I wish there were a way to give this place negative stars. I had a genuinely traumatizing experience here, so buckle up...I went to see Morrigan for a balayage after reading glowing reviews about her online. The first appointment started out great, we got along well and I felt like she really understood me and was listening to my concerns. However, this politeness did not last long.She told me I could come back in 3 weeks for my followup to touch up and continue to lighten the balayage. I said that was perfect because it was still before my graduation and I could have my hair completely done before them. I came back 3 weeks after my first appointment, and she refused to do my hair, saying that she said at least 4 to 6 weeks (which she never said). She then made me pay to get my hair toned again because it was so yellow and orange from the first time she did it. She told me I had to wait another 3 weeks before I could come back again.So I came back another three weeks later for my follow-up appointment. At this point, I had had to go through my graduation and birthday with yellow, dry and broken hair that had a sharp line between dark brown and yellow.I sat down and tried to voice my concerns to her, at which point she began literally gaslighting me, telling me that I didnt know what I wanted, and I didnt know what a balayage was. She said she refused to dye my hair any lighter because I didnt know what I wanted. She was being so unbelievably rude to me and talking to me with the meanest and most condescending attitude. In addition to that, I just had to go through big life experiences with disgusting hair because she refused to do what I wanted her to do. To say I was frustrated was an understatement.As I was trying to communicate with her, all I said was that I literally just didnt want yellow hair and didnt want a sharp line going through my head between the blonde and brown (which is not an unreasonable request for a balayage, which is supposed to be blended). As I said this, she continued to gaslight me and tell me I didnt know what I wanted, and I became so frustrated that I literally broke down and started crying. I told her to just forget the whole thing and dye my hair back brown because I couldnt deal with it looking the way it did anymore.I eventually decided that I would leave and get my hair done elsewhere because I did not want her touching it again. When I did go somewhere else, the new hairdresser was appalled at how uneven, yellow, orange, and not blended my hair was, and was able to do her best to fix the disaster that was my hair, Thank God.To make things worse, as I ran out of Cutler crying, not one person from management asked me what was wrong or if they could help me in any way. They just stared at me and watched me walk out.Please save yourself the trauma of ruining your hair and being talked down to by one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!

I am SO glad I found this salon. When I moved to town, I was so nervous about finding a new hair stylist and after listening to me whine about my hair for weeks, my boyfriend just booked me an appointment with Angie. Boy do I owe him one. Angie is so professional and is just a fun person to talk to while youre in the chair. I have long, thick, dirty blonde hair and get partial highlights throughout. Im a student, so it is important to me to keep the coloring low maintenance, which Angie is always sensitive to. The other thing I love about Angie, is that she is SO quick! I have been to other salons where you sit in the chair for hours, but she always gets me in and out efficiently and my hair always looks great. I have gone back to Angie multiple times and now she is helping me style my hair for my wedding this summer : ) Highly recommend!!

The stylist was unprofessional and I question her skill level. She was to blend in the gray and it hasnt been blended well. She asked about cuttibg my hair, which I approved, showed me the length, again I approved the length. The approved lengrh was past my shoulder blades. My hair is to my shoulders. Because of the length and lack of styling I look like a porcupine. The salon itself is probably okay, this stylist, Angie, did not do a good job.

I always get Niki to cut my hair and she always does an amazing job!! I like to let my hair grow out then get a pixie cut or undercut to chop it all off and she always gets it just right!! Super recommend Niki!!!

My stylist was Angie, I could not have been more happy with how my hair turned out. I showed her one picture of what I had in mind, and my hair turned out amazing! Her experience with hair was obvious, she knows exactly what she’s doing, and she’s good at it. Good pricing as well, I have experienced price gouging at other salons before. The place was very comfortable and the woman at the front desk was also pleasant. I will recommend Cutler 2 to anyone and everyone and I will definitely be returning to miss Angie for as long as I can!

