I have had service about two years. I recently started a pool build and made contact to relocate the line. It was obvious the line ran directly where the pool would go. I called to get it moved and was informed I must go through 811, which I did. No one ever came to paint the line. This wouldn’t have mattered as the line needed to be moved. Of course the line was hit and then repaired. Now the line needs to be run again apparently and buried. I received a quote for over $1,100 to do this. It sure how you charge someone to fix something that they requested be fixed before the problem would have occurred. The staff has attempted to be helpful and management can’t bother to speak with me. Please help CEO manage my or at least speak to me and let me know you will not help me!

I didn’t start services with them and I want to quit. I buy a new home and my builder do not give us any other option. When I call to start the services they just said that they will contact me. That never happened, I was informed by my builder that they forgot to build the infrastructure for the internet connection!!! Terrible!! Now after two weeks in my home waiting that they solve the problem., I was schedule for 3:00 pm and is 6:09 pm and the technician is not here yet. I called the company and they said that the have some inconvenientes but they will come today. If you are reading this review and have others options for your internet go there, even if your option is Suddenlink, that will be the paradise compared with this company. Don’t lose your time here.

We are very pleased with the people and services provided by CEO. We use both security and Internet. Both systems perform very well and are reliable. The employees are very professional and courteous. We highly recommend CEO.

CEO is horrible. I’ve had the displeasure of being stuck with them for two weeks thanks to my apartment complex making it mandatory. When our internet is working, the speed and bandwidth are both slow enough to make it almost as frustrating as when it isn’t working. If you like watching shows, get ready to watch in 360p! CEO has a 5 device limit on your connection, and if you want more than 5mbps, you’re gonna have to pay more. On top of that, they’ll charge your roommates this fee too. CEO takes advantage of students that have no other choice in internet. Avoid doing business with them like the plague.

I moved to a neighborhood that contracted this company. I hated suddenlink, but I wish I could have them back. They tried to charge me $500 for something that my builder was responsible for. They also want me to pay $400 and I can’t even access my account.

Another unhappy service experience. They install equipment, indicate they no longer support the product a couple of years later, and then suggest a new product is available. Nothing wrong with the original product... just they no longer support so youre out on your own. If zero (0) were an option on the rating, thats what they deserve.

You call and call and can never get anyone. Always having to leave a message...........the billing is always incorrect. They may be buying businesses but they better get their main business correct or they wont have any customers.

This guys make you miss Suddenlink... that should say enough about them! Im stucked with this guys since my development decided to sign a contract with this people and theyre the only ones authorized to provide the service where I live. Waited more than 30 days for them to schedule the installation and when they finally did it there was an issue with the infrastructure and now I have to wait until they get the part... No proper response at all, 8 hours trying to get someone on the phone and all they do is blame it on Covid. Poor customer service, and without having the service I already know is going to be terrible and on top of that their prices are higher than any other provider.

I called two times and after waiting 20minutes each time I got disconnected. Never got to talk to anyone and I still don’t have my internet working. Do I have to switch internet service to be able get it some kind of customer service? If you are looking for a good Quality Internet stay away from CEO.

We experienced over a year at our new home of unreliable, slow, and at most times non-existent internet with CEO. Thought that bad internet was just something we’d have to live with living outside the city limits, but after switching to Brazos WiFi, we have seen a night and day difference in reliability and speeds.CEO’s support staff is understaffed, unknowledgeable, and slow to respond. We regularly experienced close to 30 minute or more wait times on hold for a support member, whose only advice was “try unplugging your equipment, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in”. After months of requesting their technicians to come out, we finally convinced them that the unplug/replug strategy wasn’t working and they scheduled technicians to come out 4 weeks out. Our internet worked better for about a week and then went back to terrible. At that point we made the switch to Brazos WiFi.

I’ve had CEO etc. Internet service for 3 years. It is perhaps the most poorly run business and LEAST RELIABLE of any ISP I’ve ever had.Need tech support? - they won’t answer during business hours (happened 3 separate times)Want to stream your TV? - count on random outages at least 3-4 times per week, mostly on Friday nights and Saturday mornings (happens like clockwork, and has been going on for over a year).If you have a choice where you live, definitely choose suddenlink.

