Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. The latest one was a couple of days ago when l needed to replace the part that holds the hatch up while I load the back of my Equinox. I knew my A/C was low on refrigerant. They found and showed me the leak . It was late in the day, and I was going to need the car the next afternoon. Jack assured me they could have it repaired in time. Jackie ordered the parts right then, and the work was completed on time. Great customer service, and a reasonable price.

I have used Jack Klauss for over twenty years. You wont find a more honest guy. Hes knowledgeable and does good work. Doesnt charge an arm and a leg but not bottom of the barrel cheapest either. Still, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We havent been happy with our previous mechanic so thought wed try this place. My boyfriend brought in his truck Wednesday afternoon for new brakes and when he called at 4:30p today - He called. They did not - it hadnt even been touched. Now theyve rushed the job with 15 min before they close to pick it up. It better be done right!

Cant attest to the workmanship yet as I just drove off the property but the customer service/communication is pitiful. Surprised to see reviews saying they were friendly as I found them to be short on answers and minimally communicative. They also completely misrepresented the cost. Jackie quoted me a price of $408.73 over the phone. I called back to approve the work with Michael. When I picked up the car Michael gave me the bill for $643.18! He was unapologetic and even indignant. He claimed that he gave me the total when I approved the work. He seemed to remember this fact even though he couldnt remember if he had spoken to me or my husband. As if I wouldnt notice a 57% increase in the cost of the work!!! I am an engineer and take meticulous notes. I double checked the notes I took when I got home and sure enough the total was $408.73. I had no other number written down except for $845 which was an estimate to replace another part they claimed I needed. They appear to have a one-and-done mentality in that they valued $243.45 more than they valued building a relationship with a new customer, who has four cars in the family, by working out a miscommunication that I am certain they know is their fault.

I always get terrific service here. The mechanics always explain exactly what the issue is and how it will be fixed. I like that they are friendly and easy to talk to. Ive never had any problems with Trinity Automotive and would highly recommend them to friends. I know my car is in good hands here. They are a bit pricey but I dont mind because its quality work. My car has had no major issues since I started going here. Very happy and satisfied.

My wife and I have used Trinity for our car repairs for years. Our cars are a bit older so we see more of the shop than most people and we are glad to have a repair shop where we feel so comfortable.

A couple of my friends were always going on about this place so I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. They called me right after I got home with an estimate. The vehicle was repaired within a few hours, and when I picked up my car the price was actually less than they had told me on the phone. Ive been back a few times and the service seems to be pretty good. I dont think its a big chain like the place I had been going to, it seemed more personal.

Look no further for any of your auto needs. Jack and his team are 5 Star and first class all of the way. Jack is an honest guy who not only will tell you what your car needs, but he will take time to tell you why the car needs to be repaired and walk you through the Process. We are new to the area and its always hard to find a trust worthy mechanic, Jack is my guy!

Charge you money just to take a look at your vehicle, without telling you that beforehand ($100 an hour). A lady that worked there was telling me how other shops will jack up prices on you once they have your car, but it turns out she was talking about her own shop! Other mechanics along the same street charge less and will inspect your car/fix small problems for free. Check elsewhere, don’t go here! Huge rip off!

Worst ever. Stay away. Very shoddy work. I took my daughters car in to fix the A/C and oil leaks a little over a year ago. I had to bring it back in because they didnt fasten the A/C manifold down. They broke the radiator while it was in their shop and charged me for it. There was nothing wrong with the radiator when I brought it in. After charging me hundreds of dollars to fix the oil leak, it still leaked. It left a puddle of oil on my garage, but Jack denied that it still leaked. Im still adding oil every month.To top it off, a year later, the A/C failed again, so I took it to a reputable shop and found that instead of installing a Shrader valve on the manifold, they just capped the core, which was leaking so it not only continued to leak slowly, but there was no way to service it later if needed. I had to evacuate the system, add a Shrader valve and recharge. Worse than incompetent. It would have been obvious what was going on and they just capped it. I saw this myself.This is the most incompetence I have ever witnessed from an auto shop. At the time, my daughter said they did it on purpose, and I told her that was ridiculous. The shop that fixed it today asked me if someone had tried to sabotage her car. Maybe my daughter was right.Everything I say is the absolute truth. Like I say, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there is just too much to overlook.The first time I went there, they were great, did a great job and priced it right. The second time, I took my sons car and it was not great, but not terrible. By then, I guess they thought they had me hooked as a customer, so they tried to get away with whatever they could.

Great place, ask for Jack the owner (always on hand working on cars himself). He will help you out and even give you a ride home or to work.

Thankful for Trinity Automotive when the a/c in our sons car needed a complete replacement. (When there are 100-plus degree days, this was not great timing.) They quoted us a reasonable rate, and then unexpectedly called us to advise the final repair cost was actually less. How often does that happen? It affirmed to me that Jacks auto repair shop is a Colleyville treasure! Our son just began his full time job after graduating from college. We are thankful Trinity helped save him money in this unexpected repair job. I highly recommend.

I have never done business with Trinity Automotive, but should the need arise they will be my first call. Here is exactly why that is the case ...I recently purchased a Corvette with Klaus Racing identified on the valve cover. On a long shot, I emailed Trinity to see if perhaps the rebuild was one of theirs. I live in Kentucky, so there was nothing inherently in it for them, and quite frankly, I could have been a complaint trying to find a home.In less than 24 hours I received a phone call, and a most generous offer to help me verify the engine rebuild. When someone shows that level of consideration, especially in a circumstance that has nothing directly in it for them, what they are showing you is a level of character and integrity that I very much appreciate.In short, any business (mine or otherwise) that I CAN send their way, I WILL send their way.

Excellent service! Trinity automotive has taken great care of my 2002 VW Passat since the first month I bought it and had some engine trouble. I trust Jack and his staff and know that they keep my car in optimal condition. Just this Monday I had to have my car towed to Trinity and they fixed it the same day. When I went in to pay, it ended up being less expensive than the original quote so I was very pleased. I wouldnt take my VW anywhere else.
