We thought we would have to tell our sweet little Dragon goodbye. Thankfully, Dr. Rupleys care and expertise gave us the option to put him through surgery and give him back all the quality of life that he had lost. He is now fully recovered from surgery and so incredibly healthy. At 22 months old, I know that every day is borrowed time. I am so thankful to the AllPets staff for giving us this time with our sweet boy. My only complaint Id that they are so very expensive, even compared to other vets. But, there is nobody else I would trust with my hamsters.

These people are bizarre. My normal vet returns my pet to my car and then takes my credit card. Or hands me my pet and then I pay. This place literally holds your animal hostage until you pay. You are assumed to be some kind of penniless thief when entering their establishment (if you wish to generously call it that). This is not only a pathetic way to treat customers, but it demonstrates that they care very little about the pet, and are solely focused on financial incentives (which is a fine goal for a business, but it is horrible customer service to convey that goal so blatantly and shamelessly to a customer and put that ahead of the actual telos of medicine), to the point where they will disrespect you.

I trust this staff implicitly. Drs Rupley and Hilliard are competent and extraordinarily empathetic. They are also excellent communicators, able to make pet owners understand what is wrong, what has to be done, the benefits and drawbacks of different courses of action, and how the treatment works. You dont feel like youre helplessly taking an experts word; you feel like youve learned enough to make an informed choice. Ive found that rare in doctors for any species. The technical staff are wonderfully kind and gentle. And everyone in that place loves each of their patients individually and deeply. I will be taking my furred family here for years to come, and I cant imagine going anywhere else for a compassionate end for one of my companions.

I used to take my macaw here for her checkups and any medical needs. However, in my last visit, I had the most horrific experience ever and would warn anyone to stay away if you care about the safety of your pet.Apparently, they used metal tools to try to pry my birds break open. This resulted in busting my birds beak on both sides. When I came in to pick up my bird, she was handed over with blood dripping from her cracked beak. The most appalling part, is there was no remorse. No apology. Nothing to make it right. Im pursuing my legal options now, but I implore any client of this vet to seriously search for someone more caring and empathetic about their practice. Feel free to reach out for pictures if you want proof, as I documented it all at the time.Completely unprofessional.

Under the circumstances of things being under all COVID-19 safety measures I dont think there really is much that could have been done at this time to make our visit any better. I would have loved to actually meet Dr. Rupley in person & go over her first visit with my bird. Luckily enough she made a phone call to me afterwards & discussed everything with me & it was not a rushed call & when I picked Flo up her report she sent home was detailed in everything we discussed over the phone. I am just grateful that All Pets is open & able to take care of my bird. The staff is friendly & Dr. Rupley is very thorough. I will definitely be using this office for all of my birds needs & highly recommend All Pets to anyone who is looking for a Vet. It was great to find out that Flo is a happy healthy bird.

Highly recommend for exotics. I took my bearded dragon there after a month of trying to get him the help he desperately needed. The staff is friendly and the technician who helped me was incredible and knew her exotics. Dr. Rupley seems to have an endless knowledge of exotic medicine and clearly seems to care about her patients more than the money. She has taken amazing care of my baby boy and is everything a veterinarian should be.

We recently purchased a tortoise from a local pet store for my 10 year old daughter. She has been researching tortoises for two years. We were so happy and as good pet parents we took Flash, (our tortoise) to Dr. Rupley at All Pets. I’m so glad we did!!!! Flash was very sick. The All Pets team correctly identified and treated a number if infections and conditions with expertise and compassion. They even sent my daughter pictures of Flash eating so she wouldn’t worry when he had to stay overnight. We are still rehabbing this sweet guy. I could be more thankful for the excellence and compassion as well as the support we found at All Pets!!! Give them a chance and they will wow you too.