Starting from the beginning: it was very easy and pleasant to set up my appointment online. I was able to select the stylist I wanted, the service I wanted done, and was shown all the available times. I loved being able to it do online rather than over the phone, because it took all the pressure off making a decision quickly.Upon arriving, I was really impressed with the inside of the salon. It was very stylish and clean, and I loved how each stylist had their own individual room. I didnt have to wait at all beyond my appointment time.I had Amy as my stylist, and she was amazing! Totally sweet and friendly, gentle with the hair wash (the last place I went, it felt like my scalp was bleeding), and did an awesome job with my hair cut. It feels so much healthier, and lighter with the layers she put in. I have long hair, and was there for about 45 minutes.I had pretty much sworn off hair salons after many bad experiences (and had been just trimming my own hair), but now, I finally feel like I have something that works for me! Will definitely be returning.

My daughter just got her hair cut, styled and colored my Nikki. She was absolutely great, and fun. My daughter liked her listening to what she wanted but also giving her opinion. Since we left the salon, my daughter has received many compliments and stares. One person said Oh my gosh, you look so beautiful. I just had to say something. This didnt happen before Nikkis great advice and execution. Super thrilled.

I made an appointment based off the reviews online. So glad I did! I immediately connected with my stylist, the staff were super friendly, the decor was both cozy and bright, and the products (davines) are to die for. Angie transformed my over highlighted hair with 2 dark new growth to a gorgeous ombre with a softer shade of blonde. I even booked another appointment before I left. Cutler 2 also offers permanent cosmetics, and fillers/injectables....so no more driving to Houston! Definitely recommend this place!

Ive been going here since 2013 and I love it! The ladies there are so professional, always on time (thats a big deal for me since I normally have to get a sitter to get my hair done) and Niki Shea is the absolute best. She is wonderful at what she does and always so much fun to talk to. I always look forward to my visits.

I unfortunately had a bad experience here. I will never go back. I have curly hair and needed a trim. I had just moved here and saw some good reviews so I booked an appointment. The stylist was extremely rude and kept saying it was getting close to closing time so she didnt have much time. I had an appointment, but I guess I was the last one of her day so she was super rushed and rude. Refused to give me a blow dry and charged $60 for the TRIM. I should NOT have tipped. And I actually should have refused to pay that much for a very unpleasant trim. The total time she spent on me was about 15 minutes. Save your money and dont go here!

Angie was a new hairdresser for me. She was able to provide for me, exactly what I described to her. I will be returning, for sure. 5/5 stars!

I have been going to Morrigan for the past year and have been extremely pleased with her skill and professionalism. She listens to what I want and does just that. She is easy to book online which is great for me. I can pull up her schedule and look to see what works for me.

Let me start off by saying that I have not been able to go into a salon since October due to a beyond terrible experience at a completely different salon. I started asking my friends where they go and researched the different options online by reading reviews. Overall, this salon received the most praise.When I walked in there was an incredibly lovely girl named Jasmine that was genuinely friendly and talked with me while I waited for my appointment to begin (I arrived a bit early). Amy was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend her. I explained what had happened before and how terrified I was to be at any salon again. She soothed me by listening to exactly what I wanted and giving me options to choose from. I am not disappointed in any way! I am amazed by this salon!This salon exceeded my expectations! If you dont know where to get your hair done, but you want it done affordably and well, save yourself some time and just visit this salon. You can even make an appointment online! Its so simple! I will certainly be back without any hesitation! Thank you Amy!

I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience here. I am new to town and desperately needing a good haircut. I found Cutler 2 on google and read good reviews so I booked an appointment. I have very long curly hair and was looking for someone to spend the little extra time it takes to cut curly hair. My TOTAL time, from the time I sat down to the time I had paid and left the salon was 25 minutes. That includes wash and cut. And I had to pay $50 dollars (plus tip…which I shouldnt have left). Anyone who has curly hair knows that there is no way to actually do a good job in that amount of time. So disappointed. I will not be visiting again, nor recommending to anyone.

Naomi gave me an updo for my wedding and it was perfect! Not too mention affordable. I was so happy with the final product and it stayed put throughout the ceremony and reception!
