Had a couch and loveseat cleaned. Have had them for 10+ years and have never had them clean. So glad I used Chem-Dry. Excellent service from the initial call to when they showed up to clean couches. They were very professional but were still personable and did a knockout job restoring my couches back to their glory days. Could not be more satisfied with their service. If your not using Chem-Dry then your defiantly doing something wrong.

We have an 18 yo mini dachshund who had accidentally urinated in two of our bedrooms. We tried to take up the ourselves with minimal changes. Sue Ayers, owner of the company, came in with her technician, a young woman training in the business and they located the spots, treated them and spent an hour cleaning the entire carpeted area in both rooms. They protected our hallway corners and left our home smelling fresh & clean ! They did all this at a reasonable price too. First time getting my carpets cleaned and Darby Kirkland did an amazing job!! My husband called and he was here in 30 minutes. With 2 cats, puppy and husband our carpets were very worn with plenty of stains and now they look they were just installed! Darby went above and beyond! He help me move some stuff around and help me decide what was best in regards of placement of furniture to get the best cleaning. This was overall a wonderful experience. I rescue dogs, and my area rugs havent been properly cleaned in YEARS. A representative of the company came and picked the rugs up, did a thorough inspection of the rugs, gave a right-on price quote, and then took the rugs away for the best cleaning theyve ever seen. The rugs were done within a week and returned in beautiful shape. The owners and workers are kind and professional. I will be using this company again.

I called late on a friday afternoon about my bedroom carpet which our dog puked on. It had a horrible odor leftover. They came within 30 minutes and helped bring my carpet back to freshness. We had a minor flood and needed our rugs picked up for cleaning. We needed the rugs out of the entry so we could return to business as usual.