I am not one to leave negative reviews so please keep in mind I have thought for years now before speaking on this situation but I feel it needs to be shared so other pet owners don’t suffer the way I did.I took my sugar glider here to get a full exam and microchip. When I was there the vet told me he was the healthiest, prettiest, sweetest sugar glider she had met and I was doing a great job with him.For his microchip insertion and to have tests run on him they needed to put him under anesthesia. I went to pick him up and about an hour later they called and said one of their tests came back inconclusive and asked if I could bring him back to run it again. I did so and they put him under again. When I picked him up for the second time he was very out of it but they assured me it would wear off and was normal. For hours he could barely move and moved sideways around his cage. By morning he had passed away.I immediately called them and informed them of what happened and they asked me to bring his body in. I did and I was pretty inconsolable the entire time. They told me their first test showed that he may have had kidney failure but that unfortunately the second test was inconclusive and they were not sure if that was the case or not. Why did they tell me the first test was inconclusive if it had in fact said kidney failure? I understand wanting to be sure but blatantly lying to try to ward off worry was unprofessional. I asked her what could have caused him to pass. She admitted to me that the second round of anesthesia could have caused him extra stress and if he did have kidney failure that it could have sped up the process and resulted in him passing away.I then asked her if she knew on the tests he may have kidney failure and if they were admitting how a second round of anesthesia so soon could have been fatal to him why they would do that to him and have me bring him back so soon? I was trusting them to know what to do as I am not a vet. This is where the mood changed. You could tell she had made a mistake admitting that and knew I was realizing they had made a mistake. I asked for a refund of my $300 and they would not give me a refund. I consulted with some friends in law and they told me if they had given me a refund and if I had decided to take them to court over his death it could be used as an admission of guilt so that is probably why they would not give me a refund. At the time I was at TAMU as a student as this was about four years ago and I had no money to even attempt a lawyer or pursue them in court so I just mourned in silence and accepted that they wouldn’t give me a refund and I couldn’t change that pip was gone. Now that I am older I feel it’s important people know what happened to my pip. She seemed more concerned about me maybe taking her to court than doing the right thing and refunding my money on my pet she had very likely just fatally treated. My pip was fine when he walked in and 24 hours later was dead based on their poor decisions and lack of care for both their pet client and me as the pet owner.I have read the responses they have written to other 1 star reviews years after what happened to me and all I see is them not taking accountability and claiming they will “better their team going forward with the info the reviews are mentioning” but it seems nothing has changed. You all should care less about being sued and more about doing the right thing for your clients, in my case you owed me my money back and you all were in the wrong 100%. I did everything right as a pet owner. I would appreciate if you did not reply to this review the way you do others by acting like you’ll change your ways when you really will not and very clearly come off as only caring about money and legalities instead of doing the right thing. He should have lived a full lifespan not had it cut short. He deserved better than what he got from you.Do not go here.

They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Took care of my cat and went above and beyond to educate me on things I can do for her during healing and at home for some of her other issues. They also have great safety measures in place with the current health situation and were very attentive. Even called throughout my cats surgery to keep me updated on changes and how she was doing. This was my first experience with them and I can 100% say this is my new veterinarian for all my pets.

I called and told them that I needed them to see my rabbit and that it was an emergency. They told me to call when I got there. I did and the phone would not even ring it just kept saying busy. So I frantically went and knocked on the door. They took him in and told me that there would be a charge of around $35 and another of $79 for and emergency fee and exam fee. I was also told that I would be called to approve any further charges. They then had me sign a form and of course I did as I was hysterical about my rabbit. I received a call later saying that he did not make it and the bill would be $500. I was not expecting the bill to be that high especially since I was never called to approve anything. I couldn’t afford to pay the entire bill but obviously I desperately wanted to take my poor boy home and give him a proper burial. I went back and forth for over an hour with them before they finally released his body to me. I had to pay half up front and agree to pay the other half within a week. I was also told that “[the] manager was really working with me”, as if I was being offered some mercy. After they took my payment he was brought out to me in an amazon box. Losing a pet is hard enough. This Veterinarian made it so so much harder. I will say however, I did appreciate the sympathy and kind words from the staff as well as the flowers they left in the box with him. I just feel like no one should be put through this, I understand businesses need to collect money to operate but I do not feel like I was treated very fairly or with any mercy in this very difficult time.

