I have been living here almost 6yrs and the management and upkeep of this property has several declined. I have constantly contacted the office about this and they have done nothing. Some of my neighbors have no respect and when I let them know about my issues they vandalize my car.. there are many illegal immigrants living here with family and destroying property do not come here unless you like filth.. I have posted pictures. Some of these items have been here weeks months and years.. united never walks property but will take your money.. I have more pictures but it wont let me load them

I really love my new apartment. Joanne was the one who showed us this Rental property. She was very patient with us and waited until we choose our property with full satisfaction. The apartment was just like what I wanted and that too for a best price ever in College Station. Bigger kitchen, more storage, private patio and many more for just my previous apartment price. I dont know why they have very less review. Honestly they deserve 5 stars. Initially I had few small issues which they fixed very promptly the same week and emergency issue on the same day. Move in was very easy and smooth and all the staffs were very friendly. Mr. Jacob was so friendly and understood all our requirements and helped us fix it immediately. They have a dedicated team, so please have some patience and approach them if you have any issues. They are definitely taking so much effort to resolve the problems. Altogether, Im so excited for my new Home and hopefully a future resident with United Realty. I would definitely suggest them to my friends.

We looked at several places and found this great neighborhood and great price. We love the house and they were so great with any issues we had and fixed the problems right away!! Everybody is always available when we have questions and they guided us through everything and answered the whole enchilada. They were very responsible in resolving anything that needed to be done. Joanne was amazing in fitting in all our requests for the home that we needed and were very accommodating for our fur babies!! Thank you, you guys are amazing. From the moment I reached out about being interested in one of their homes, they’ve been super helpful. We looked at many places before landing on this amazing gem. They’ve made this whole process easy & have been quick to respond. They’ve been very accessible and great to communicate with, and have been incredibly flexible with our requests.Although there were a few things that needed to be completed prior to our move in, they completely took ownership of the situation & provided a prompt solution. Moving is stressful already, but they’ve managed to take some weight off our shoulders and enjoy our home. I’m excited and optimistic about our future with United Realty.

Between my realtor, and United Realty, I find it hard to find searching for a new place to live, easier anywhere else. Every step of the way, United was responsive, understanding, and more than willing to work with me. Even after move in, I have been contacted about things on my move in sheet, so that they can make sure I am 100% happy with my place. It wasnt even things I felt needed to be correct, just that I wanted to make sure was noted, so that I wouldnt be liable for when moving out. Because we know there are plenty of companies out there, capitalizing on just that. Literally the morning after I had dropped off the form(on a holiday), they had contacted me to fix these things. Again, noting, that none of these things were issues at all. It made me feel that much more confident, renting from United.

Leasing process with United Reality in College Station was easy. It was all done online as I live 2 hours away from the place I am moving to. The moving greeting letter from them outlines whom you need to contact to connect your utilities, which helps tremendously. The town home is in good condition and at a good price as well with all the amenities I was needing. Thanks Guys!!!

We have been renting through United Realty for years and have moved multiple times throughout the year and have chosen to stick with the company because we like them so much! The staff is always very friendly and quick to answer or fix any issues we might have with our unit. When looking for a place to live they are very nice and understanding of how rough the moving process can be and are willing to work with you on a lot of things. Highly recommend!

7/30/2021Im in love with my high ceilings and floor plan. If I have any problems or questions they are always super helpful. They are extremely nice anytime I call or go by the office. I recommend United Realty to all my friends and family looking to rent a home or apartment.

Do not rent from these people! They will not own up to there own mistakes by not keeping up with units that haven’t been in use for months or years. They will move you into something that they do not thoroughly check all areas that have been infested with rodents and pest. They will make every excuse in the book to cover their own mistakes up but one of their staff already told the truth. They moved me and my family into a unit that was infested with pest and rodents but lied and said they didn’t see any of this when in fact they didn’t go check the unit in months from the last tenant moving out which the rodents were seen the first night we moved in. How can you see something that you don’t spend enough time in. They are a disgrace and should be sued for these actions. They sprayed the unit and set traps but the unit is attached to 8 other units as well so fixing one unit will not fix this problem and they lied and said none of the other tenants reported this but in fact you can hear the rodents running from each unit. They are con artist and don’t waste your time and money. I guess they only treat certain people like this and I’m a first responder and do not let my family live in these conditions but they definitely took advantage of us. Their real estate agent Joanne rushed us through viewing the property having other people there to view it as well so we didn’t have time to look at the place they are liars and should do the right thing because nobody deserves to live like this and unfortunately they have me and my family living like this. Me and my family have been living out of boxes since we moved in on the 30th of June and people who know us know that we don’t live in filth like this! Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. Stay away from these people who don’t care about you or your families safety or health!!!

