He made sure I was not given the run around, washed my dirty car-it was detailed. He even met me at Enterprise to and guided me through the process while looking out for MY best interest. They also gave me a great rental car for convenience at no charge. When I received my car back they had fixed not only the hail but the other dents in my car that I didnt tell them about. Dwayne did a great job connecting with a great group of brothers that have a new hail/dent repair shop in the DFW metroplex.... the Karl Brothers. Dwayne served as air traffic control getting me a quick appointment and even bringing my brilliantly repaired and shiney LS460 back to my home. This was the second time he helped me out (last time in 2004) after the luck of finding an isolated hail storm. Nice guy... GREAT results!