I want to be short and to the point instead of going through every single thing that went wrong. That would take too long.Every time I had to take my little dude back up there for futher complications I paid my balance in full. I paid thousands of dollars. Suddenly they tell me I have a balance, which infuriated me after thousands of dollars. Apparently they put me on a payment plan that I did not authorize. They decided my two male, adult small pets could go in the same holding space. They should NOT be in one space and they should have known that; I brought them in two containers! One attacked the other and ripped his leg open; he needed stitches and they gave him pain meds. They did all of this before even telling me there was an injury. I understand emergencies, but again an unauthorized action on their part. Some of it, honestly, just doesnt *seem* right. They filled him chock full of antibiotics over and over. They gave me a few different sedatives for him, the last of which was a heavy opiod, they said. I gave him everything the way they prescribed it. His last visit was draining an abcess. On the way home from his last visit he was acting kind of top heavy.. Falling over himself.. The abcessed area looked completely mutilated. He died the next day.It doesnt even need said that I dont recommend taking your pet here. This place fills me with fury. Two stars because they kept me in the loop *fairly* well and because they never gave up on trying more things to get my guy healthy. I just cant help but think all the back and forth and his condition not getting better was because they didnt know what they were doing, but I tried to look for A reason to give them more than one star.

When we originally got our cats we went to College Hills (the closest location to campus) but after needing them to fill out international travel forms we found College Hills to be very rude and - I feel bad saying this - lazy. We would give them the forms to fill out and they would refuse, saying “oh its not necessary” when we simply needed them to fill out vaccine information. It seems they were very ill-organized which is why they struggled so much to date and sign our paperwork. After our fourth trip for the same form (and they didnt even offer one of the vaccines the country required) we decided to try All Pets instead.Over the phone, All Pets is very courteous and able to answer all of questions in a timely and professional manner (it felt like a whole new world!) It was such a sigh of relief to put our cats in their trustworthy care. The location itself is very nice and well taken-care-of, with more focus on those tiny cleanly details than the College Hills competitor. On site the All Pets employees are just as pleasant and helpful - even during the stress and confusion of COVID-19.Today I was helped by a wonderful staff member named Lina (or Leena? - I didnt get the spelling) and she was so kind, gracious, and went above and beyond to make sure not only our cats were comfortable, but that she could fill out all the paperwork and not miss anything. She even called to double-check we had everything. We never mentioned our College Hills experience to the staff of All Pets. It seems that on their own free will All Pets love to go above and beyond for their clients and serve their pets the best they can. Once they heard it was an urgent visit, they were able to book an appointment for me the same despite being fully booked. The staff and the vet were super pleasant. The beardie was very sick and in pain so the most human thing was to put him out of his misery :( I was very emotional, Dr R was so sweet and gave me a hug. I chose to take him home with me, they placed him in a box, on a towel with a little flower. I thought that was very thoughtful. And on top of all that, a few weeks later we received our dragons paw and tail prints with his name plus a card with personal messages from the whole office. How kind is that? My 10 years old and I were very touched by this. And now she has a little keepsake of her beloved friend.

This place has terrible communication and has an extremely unethical employee. I just took my puppy in because she had an abscess in her abdomen due to an infection she developed since she was spayed a few weeks ago. I put my brother as an alternate contact in case I was busy. So heres what happened. I drop off my puppy and get a call a few hours later concerning a fecal exam and a blood test. I approved the first but said no to the latter. A different employee called my brother and got him to approve the blood test without informing him that I had said no. I had already clarified that I am the legal owner of this puppy but my final word was ignored so they could get an extra $70 by calling my brother and convincing him. This is completely unethical. After the procedure, my brother was called and he was asked to share credit card information over the phone to pay right then and there instead of when the puppy was completely ready. That is a very strange thing to ask, but it makes sense since I had no idea that anything had taken place yet besides the fecal exam. My brother didnt know any better and did accordingly. He was also asked to approve a $150 culture exam and luckily he said no to this one. Heres the kicker. I was then called and asked about this exact same culture exam. I asked if my brother was contacted and was then told yes but that this woman who shall remain unnamed couldnt read her own handwriting so they called me instead of my brother for some reason. That is the most sorry excuse I have ever heard in my entire life and at that point, I knew there was something incredibly wrong. I immediately declined that exam and called my brother and we realized that we had been called back and forth over the past day without each others knowledge. When I went to pick up my puppy, I found out that there are at least three different people who are in charge of phone calls and there is most definitely one bad apple but she shall remain unnamed. The only reason that this is not a one star rating is that I realized all but one of the employees are innocent and were genuinely apologetic. I was able to get the $70 refunded.Heres my advice: simply stay away, especially if you are a college student like I am. Dont let the soft worship music they play convince you that youll be treated well by all of them. As long as that one employee is there, it is sneaky upsell season. I understand that upselling a little bit is common practice so that is fine, but calling the alternate contact about the very thing I said no to is incredibly unethical and very dishonest. I spoke to so many of the employees and only one was defensive and made up excuses. If you have to use this place in case of an emergency like I did, do not give them an alternate contact no matter what and try your very best to be able to pick up the phone every time.