My girlfriend and I have leased through United Realty for years and one of the top things we really love about the company is how affordable their units are! We have moved many times and have always been able to find a house within our budget that includes everything we are looking for. On top of that, the staff is always very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend United Realty when looking for a leasing company in BCS.

Its been 5 years for us with United. We are very happy with their service and timeliness in solving any issues. They also provide us necessary information whenever we had severe weather, just like when we had severe cold weather in early 2021. Also, they have a regular visits for property inspection, pest controls, A/C maintenance, and lawn care. Thanks for letting us stay with worry free.

I’ve rented from United Realty once before a few years ago and had a positive experience, which is what brought me back to them a second time. I’m currently renting through United and the staff is always friendly and professional. If you ever have issues with the property or have to put in work orders their response time is always prompt. They blow every other leasing company in the BCS area out of the water.

I have lived here for 2 years and signed a lease for another year. Any time I have had any maintenance issues, I can submit requests online and it is resolved rather quickly. Even during the Blizzard of 2021, they sent someone out for an issue I had with my heater. The area is quiet and clean and plan to be here another 3-4 years.

Super easy and straightforward application experience. Everyone has been helpful regarding my future move in and answers questions in a timely manner. I hope this continues when I move in. Would definitely recommend this company! :)

Sometimes there was a bit of confusion on the repair vendors’ ends, but nothing that was United Realty’s fault. We look forward to our third year with them!

United reality has been a breeze dealing with for the new town home Im getting. Everything is online and all the forms are well put together and easy to understand. Very responsive. The whole process after approval only took about 3 days total.

I had such a wonderful experience working with United Realty, especially Dylan Darilek. He was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect rental that fit all my needs. When I moved into my apartment, the AC unit needed to be kickstarted which I did not know how to do, so I reached out to United and they sent someone out almost immediately to help fix the issue (at 5pm on a Friday afternoon). I’ve had such a great experience working with United Realty and definitely recommend going through them for any renting needs!

Always prompt to respond to maintenance, and the office staff is great. I rented from united for over 3 years and I wouldnt hesitate to sign another lease with them. My experiences were great.

Have been renting an apartment from united for 6 years. The building was brand new when I moved in but has had nothing but issues non-stop, on after the next. Constant leaks, cracks in the wall, faulty balcony, mold and mildew, electrical problems, poor or non-existent internet access, you name it and its happened. Contractors come to do band-aid style repairs that fail to fix the problem. While doing so the contractors will damage your property and United does nothing to hold them accountable. United refuses to actually address anything and instead passes the blame on to whomever they can including their tenants. Avoid this company at all costs.

Laziest management company Ive ever had let a outlined lease item stay in unusable condition for 6 months until i sent a intention to right to repair then magically it was fixed in 2 days. Ill never be leasing or renting from this company ever again and i advise anyone else to avoid.The fence image I attached is a property in my neighborhood that has been off the hinges for about 2 to 3 months now.

Management has always been good, and anytime we need repairs or those type of things come up its always addressed within a day or two. Overall dont have anything to complain about 👍

Ive been renting with them for a little while now and Ive had a really good experience so far!

Went to visit my friend this week, and its completely dark! She lives in Townshire Manor. Theres no light whatsoever, I felt really anxious just walking into the place, theres plenty of space for kids to run and people to hang out. When I asked her and the neighbors why was it so dark .. their only response was We have been complaining to management to fix the lights because its dangerous and dark after sun down... This is years going onTalk about Not carring for your residents.

They really made the move in process as easy as possible considering COVID and all. I really appreciated that.

We have rented our home from United Realty for going on 3 years and have had a wonderful experience! They are always quick to respond and are so helpful when anything has came up.

I have been a resident of United Realty at the location off Longmire in College Station. I have been here for a month and have become extremely disappointed. My neighbors have had a few men consistently come out and mow the lawn, it’s been two weeks and we have yet for ours to be mowed. There is a streak showing the height difference of the grass. As well, I had a complaint because trash has been left by the dumpster for a over a week now! It’s almost like someone dumped the trash from a bag and dumped it in front of the dumpster. I contacted United Realty and their response was that - it is shared by the partner fourplex and therefore, it would be my responsibility to contact the other duplexes management so that they could speak with their tenants. It’s only been a month and I am fearful to experience further problems because I have little faith it will get resolved.

