I’ve been a long time State Farm client and anytime I walk in David’s office they all know who I am. A couple of years ago, I had a bad water leak in my house and called David’s office to report the claim. They immediately said let me get right on this and call you back. Wasn’t long before they called back and explained the process and said a restoration company rep would be calling me and that our main priority was getting rid of the water first. They called me back later in the day to check on things and kept in touch during the whole claim. David and his staff are there for you in other ways than just business. Not only did they help with my Mom’s death claim but David was even able to attend her memorial service. In June 2016 I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and a few months later I decided at the last minute to do a 5k walk benefiting the diabetes association. I contacted David’s office and both Regina and David sponsored me in my walk. People have tried to get me to switch insurance but I have always received excellent service, can deal with a live person who is in my local community and best of all I have a relationship with the entire office. Sometimes cheap is not always the best. If you are looking for a more personal touch where they truly care about you I highly recommend David Hall and his staff.

Around 11:30pm last Saturday night I left to grab a bite to eat only to find I had a flat tire. Between the wheel locks and placing the jack in a certain spot, I was lost. First thing Sunday morning I called State Farm and told them I needed assistance, within 30 to 40 minutes someone was out at 8:00 am in the morning to change my flat. The guy put on my spare and noticed it was a little low so he put air in the spare. He even gave me a suggestion on the problem with my tire so when I went to get it repaired I was equipped to know what to expect with getting the tire repaired and how much to expect to pay.Words cant express my gratitude.