I brought my poodle in on an emergency after she ate a bottle of people vitamins. She was very sick. She is still under the care of Dr. Rupley. We are not completely back to normal.I was so touched by how warm and professional everyone on her staff have been. They have made this awful experience much more tolerable because they truly care. Dr. Rupley is more expensive but I believe you get what you pay for.

I have been using their services for over a year, the staff has always been very courteous, friendly and helpful in every visit. They all have been very compassionate when I have lost any of my pets. I am very pleased and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Rupley is very knowledgeable, she takes time to explain every detail and answers all my questions, she makes me feel at ease in her office which I believe is important since I am already at edge and worried about my patient. Dr. Rupley is running a first class operation!

I absolutely love Dr. Rupley. You can tell that she cares about my beardie just like I do. I wouldn’t trust any other vet to do surgery on her. The price is a little high but that’s anywhere when you have a sick beardie. I love this place and the staff.

Being a pet owner is amazing. But, we all know when it comes time to say goodbye, its never easy. I am an owner of rats. And, if anyone has experience with these little critters, they know that the goodbyes come often. 😔 I had to say goodbye to my baby yesterday. Although she was with me for a short time she was MY baby. After realizing how bad her general health really was, I was in a very tough spot. Emotionally and Financially. First, for years, ive only went to one vet. Hes no longer in the area. So, I didnt know of places that take exotic animals. After doing some research I came across this incredible place. While the experience was dreadful.. The compassion of the staff (Shelby, Kristen, and Agnes)at this clinic made things... Easier. They were kind. I left my baby up there.. With the idea of coming back to get her. I didnt expect the phone call that I received from Agnes. My baby was in more trouble than Id thought. And she explained to me in terms I could understand. She had compassion. Kindness, and warmth in her words. It was almost as if shed felt my pain. To help ease the stress of the day, they were kind enough to work with me on the financias of the visit. Im very thankful for these women.. And no words can explain how much you helped me.Also, the flowers in the box she was picked up in. The blankets, to keep her warm, and the peace youve given to her, and I. Ill never forget the 3 of you. Thank you.

Wow! What an experience! From when I called to make the apt, to paying my bill. The staff here cares more about my puppo then any other vet weve been to.The staff have never meet my beefy and he was sick, they saw him within hours of the call. When we arrived they offered me water and explained what was going on. My dog is a little temperamental and by the end of the visit he was doing tricks and wagging his tail. Before the staff did anything costly, they stopped, broke down the price and ask me if it was ok.I have never been to a vet like this. We will continue to use this vet in the future 🐶❤️

First off, Im a student at Texas A&M. I am an aspiring Veterinarian. I have worked in an animal clinic for over a year when I lived in Houston. I dont have any firsthand Pet experience, but I am very disappointed with the poor professionalism of this practice.Sometime in Feb/March of this year, I came in, filled out an application and questionnaire, then was called in for an interview. When I did, it was very brief and I was asked a few questions. The manager seemed like he was in a rush and not focused on what I had to say. Its a busy practice, sure, understandable - but I noticed there were no clients there at the time. So after showing me around the practice, he scheduled a working interview for me. A few days later, I came in, scrubs and all -- ready to work. For over 4 hours, I slaved away -- doing anything they asked of me. I held patients, cleaned kennels, assisted with X-Rays, both swept and vacuumed the entire practice, etc. I was worked every second. On top of that, it got busy and they rushed me into rooms with the clients. I had no idea what I was doing because they did a poor job at demonstrating how to take the vitals, temperature, heart-rate etc and expected me to know how to do it very quickly. It was a very sloppy experience, but I was still enthusiastic, feeling like Ive done well. I was impressed with this practice as a whole. The manager wasnt present for majority of my working interview. He was there for maybe the first hour, and then just left. I was worried about this since he wouldnt see how I performed. I asked the receptionist if I would be receiving a follow up call, and she said yes I should. So, days go by. No call. I call the practice 4-5 days after my working interview, and the receptionist said he was out of the office, and would call me back. Fair enough. Another week passes by and I hear NOTHING. I call again, this time once every 2 days. The receptionist ALWAYS had some excuse as to why I couldnt speak to the manager. I even asked if I could send him an email, and she gave me his email address. Nothing. No response. 2 weeks after I sent the email, I call again one last time to try to get a hold of the manager. Of course, some excuse. I give up, feeling defeated, and decide to stop calling.Im sure this place is a good practice to take your pets to. I liked the staff and Dr. Rupley was very kind. I just can not stand how I was treated. They could at least called me to say We decided to say no, or something along those lines. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