I have recently got a new rent house and I am very pleased with this company. Friendly and they help with whatever they can possible!

AVOID!!!!Update: 7/9/18 Ask for them to replace the corroded dumpsters around the property AKA all dumpsters in their property managment district that have holes in them. ONE got replaced. The one closest to me. All other dumpster are still leaking trash. FYI this property management company will do the BARE minimum and that is after you complain.

I lived in an apt for 10y. They were responsive and well managed. They care about customers. I recommend them if you are looking to rent or buy. BTW, I bought my home through them, it was a good deal with a good service the agent offered.

Each time I have called or gone to the office, they were very friendly and patient. The only thing that could use improvement on is communication between maintenance and the residents. I just wish they would call or let me know when they are coming to the house or on their way, as they have often come by when I am not home. But other than that, wonderful place!

United Realty has been great to work! We needed to find a great home and at a great price price. First off, I spoke with Swany but she runs the selling/buying but she directly connected us with Joanne who is in charge of renting. She has been NOTHING SHORT OF WONDERFUL!Throughout our whole search process she showed us multiple homes without hesitation (and it is only so much harder during a pandemic but she tried to show us what she could) she would then follow up directly and even answered some of my questions later that night even if it was late.Her prompt response and help allowed us to find a perfect small family home in a wonderful neighborhood!I just hope the maintenance team is just as wonderful as she is. We have been in our new place just about a month but we have been in and out of town so much we haven’t been able to submit our work requests yet. We will do so by the end of this week and see how things go!Our one major issue that we wanted addressed right away upon move in was that one small area of the fence was worn down and it looked like it could have fallen over. We have a dog and we wanted to make sure she had space and freedom to roam in the backyard so we wanted this fixed ASAP for her safety. We went in to the office to get this done. No more than a day or so later we came back and noticed that it was fixed! If the rest of our stay with our lease is as smooth as it has been so far, I can honestly say use United and trust them to find you a great place! You won’t be disappointed!

I have lived in 2 apartments under this leasing company. Its been pretty fine so far, Theyre a little slow when it comes to non emergency work orders, since I put in a work order to fix the dishwasher but no one has gotten back to me on it. The previous places fence was not latching and they took a few weeks to come fix it. Other than that though its been a good company to lease from. They didnt try to gouge out my security deposit like other companies have. Id recommend leasing from here.

I moved in this month and have had very good experiences with everyone. The office staff is prompt and helpful. When I moved in there was an issue with the breaker box and they fixed it right away! I recommend this property management company.

We are very happy for our new home. I think we found a right place within our budget. It is not only cheap, but also comfortable with well organized rooms, a big back yard, good position and quiet environment. Although the installed furniture in the kitchen and bathrooms are old, they still works great, inside and outside of the unit are clean. It is also really helpful for us that water and lawn mowing are included in the leasing. Office staffs are very responsive and caring. Joanne helped us to find this home after she showed us a couple of others. She worked hard and very responsive and caring throughout of the processing.

Truthfully I do not share the same opinion if the soured reviews. Since signing my contract almost 7 months ago with United reality, it has been such a breeze. Connie was our agent and she helped me complete a full application and needed documents within a full day. From viewing the house to having it as officially ours it took maybe two full days. In addition, lawn care was provided in our rent and they have been out like clockwork and help to maintain the curb appeal of our property. The house also, had fresh carpet the day of move in and was such a great experience all the way around. My husband and I are very happy tenants with them and recommend any that come our way to look into their properties.

Very easy to work with. They will work with you on anything that you might need and are very understanding and accommodate appropriately. Maintenance has always arrived and solved issues quickly. This is a great rental option for students and young professionals alike.

After multiple emails, inquiries, and phone calls that I made over a weeks time, this was the only property management company that actually responded - and quickly at that. I was just happy that anyone was willing to answer the phone and show us a property at that point. I was pleasantly surprised with how responsive the leasing agent was. Joanne was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The unit is an excellent value for the large size, nice condition, and quiet area. Extremely pleased with the move in process - couldnt have gone more smoothly. I was also impressed with the videos going over the move in information, turning something that can be tedious at the best of times into something much more relaxed. Great job on that!

