Very pleased with my experience!

Tremendous cleaning. My mom broke her foot right before the holidays, and we needed to have the house cleaned last minute, so I hired All Star Maids to come over last minute to her home. They were able to open their schedule and send two Maids to clean her house from 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturday for a holiday cleaning.The maids, Maria and Emma, made the house look amazing. They got every crack and Regions that were concealed from the average eye. Maria and Emma dusted off all my mothers decorations on her bookshelves. The microwave and even inside her toaster oven. Maria and Emma cleaned in the side cracks of our oven and the countertop, where food drops. Maria and Emma cleaned it thoroughly. Maria and Emma moved everything out of the way to clean it all and then put everything back just how they found it. We have tough water, so the rock flooring in my mothers shower always has white water spots that are extremely hard to get off, and they got all the hard water spots and even shined the rocks.They were very polite and genuinely cared because they asked us to overlook what they did because they wanted to be confident that they cleaned everything that was needed. They smiled and seemed very happy the entire time.Also, for me, it was very nice to talk over emails as I was working when my mom needed a maid to hire. Fast reply and was able to explain and answer all my questions. She tried to call, but I instantly sent an email stating I couldnt talk over the phone the only email, and she immediately understood my needs and was able to accommodate me.Weve used three other companies before and was not completely happy. This time so late, I knew it was going to be a small chance to find anyone to assist my mom. All Star Maids was the first company to reply to. Three companies did get back to me but with higher prices or not a flat rate. They gave me a flat rate and two maids. It was a very stress-free process.Bottom line, we highly recommend this company. All Star Maids was amazing. We used them as we were moving out of our house.They showed up on time and immediately started working. The place was impeccable when they were finished, and they even collected some belongings we had forgotten to pack. Certainly worth it.

With 2 teens enrolled in too many after school activities, I never have enough time to clean the house. I’ve been using Allstar Maids for almost two years- always dependable and trustworthy. I especially appreciate them around the holidays. I love how well they clean my kitchen laminate floors, not sure what product they use but the floors never have any spots or streaks. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been using All-Star Maids for a couple of months now and I am very happy with their work. I have tried several other services and have never been satisfied. The come every other week for a very reasonable price and do a thorough job. They never neglect to clean my ceiling fans, vents, or blinds and do a great job on my bathrooms and kitchen. They are also very friendly and professional, even when my 1 year old son tries constantly to get underfoot.

We have used All-Star Maids twice now and have scheduled regular service going forward. The girls were very friendly and detail oriented. When I called with a follow up question about our floors I received a quick response and an offer to have the girls revisit our home. We have a tough place to clean at times due to in home activity but All-Star Maids seems up to the challenge! I recommend you give them a try!!