Internet service and speed ok for the area. However every time it rains the POE box goes out. Last month it took me a couple of days and several calls to get one. After last Thursday’s storm I canned in at about 6:15 and told them I needed another box and that I was working from home and something very important. It was urgent. I offered to come pick up the box right then. I was told someone would bring me one Friday. No one called Friday so when I called in I was told the warehouse was closed. My biggest issue was being put off and lied to. So, no business until Monday and I call again. After an hour or so of waiting on then to return my call I was then told I could come pick it up. I’ve been waiting since Thursday. The POE boxes are apparently obsolete and you can’t just run out and buy them. My biggest issue with CEO is being mislead and put off.

Very weak internet signal / service. The also charge you a fee to pay your bill online in 2020... shocking! Avoid these guys if at all possible... almost better of with dial up from the 90’s

Horrible. Extremely unreliable internet. Customer service never answers the phone. We pay extra to have more Mbps, yet we somehow never get anything above 5 mbps. I paid less with Suddenlink for 100x the speed, and would gladly go back if I were able to... which is saying a lot.

Limits me to only 5 devices on my network at a time. I have only 4 devices on it and it wont even let me reconnect my desktop via ethernet anymore. Worst. Internet. Provider. Ever.

Internet works most of the time; however, the most frustrating thing is when there is an outage or degradation, they do not post it anywhere that we can see. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to diagnose issues and waiting on hold only for them to tell me it’s not my computer, they’re experiencing issues with everyone’s internet. If they would post this info in a public place online, I would be a much happier customer. This is IT 101.

CEO has got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with as far as a service company goes. Almost one year ago there billing department made a mistake and changed my auto pay information. Resulting in 4 months of insufficient payment. CEO did not catch this mistake for 4 months!! Once they caught the mistake they of course blamed me for insufficient payment. Once we started digging into the matter we discovered they had switched to a new billing program and had entered my auto pay information incorrectly. Thus the 4 months of missed payment was THEIR mistake. They admitted fault and told me not to worry about it....... Now almost a year later they are saying I need to pay for those missed months immediately or my services will be turned off. Upon arguing with them that this was their mistake, a Shawna Uilkie in their office accused me of not taking caring of my finances responsibly and one manager Jennifer Hager yelled at me and hung up on me. Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Originally had a poor experience with some of the office personnel and billing department. HOWEVER, one of the owners AND a manager came to our house in person to discuss the issue, and helped fix a problem we were having with our internet. I am very impressed with how the problem was handled by owners and management. I appreciate the customer service!

I do not even have my service set up yet and I’m already extremely frustrated with this company. All I’m trying to do is set up a date for them to come out get my service set up. Why is it so hard to ask that someone PICK UP THE PHONE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?!!! If I was not locked into using them, I would take my business elsewhere in a heart beat.Update: I was reached out to and I did get most of my issues resolved. However due to the way my apartments were set up, the internet was still inconsistent throughout my unit.

Would give it 0 stars if that was listed. Had cable for about 7-8 months now. Down more than it is up. They cant fix it, they dont show up for apts. Waiting right now, been down since Saturday and its Tuesday afternoon.

Ceo has been a huge disappointment. Internet was guaranteed in my apartment complex, but its been broken for a month. Any time I ask about it they say theyre Working on it obviously not otherwise Id be happily watching Netflix and not watching google reviews. Back to the company, avoid them at all costs. At this rate, Id be better off sending messenger pigeons or telegraphs than trying to send emails with them.

We have used CEO Internet for years and typically receive reliable service for the upgraded 6/3 mbps residential plan. For those that live outside cable service areas, this technology is next best, its better than DSL and much better than satellite because there is no long term contracts, no monthly data caps, and latency is minimal (less than 30 ms compared to satellite > 700 ms). Rain interference was a major issue but appears to be resolved by CEO upgrading their equipment and adding a redundant backhaul signal that is less suseptible to rain interferance. Their dish is small, about 8 in diameter. The quality is good enough for VOIP service with no detectable voice delays.The downside to this technology is the dish needs unobstructed view of their tower, where the initial cost of a radio tower to get the dish above the trees was about $1500. Also, the modem is integral with the dish. If there is a problem with with the modem, a trained technician needs to climb the tower with a special safety harness to repair or replace the dish. The only other parts are the lightning surge protector at the base of the tower (need to keep a spare on hand from Amazon, Ubiquiti Model ETH-SP), ethernet cable, and the power Point of Entry Adapter (POE) inside the house that provides the ethernet connection to the main router and modem power supply.

Having been customers with them for years they have been unable to supply us with a replacement printer for a full day and now are not even answering their phones. So we have lost a whole day of sales.