Real easy to work with

I just starting leasing through United, and so far it has been a great experience. My kids and I found a place that is in a great location at a price point that is just what I was looking for. When I was looking, Joanne was very helpful and responsive and she was super patient with me as I was trying to narrow down my choices and hit a few unexpected roadblocks along the way. When we moved in, the house was exceptionally clean and there were a couple of minor things that still needed to be taken care of but overall, we are happy with our experience!

Very professional, dependable and caring Realtors, their houses are well kept. I am very happy with them.and plan on continuing doing so along with my children. My daughter speaks highly of the agents professionalism.

My move-in experience was smooth and successful. The maintenance staff reached out a week after I turned in my inspection to come and make changes accordingly. The only complaint that I have is that I called about the mail key, and no one has answered or reached back out to me. I received only one key, and the lease states that there are two. Other than that, I have not had any complications with this company so far.

You guys helped me when I first moved out of my parents house, and now this second time with a house!! The company is pretty good about getting you situated. The transition to move in was smooth and maintenance handles issues in a semi timely fashion. However, they will not do more than they feel they are required to.

We first toured our property with Joanne. She was very nice, prompt, and professional in her communications with us throughout the process. When we picked up the keys and entered the property, it was not ready for new tenants. There were construction materials (nails, etc.) all over the ground; wires were sticking out of the walls; the cabinets, shelves, floors, walls, and carpets were unclean and damaged in places; the doors were not painted and were yellow with dirt and use; and trash, brush, and metal were strewn about the yard. We called to have these issues addressed. We spoke to Thomas, who did not seem to care about our issues and refused to come see the property. We have never felt like a property manager cared so little about our experience, especially with a young child and a pandemic to deal with while moving into an unclean, unprepared, and unsafe home. Thomas sent maintenance out to us. Thank goodness for Jose and Maria - without them, we would not have been able to spend our first night here. They cleaned and repaired some of the issues, but not everything was addressed immediately. When we called later, we spoke to Macy, who did actually come out to view the property and arranged for more repairs and replacement carpet. Since then, all communication has been through Macy, who has been kind and professional in her responses. While we appreciate all that United Realty has done to remedy the situation we moved into, we also know that the house was not in an acceptable condition upon move-in. United Realty had ample time between the last tenants and us to make the needed changes, and when we moved in, it seemed like nothing was ready and our well-being was not valued. United Realty has worked hard to improve our quality of living since that time, and we look forward to that trend continuing in the future.

We seem to have been assigned a new property manager, and things have improved drastically. Our unit is close to everything, but it still suffers from thin walls, and issues with our neighbors not understanding the meaning of living in an apartment.Im not giving this place five stars. If you have a property manager that doesnt care living here can be miserable. If you finally get someone who remembers that youre a human being, then something actually gets done.

The application process was simple, and they sent complete information about the move-in process making everything go very smoothly.When we moved in there were a few minor issues with the residence (as can be expected in a 30 year old dwelling that had last been rented to male college students). Within a couple of hours of turning in our Move-In Inventory form (before I could even submit a work order), Jacob reached out to us about the issues that needed fixing. Within a week almost every one had been taken care of. I highly recommend United Realty.

This company will find any loophole to fine you!Our laundry machine broke down multiple times within a few weeks. Eventually, they charged us an expensive fee claiming that we had caused the breakage when it was clearly an old appliance! We moved out without remembering to bring home a few of our shower rods, and they charged us for that as well. Most importantly, they insist on fining for guests service dogs and emotional support animals despite it clearly being discriminatory.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SIGN WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

They were very helpful helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking for very informative very helpful in all aspects of move in and details. Fast response times with any questions I had they were able to answer easyly they are very respectful and I would definitely recommend them.

United realty is typically responsive through email. I have had to put in some maintenance requests and the request is usually handled within a week. We had some emergency plumbing issues that they fixed very quickly.

United Realty has worked hard to improve our quality of living ever since I moved to College Station 5 years ago. Staffs are super friendly, units are affordable, and fast response services when needed!

Great place to stay in a great location. Very good response to pest control and maintainence. Only downside was that the washer and dryer were left in the duplex when we informed them we were bringing our own.

Me and my wife wanted a nice place with a backyard for our dog, it not only exceeded our expectations but blew them away. They have been very responsive and helping through the whole process i cannot recommend this place enough!

