This company was a fantastic experience! I don’t write reviews often but they did such a great job, were so efficient and effective - not to mention provided great quality customer service - that I felt it was the least I could do! Being a new home owner can be scary… but building a list of reliable and reputable companies to help me navigate through some of the things that come with it is a great relief. They are now my go-to company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of any pest control needs!

I used Venus at my previous house up to August 2020 when we moved. Now that were settled in about a year now in our new place, Im about to give them a call to restart service as Im seeing summer pests in our new home. Great company and awesome service! They have been dependable and only charged what they quoted me. Very responsive to all my emails. They always let me know when they were scheduled to come out and kept the appointments. I love that they will target exactly what I am needing and not try to push other unrelated services that I dont want in an overkill and expensive package.

A sudden fire ant mound overtaking my weep holes freaked me out. I called several companies, Venus was able to send out someone asap. DID A THOROUGH JOB; Both the tech and the gal at the office were SUPER NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE and the price was amazing. way better than the big alphabet company. These folks remind you of when customer service was really something businesses valued.

Very prompt at eliminating a nasty German roach infestation at a rental property. Time will tell as to how long the treatment will last, but there was a significant death toll the morning after treatment. Two previous bug bomb attempts had little effect on these critters.

We used Venus for about seven years after a really bad flea and mosquito problem in our backyard. We have a really complicated pest situation in our backyard, and some very exacting specifications about what we want, and do not want, sprayed. Venus, and our tech Ken, was always invested in getting the problem solved in a way in which we were comfortable. Ken was *always* on time and (unless there was rain) came on the scheduled day.

Very professional service. I have been using Venus Pest Company for a few years now and I’ve never had any problems. They do both inside and “outside only” treatments; I’ve used both they seem to work equally well. I’ve always gotten prompt and professional responses when I’ve emailed them with questions. They send emails when regular services are due and if the person doing treatments is running ahead of (or behind) schedule they’ve always communicated this with me by text.

Applications work. Very accommodating in rescheduling when needed.

We had so much tiny little ghost ants in and out side of my house since May/June. I tired to take the matter into my own hands to take care of it. But there were so many of these little ants I wasn’t able to handle it on my own. Contacted the Venus pest control company they came and took care of everything. It worked, however in few weeks of time those ants came back. Contacted the Venus pest control company again and they came back and did treatment again. It’s been few weeks now and haven’t seen any of those ants again. I hope not to see them again. Venus does a great job of texting before they come, asking if I would like the inside and outside done, and then following up after. They will come back if you notice things are not better and fix a spot right away.

When I let them know I do not want inside spraying they do not insist but work out a way to take care of the problem without having to do so. This is the WORST company in BRAZOS VALLEY!! DO NOT USE VENUS PEST COMPANY!!! Scott the owner is a completely arrogant and unreasonable. He told us he could charge us any price he wanted, even though though we have been with the company for 8 years. he decided to raise our quarterly rates NOT tell us and when we confronted him about it, he said WHO CARES, what you do, go someplace else.. I dont care! we asked him so you would rather loose $400 a year from a 8 year customer over a $40 year increase? He said I dont need your business! how disappointing and unethical! If you want to have your prices changed on you without your knowledge and then get treated horrible and berated and yelled at when you ask.. well.. enough said. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

I never even have to see the technician, unless I want to, but can communicate by text or in person if I need to. If I ever DO have questions, they respond immediately, and always check in advance of the appt. to see if I have any specific concerns or requests for them to handle while they’re here (e.g., am I noticing any bugs INSIDE that need addressed).Their excellent communication allows me to get my animals pottied and back inside well before they get here.Just a great experience all around!

Completely solved pest problem in my 1940s home. When I moved in there was a bad roach infestation. With quarterly treatments by Venus, the roach problem was 100% eliminated, and my house has been pest-free for 2 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Venus even provided treatment, free of charge, when there was a some animal living under my house, and when there was a huge fire ant hill in my yard, even though these happened off-cycle of their quarterly visits. I strongly recommend this company.
