Bought a pool from them, then they say that they dont have a crew to install so whats the point in buying a pool for the summer and have to look at it just sitting in pieces on a pallet i DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

If you are ever in need of a pool or pool supplies, do NOT use Brazos Valley Pools & Hot Tubs. We spent over $10,000 on an above ground pool from them back in May. They do not install pools, but gave us the name of someone they would recommend. By mid-June, the pool was finally delivered to our backyard where it sat in boxes for months because we could never get communication from the recommended installer.We finally found someone else to install it for us. He discovered the pool liner and LED light we paid for had not been delivered. After some intense conversations with the company, we finally received a liner today (that was paid for by the Radiant pool company - not Brazos Valley Pools), but we were told they would do nothing to help with the LED light.We paid $450 for that light, and they would not refund or replace it unless we paid another $450. Remember, at this point, they have not been out a dime. They have been unhelpful, accusatory, and shown the worst customer service I have ever seen, and I am a very patient and forgiving person who has given them opportunity after opportunity to fix the situation.When I told them today I would not recommend them to anyone and would make sure people knew of their customer service, they threatened to sue me for slander.If you are in need of any pool services or an above ground pool, contact PoolTex in Brenham. Matt Gore has been helpful in trying to salvage this disaster.

I am so happy I shopped at BV Pools and Spa. I was very surprised by the spa selection onsite. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Great job!

I was nervous about going into this place because I got my hot tub from Amazon (a cheap inflatable one), but I was having trouble and needed help. The attendant (I think her name was Bailey) was amazing. She went above and beyond writing notes and helping me with a game plan. The place was also decently kid friendly for my 4 year old.

We bought a above ground pool there in 2011. They are great on selling but service is horrible. To be told they had an emergency when we needed our sand changed and their emergency was had to install a hot tub in Madisonville. REALLY

Every time we go into this store we are impressed with the knowledge and service we get. It is really nice to do business with people that know what they are talking about and know about the parts they sell. Combine all that with good customer service attitude and you know you have visited the right place.

I cant tell you how many times i have been lied to about repair schedules. I have been trying for over a year to get them to fix my hot tube , they say they ordered parts , which never seem to come in , every time I talk to them i have to start at ground zero, re- explain my problem & who I am ,where I am at, its very frustrating to deal with this company , I am moving on , frankly I cant understand how they stay in business, the previous owners were not like this.

I just read a bad review on this company. They are so far off base!The staff at BV Pools goes out of their way to work with the customer, and get the chemicals & equipment that works for the customer. I have been going there for 6 years.The Better Business Bureau reports they go out of their way to work with a customer if there is a problem. Check it out.Or better yet, visit the store and judge for yourself of how you are treated.

Nothing!! Absolutely the most horrible company exer in Brazos county. We initially had great service the first year after moving into our home. The following year they cant remember who we are and was having pump problems that they repeatedly kept giving excuses on what we should try next. In after we begged them to send someone out. When they finally did he was the most incompetent technician ever! Nothing was fixed no were having to look outside of Bryan College Station to find a pool service. Would never recommend these people to anyone!!!!!

Wow!!! These guys are dishonest and very rude....to me anyway! This company is several counties away from my home, but, since they were a Doughboy dealer, I decided to make the drive from Montgomery. I came in to Brazos Valley Pools to buy pool supplies for an older Doughboy. I was told that my pool was too old to order parts for. They couldve told me that before I drove out there, passing dozens of pool companies. Then, I was sold another pool, chemicals, and accessories that day. They told me Baquacil was the way to go in my new pool. Sold me two cases totaling $240! When they loaded the pool and everything into my truck, the pool boxes were wet. Like completely wet. The boy said it was just the rain from last night, but when we got home and opened them up, there was noticeable rust on several metal parts. There was no skimmer to be found. I called and spoke with Brandy. She immediately took offense saying everything comes on a pallet, insinuating I was lying. Then, I spoke with Ron, I think. He told me they found the skimmer! I drove ALL the way back to College Station. Brandy never apologized. Even after I said, So it wasnt my fault??? She said nope, and walked away. Like a dummy, I spent MORE money there. I was sold a used ladder that I was told had only been outside on demo for two weeks. They charged me $325 for the ladder and loaded it into my car. When I got home, I found bugs, huge scratches, and lime from standing water! I guess a lot goes on there in two weeks! I later found the EXACT same ladder at my local pool store for $129!!! I got duped!!! Then, after looking at the receipt today, I saw they charged me $22 for two bags of sand!!! I never got two bags of sand!!!!!! I had no idea that was on the receipt!! I was spending like crazy there and they were just having a hay day! Sand was never, ever mentioned, so I didnt look for it. I actually called later and asked Brandy where I could buy sand. At that point, she couldve mentioned that she already sold me sand. I spent almost $4000. I was so trusting. I was treated very poorly. Was overcharged. Talked into chemicals that I will never use. Baquacil has a HUGE mark-up, so they push it on people unsuspecting. They will not take it back because, and I quote, You gave us a bad Google review, so youre not getting a refund! You never mentioned the sand on Google, so youre lying about it now! Plus, its been too long... LOL!!! Brandy was so angry that I had the nerve to call and ask for a refund after giving them a bad google review. She took this opportunity to, not make things right for me, but to YELL at me!!! I had to hang up on her. Geez! I did leave them a bad review, but I took it down right after I did it because I wanted to give them another chance. Review is back up! With even better detail. Good-bye!!! I use chlorine now. Ill sell the Baquacil on craigslist and leave you this little review. Thanks for treating me so poorly. Shop around before you buy ANYTHING there. Or just dont buy anything there. My advice.