Within the first week of our move in date they had their maintenance crew come out and look at our concerns. They’re beyond professional and very friendly. Plus we love our place!

I just moved this past summer and united realty was so helpful and answered all of my questions every step of the way. I definitely would and will recommend!

When living there, I always called for clarification of maintenance terms and conditions. They sounded very understanding of reasonable use and wear on the phone and stated that they would consider my effort in calling ahead and describing unit condition when determining damage charges. They assured me they would be reasonable and not charge me to replace things with only cosmetic changes l, but found that they nickle and dimed me for several things. I even called ahead and explained that their standard charge for replacing batteries in the smoke detectors upon lease termination for $5 per 9 volt battery was excessive and they convinced me they would not charge me this excessive amount.I found they DID charge me the full extent despite the fact I was told they would consider all my proactive conversations with them about unit condition. They get things fixed quickly by contactors, but often the work needs to be re-done and they may not strive for a permanent fix,but rather go with a band-aid approach.

This is by far the absolute WORST realty company I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. Customer service is horrible. The agents/property managers are conniving, manipulating liars who just want to make a sale. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to them unless some things change. My family and I were lied to multiple times and given the run around about a property we were interested in moving into. The agent had very poor communication while continuing to lie to us over and over. When it left us without a place to stay for an extended amount of time they werent even willing to work with us on fixing the issue that was, in fact, caused by them. The only solution they had would involve taking more money from us. The only reason they get one star is because zero isnt an option, the office is clean, and not ALL of the employees are trash.

Management is very helpful and maintenance workers are really nice. Property is at a good price and taken care of.

Please save yourselves from the stress, annoyance, and disrespect.Here’s a tl;dr of my entire awful experience with this place :)My AC went out THREE times during the heat of the summer. I have two large dogs and two other roommates in a house with temperatures reaching 95 f and I called to tell maintenance and was told that AC outages aren’t considered emergencies and that they would put in a maintenance request and get to us when they could.A pipe busted and started flooding the entire lower level of the house so for about a week we had plumbers in our house fixing the plumbing and UR expected us to STAY IN THE HOUSE with the plumbers while they completely demolished the walls to replace water lines. (I’ll attach pictures so you can see). After a lot of back and forth they finally put us in a hotel and wanted us to help pay for it (lol), but eventually they paid for the entire stay.They took 600$ out of our security deposit because “the grass was too high” and they had to repaint all of the walls in the house. Mind you, they took care of lawn maintenance and we totally cleaned all of the walls and patched all of the nail holes in the entire house.And that’s just the tip of the iceberg folks. The list goes on.So save yourself some stress and sleep, find another company to lease through if you can.

I moved into my apartment back in May of this year. Anytime I have a problem, someone is sent out right away to fix the problem. Everyone I met in the office was very friendly and helpful.

I rent from united realty Ive been here for 13 years which shows true loyal every time Im late on my rent they give me such a hard time there is an organization thats supposed to pay my rent they told me the organization has to call in a pledge but the organization or had them to fill out all of the information and at the bottom of the paper the organization said once this is complete its take 7-15 for us to pay it and the land lords are still not wanna to wait also the lady that over my account she locked my account and I cant pay online then she told me the REAS on she locked it so she can monitor payments and I said how can u monitor my payments when I cant make none this is so inconvenient for me

I have been a tenant of United for years and am very pleased. In fact, Im confounded by their low ratings on google. I guess since they have so many young college tenants that they are bound to get scored low by people who are angry they cant leave their rental trashed and get their deposit back or someone who expects a cheap unit to be perfect in every way. In any case, they are responsive to our service needs and their prices are excellent.

If I Gould give less than a one star I would. I have never experienced a company that has been so poorly run. I took over a lease and it was not cleaned and infested with fleas. I had to pay close to $1,000 to get the place to a livable condition for me and my son. Even after all of that the staff has refused to fix all that was destroyed from the previous tenant. Would NOT under any circumstance do business with them.

Found a decent apartment for a great price. Very responsive.