Just under a year ago, I brought my bearded dragon in to be put down, as her usual vet was in Houston and I go to school at A&M. While an unfortunate experience, they made it the smoothest experience I could have had. Dr. Rupley is quite possibly the nicest woman Ive had the pleasure of working with my animals. I was expecting a large bill, but was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Rupley even offered a necropsy free of charge. She was incredibly knowledgable on what she was dealing with. It brought me peace of mind as to why my dragon passed and what to do to provide better care for my next one. Once Im back at A&M for school, I plan on taking all of my exotics to her for all future appointments.

We would like to thank Dr. Ruply and her kind staff for their care and understanding, when we had to let our little Chihuahua, Poquito, go after 17 years. Although it was incredibly difficult, the kindness the doctor and staff showed us, was amazing. Although it was our first visit, we knew if would not be our last...So after we rescued a dog, we were happy to take our newest family member, Sparky to All Pets Med Center! Even though he was scared, the staff and Doctor were patient and fell in love with our little Sparky too. We were even surprised when Dr. Ruply, knelt down to meet him and did the first part of his physical right there! We learned that he was a Basenji/Pit Bull mix. {We wondered where his cute, curly tail came from!} The staff was clear on all of the regular costs for his yearly physical and any options, along with the cost for each of those as well. We and our puppy were well cared for and recommend All Pets to all of our friends! Thank you!

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at All Pets. Please read on to learn how to save yourself a considerable amount of money. My dog has been experiencing pain in her right ear. Dr. Rupley recommended a CT scan (approx $2,000) or at the least a dental X-Ray (approx. $500) in order to diagnose what was causing the pain since my dogs eardrum looked fine. I could not in that moment plunk down either amount, so Dr. Rupley recommended an antibiotic IN CASE the pain was being caused by a dental issue below the gum line. I quickly paid my bill and left because I was late for an appointment. Later that night, after giving my dog one dose of the antibiotics, I noticed on the paperwork the name of the antibiotic. My dog was prescribed Clindamycin - an antibiotic that has been associated with C. Difficile infections in people. Since dogs can also carry C. Diff in their guts and a C. Diff infection can be fatal, I did NOT want to take the chance that my dog could come down with this potentially deadly infection when the Dr. was not at all certain that the cause of ear pain could be cured by antibiotics. The next morning I called the clinic asking to return the antibiotic for a refund (minus the cost of the one used dose). I was transferred to Jessica Trinque, who I think is the clinic manager. She informed me that of the $30.69 I paid for the antibiotics, she would be willing to refund about $13. When I asked why she was willing to refund so little, she informed me that she would only refund the cost of the medication. That the other $15 or so dollars was a dispensing fee (I suspect that means clinic profit) that she was unwilling to refund. Guys, do yourselves a favor and choose a more reasonable vet clinic that takes the time to talk with you about prescribed medications BEFORE you pay for them. Heres the part where you save money: While doing research about Clindamycin, I was told by a pharmacist about a website called GoodRX. On that website I saw that Clindamycin can be purchased at Albertsons pharmacy for about $15. All Pets charges $30ish. Do yourselves a favor and ask the vet for a PRESCRIPTION for any medications they prescribe and then go home and look on GoodRX to see of you can find them for less money. It will give you time to research the complications that go along with the medication prescribed for your pet, and it will save you money. Had I done this, and had I chosen to purchase the antibiotic anyway, (which I would not have) I would have saved myself 50% off the cost of medications. Regardless, thanks to Ms. Trinques decision, All Pets has lost my business and a considerable amount of future income (since I am now starting to get my 4 senior pets seen and treated). And all over an approximately $15 dispensing fee. This is according to DVM360: In companion animal practices, an average markup of 90 to 150 percent is added to the cost of pharmaceuticals, along with a dispensing fee of $6 to $11, according to Benchmarks 2013:

