Wasn’t so happy with the wax service though, I had Lexi I think that was her name, and when I got home, I saw there was still a good bit of hair left. I feel like she didn’t thoroughly do the wax, and there was dried wax left behind as well. Not too happy with today’s service.

Such a pleasing experience on my first appointment! I had my business grand opening coming up and needed to pamper myself. Devon accommodated me right away. As many people probably do, I have spent my life going to the local nail salon to have my eyebrows waxed. After today, I will be a lifetime customer of the European Wax Center! Shelby was AMAZING. This was the first time Ive ever waxed anywhere in my intimate area, and I went for the big boy Brazilian. Shelby made me so comfortable and put me at ease. I truly believe Shelby made it as easy and pain free as she could and didnt make me feel silly if I cringed and tensed up here and there. She answered all my questions so well! Raquel at the front desk was really speedy and informed me about all the specials going on without being too pushy. My original waxer also called in right before my appointment and Raquel called me and we got it worked out so quickly and easily and I still got in at the schedule time. I will definitely be returning to European wax again!

I always refer my friends to European Wax Center when they want an eyebrow wax. Princess makes the wax easy, quick, and pain free. She’s always a joy to talk to and my brows look marvelous weeks later along without any scaring from the wax. Quinn is a pleasant face to see when you walk in to check in. She always has a smile on her face and answers any questions I have about their products. Both of these women are a must see when you go to EWC.

Lexie and the sweet girl at the front (I cant remember her name but she was the sweetest) were so great. It can be kinda intimidating going to get waxed at a new place for the first time but those girls made it feel like you were just chatting with friends. It really took all the nerves out of the situation for me and I definitely will be returning.

I went for a waxing for my chin, and the wax was hot and I informed her the wax is hot. She end up burning me and when she rip the wax off she took my skin and my chin start bleeding. I bleed for about 3-5 minutes. When I reached out to the company. The manager said they can give me my money for my wax job. The bad thing was my birthday was Friday October 9 and this happened on October 4. My face looked terrible. I have pictures and my Birthday was ruin. I had planned to take pictures. Please share my story if you want proof I have them.

I had grown my eyebrows out for a year and wanted to clean them up and keep them nice and full. When my service was done, she had waxed off all of the fullness of my eyebrows down to them being super thin and uneven. Extremely upset and disappointed that my eyebrows are ruined and will take months to grow back to where they were. Will not be going back.

I got my eyebrows and underarms done and it was great! Sarah was my waxer and she was great explaining to me anything I was concerned about. Pacque was working the front and she was so nice when I came in. The service was quick which I loved but still was great quality. My only thing is that once I say no to the wax passes I dont need to be given anymore information. I kind of felt like I was hounded. Still was a great experience.Update:Okay so, I went in again for the same services, eyebrow and underarms. I definitely would say that this experience was not as good as last time. After I went home I looked in the mirror and say that I still had so much hair that wasnt waxed around my eyebrows. It was like she didnt even try to get all the hair in-between my brows. I had to do so much plucking myself. I will not be using that waxer again.

Love my specialist but service up front isnt the best. I tipped my specialist in person, when they asked if I wanted to tip I told them no. Then while I was buying my item they added a tip anyway. When I asked why it was so much they told me because of the tip. I told them NO TIP! They said sorry messed on the computer and said it was fixed. I paid got home and they NEVER took the tip off. I tipped my specialist TWICE! Unacceptable, they need to listen to their customers.

Front desk staff are... meh they werent rude or anything but neither friendly or welcoming. However my Waxer (terrible at names short haird girl) WAS FANTASTIC! The girl was slower than molasses and I swear she did not know how to wax properly. She lifted skin up with the wax so i was bleeding and I know it wasn’t my fault as I’ve been waxing for years. I should’ve remembered her name so you guys could steer clear but I was so upset I left in a hurry. She kept rubbing my skin instead of pressing on it post wax strip therefore irritating it further. Idk man just be cautious of who you go to lol. Will never be returning.

I was helped by Deedee today. It was my first brazilian and full leg wax. It certainly hurt... But Deedee was amazing! She was so great about explaining everything and helping me through the pain. I was hesitant to leave a review after my appointment last Thursday with Princess, but after having to tweeze my own eyebrows a week later, I decided I needed to leave an honest review.My first trip here was a little over a year ago, and I LOVED how my eyebrows were done. They were perfectly shaped and great for the wedding I was a part of. So when another event came up, I decided to come back in. I was greeted by Princess, who led me back to a room and asked if I wanted to keep the shape of my natural eyebrows. I said yes, and she proceeded to take away any arch that I had while missing most of the hair underneath. I left the appointment a little disappointed with the money I had spent, but able to fix the botched job with makeup. A week later, the hair that she had missed under my eyebrow became visible and I had to tweeze it to even look presentable!I’m very disappointed in the service they provided and will not be returning.

Have been waxing for about 15 years, 7 yrs Brazilian, sometimes I do my own waxes with my professional kit at home. Could not get an appointment with my regular person at another salon so thought I’d give this place a try. What in the world — one of the worst waxes I’ve ever had. I was left with patchy hair & am bleeding from the girl applying wax over and over to clean up. The best she could offer was plucking to get the rest but there are patches of hair so that isn’t even realistic. Shania was the tech. Do not go.

I normally love my visits here! I have been going here for my brazilians the last year and its always a great experience. I just got my eyebrows done and Ciera took half of my right eyebrow off. If you care about your eyebrows go somewhere else or trust whoever it is. My ring day is tomorrow and I have mismatched eyebrows.

Favorite place to get waxed! Prices are high but are 100% worth it! They know exactly what they’re doing and do a great job of making you feel as comfortable as possible. Shania is my favorite by far!

Their online appointment system has never once worked for me and there phone has been broken for awhile now. I tried to get ahold of them for over a week and even went to the shop but they were closed (even though they weren’t supposed to close for two hours). Their customer service is not worth it for a mediocre (at best) wax with absurd prices. Try Laila’s Beauty Studio if you’re looking for a good wax with fast service and all natural products!

DeeDee is amazing. By far a hidden gem with a genuine soul. She made me feel so comfortable given the state of the services and I am so grateful for her professionalism. She also walked me through the entire process telling me what she was doing, what she was applying, when wax was getting removed and how to prepare mentally and physically for it all. Best part of all was the pain was 100x better than my last experience. The pain wasnt bad at all. Seriously, she is the absolute best. DeeDee also informed me of products that I really like so far. ~ Thank you so much!