Not as bad as people say, but still needs improvement in customer service. We had to sign up for this place last second and were worried. The space was a lot for the price which was good.Their service was fine, but the maintenance was very slow to respond and a hassle sometimes. If that was our only gripe I would have given them 3 stars, but when we thought about signing for another lease we had some issues. They would only let us fill out the forms online. Their website connection is not private even on pages where they expect you to enter your social security number and other important information. We asked the office if we could do a paper version to ensure our information was safe. The office assistant said that they would not allow us to do that. This made us very mad and we decided to go elsewhere because of it. If you do try and sign up here make sure and check your connection to ensure the connection is private. It was still not private as of today. I hope they fix this issue soon, if not dont put at risk your identity by being on an unencrypted website.

Beware because they will attempt to drain you of every cent you have while posing to be good christians.

Never rented from United Realty, but I had a family member that did. The apartment was roach infested! Even after the pest control would come, the very next day the roaches were worse. After investing in our own money in spray, it didnt help! If I could give a negative rating I would! Late fees, eviction notices, false reports from neighbors who are on drugs. They should be condemned by the city!

I am a customer who rented from United Realty for over five years in total, never missed a payment, only to be treated so badly like I have never experienced in my life or even imagined.Having water poured from broken pipe above for hours, waiting winter after winter for a check up for the broken wall heater are not the worst from them. Here is a ridiculous one. When you commission them (paying hundreds of dollars) to find you a sublease, they say that united realty will not refund you the deposit, but you are welcome to work out deposit money transfers directly with the new renter. Sounds reasonable? But they will eventually refuse to get you in contact with the new renter to discuss the deposit. Therefore you bound to end up losing every dime of your deposit money. How welcome is that?When you contact them to resolve issues, be prepared to meet with dismissal, denial, excuses, rudeness, misleading statements and total lack of common sense, just like what you will see in every reply on the numerous bad reviews. Their business is likely built around bad faith exploitation of loopholes. Saving a few bucks on rent really isnt worth all these sufferings. Help yourself and stay away from them at all cost.

Very convenient when there is any utility problems, all I had to do is contact them and theyll send someone over pretty fast.

United Realty has been great. I found a reasonably priced duplex in a great location. The staff at the office is friendly, efficient, and helpful. And the online portal for residents is easy to use and much more convenient than dropping off rent checks!

I would never choose to work with the company again! I have only been renting from them for three months and they have been nothing but trouble. When I first arrived, the house was very, very dirty. Ants, dust, and dirt everywhere. They left everything to the last two days to else we needed to be moved in, have A/C on, and bills paid. They find ANY way to bill you a late charge fee and just have an overall scamming mentality. They have only one nice employee, all the rest just care about hustling people. The house is crummy and we have two sheets of work orders to be filled within the first month. VERY unimpressed with this company. VERY.

Our United Realty Experience has been very good - Austin was extremely good for showing the property and ensuring the paperwork went smoothly. Resident Manager Macy at Office has been very prompt, polite & helpful through the move-in process as well as through follow-up communications - The Service Requests till date have been promptly assigned & attended to. Web Portal is simple and convenient to use. Overall a pleasant experience till date.

They have moved quickly anytime I have had a maintenance issue and always worked with me on any issues.Update: we recently moved back into a home with United and have had no issues. We have the same quality service as we did however long ago it was that we last rented with them. They made the move in easy during this pandemic.

Weve officially been renters with United for three days. Moving into a new place is supposed to be a happy occasion, but weve done nothing but mourn the fact that we are trapped in this lease.I was told that our unit was vacant for a month, and not once did United go check on it. If they had they would have noticed that it is absolutely infested with German roaches. When we told our coordinator not an hour after picking up our keys, she said shed send someone by but no one ever came. Youd think United would have some will to ensure new tenants are happy and comfortable, but no. The roaches are comfortable Im sure.Since United didnt send anyone, my husband and I have been trying to handle this ourselves. So far we are out $250 dealing with the roaches. We pulled out every cabinet and vacuumed them up like crazy. The next day they were back as if we hadnt done anything at all the previous day. No one should have to live like this. We called United again for another reason, and brought up the roaches and we were nonchalantly told someone maybe will come out Friday.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Dont end up trapped like us. If I could find a place to take us today instead of having to set a single thing in this unit I would. I would absolutely let my credit tank, and let myself get sued to never have to live with the amount of roaches were dealing with.