Dr. Rupley and the staff at All Pets are truly wonderful. I trust them 100% with my pets. I bring every animal I own to Dr. Rupley because I know that she will give me excellent health advice and the best care. She has the interest of my pets in mind at all times, and I greatly appreciate that. I feel that this clinic is very well prepared to answer just about any question I may have regarding my many animals. They will cater to my needs like no other clinic Ive visited and all information I receive is extremely thorough. I have needed advice on cat food and received a packet (created by All Pets) with the nutritional breakdown of more cat foods than I knew existed. Dr. Rupley has personally searched for information regarding unique medications for my rats, and she has given me articles on phobias in cats. Dr. Rupley makes sure I stay a very well-informed pet owner, which is one of the most important things a veterinarian can do. She is extremely patient and understanding when dealing with clients who have a million questions and concerns like I sometimes do. My animal has been sick off and on for months, yet Dr. Rupley has never given up on him. However, one of the best things she has ever given me is her honesty. I had a previous pet that was sick (before I even discovered All Pets), but no doctor would suggest that I euthanize my dog. I ended up waiting too long and possibly made my babygirl suffer. Unlike those doctors, Dr. Rupley has been honest in telling me when she thinks it is time for me to start considering quality of life for my babies. I respect this so much.Once again, I reiterate that the staff at All Pets is incredible. They work as a team to ensure my pets are happy, healthy, and taken care of in a timely manner. I am forever grateful for Dr. Rupley and all of the staff at All Pets Veterinary Medical Center.

According to the reply, I assume that the vet related policies and practices from other states (developing world?) are not as flawless as that in Texas (even though I provided cats medical records from the foster mom). Plus, pet owners buying medicines or foods outside the hospitals are considered reckless.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The associates and the vets keep trying to sell food, medicine, and insurance to me. My senior cat had been fully inspected at the first time I brought her in. She was adopted from a foster in another state and had taken every shots during her two-year life. But the vet and the associates still forced me to have my cat taken all the same shots and examinations (because the cat moved to Texas from another state). Is it necessary? They even asked me to give them the contact information of the foster mom. They told me my two cats are too healthy, and then they try to find the bones in the eggs. They told me I should change the food, even Blue Buffalo Wilderness is the most expensive choice I can afford in the pet chain stores. I add Orijen, too. But they still want me to purchase food from them directly. The vet even think I should feed my cat human food and chicken bones every meal. I already tried my best to do this and I believe what she told me was trying to make my visit more valuable. But I do not need it. All I need is having my cat take the shot.As for Revolution, they refuse authorizing it from all stores except from their official website. Yes, I have to purchase Revolution from them, just them. They said the storage method is strictly controlled so they cannot let the pets use inappropriately stored medicine from any store they are not familiar with. They also do not recommend Revolution, but keep on suggesting other brands.Every time I bring my cats in, they charge me the inspection fee (for shots, examinations, or any other actions) to check my cats are good to take the later medical actions. I brought in my senior cat one week ago doing the inspection and the later action, and then she had to take the same inspection for the same action. Hello? You saw her and found her very healthy last week. So why do you think she needs to be checked after one week for the routine medical action? My junior cat was adopted from Aggieland. He was fully inspected in AllPets and the vet told me there is no pest inside, My junior cat was told healthy. After TWO days we brought him in for the diarrhea. AllPets did the same inspection and found he was not healthy with pest. So, how come they told me that he was extremely healthy after the first inspection? (my cats are indoor strictly and are fed only cooked food) (my apt is very clean). The vet never saw my senior cat when she was a kittie. But the vet looked at her and said look how big she grows!, I remember when she was young..., Dont you think its amazing? that those words confused me. The vet even told me that your cat is new here so she is taking 3-shots. So, see you next week~Hello~My cat is already two years old and this time is for year-round routing rabies shot. There should be no two more shots waiting for my cat. The vet obviously cannot tell how old my cat is; or she just gave a try routinely upselling the service.I went into the isolation lab four times. There is a white board hanging on the wall arranging the goal of EXPECTED customers number every day, every week, and every month. It frightened me somehow.I had been here more than ten times and I have never seen any other pet owners coming in. I feel myself dumb and I will never enter there again.