It had been over 15 years since I had leased a property and was very nervous about leasing from a company other than my own but I needed something quick when our house sold faster than we anticipated. We signed a lease with United Realty and they exceeded my expectations with their online systems, prompt responses on every maintenance request, and the property manager, Macy, responded quickly every time I contacted her. United Realty was professional from start to end and I felt that they handled not only all of my needs but the needs of the owners of the property very well. Property Management is a thankless job. You typically only hear from the people that are dissatisfied with something so I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you United Realty for a great tenancy in a great house while we were building our new one. It was a great experience and I will be sure to recommend you to others looking for management services or looking to lease.

United took over as management for property I have been renting. They seem to punish us for maintaining the property and putting in maintance requests. They don’t care about the property at all they failed to protect the home from mold; no set and regular yard maintance.They are quick to jump to conclusions such and they love the word “violation”. After many e-mails and open door policy they claim we don’t let them in. All I want and I guess anyone renting in CS is that property management respects us, and that they don’t take advantage of us. My wife and I never had a late or missed payment since we first moved in, I guess they don’t value anyone from the looks of my experience and others here writing a review.

Since living in College Station I have rented from 3 different management companies, and United was by far the best! I always had friendly interactions with both my account representative and maintenance; they responded quickly when things needed to be fixed; I felt like they viewed and cared about me as an actual person and not just as a dollar sign to them. The house I rented was really nice place with VERY reasonable rent. I highly recommend anyone looking for housing in the College Station area to work with United!

Austin Rogers was very helpful in the process of finding our new place! He always responded promptly to texts and emails and even after hours was helping me complete the paperwork. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good person to work with!

When reading reviews, keep in mind that most people only create a review when they had a bad experience, and want others to know about the experience. What these negative reviews dont illustrate is the numerous positive experiences and interactions with the United Realty staff. Yes, no one is perfect, and they did lose one of my rent checks one month. But when we contacted them to correct the issue, they were polite, courteous and corrected the mistake promptly. More importantly, the rent is VERY reasonable (a huge plus for a college student), and the staff is (for the most part) well trained and easy to get along with.

I have really enjoyed Uniteds service. Friendly, fast, responsible, effective, and professional. They are by far the best realty company that I have dealt with during my time in the Bryan/College Station area. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that any issues will be promptly fixed is just priceless. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but excellent and straightforward dealing with United. Ive worked with them about 18 years... I rented from them as a graduate student at A&M... I rented when I came back and I am now a homeowner of a rental property they have managed for seven years. I came by to inspect the house after about five years and they had done an amazing job of upkeep and maintenance. The house looked basically as I had left it. And during that time they have been very good in communicating with us, weve had to negotiate and go back and forth on an issue of two but thats reality! But we always came to an amiable resolution. Nothing is perfect, but if you are able to work and set expectations and communicate... then United is a wonderful company to do business.

I sent this email to them, never got a response:I did get your voice mail the other day, and I just made the payment to clear up the balance of the account. As of now, Im showing a zero balance, so we should be done.I wanted to say that I was very happy with United up until the move. I have been a tenant for quite a while, but I feel that the way everything was handled was a mess.First, you found out we were moving so you forced me to add my wife to the lease. Thats understandable, since I had forgot to add her with everything that went on after the wedding, but I was charged $100 to do this. I wanted to still stay with United, but the service that we got when looking for a new place to rent was pretty lackluster. I do, however, want to thank you for not evicting me over a pretty simple oversight, despite your reasoning that other managers would probably just kick us out, regardless of whether she was pregnant or not.After getting someone to take over my lease (and being forced to add my wife and hand over $100), My account still did not show the pro-rated amount. When we spoke on the phone and you told me to pay the $62 and you would waive the late fees, I felt like everything would be fine. But the site wasnt updated, and since I didnt have the exact amount, I didnt want there to be any confusion, so I waited. Only to NOT be contacted once the account balance on the site was corrected and to receive a call after who knows how much later stating that I had $55 in late fees. I dont feel like its good practice to tell people one thing and then do it anyway...especially since I have no control over the way the United web site amounts get updated. A simple phone call or email to let me know that the site was updated would have been amazing, but now Ive just paid the late fees anyway because Im absolutely done with United, and its almost not worth the hassle to have these fees reimbursed.Ive come to the conclusion that I dont believe it is in my best interests to do business with United ever again.

Getting a lease is easy with these people. What isnt easy is when you move out.They charged us to make ready a house that was being demolished.They charged us for missing smoke detectors and a missing doorstop for a closet door that werent there when we moved in. Yet it is the responsibility of the to make note of missing items. How am I supposed to see if items are missing if Ive never seen them though?I was charged for leaving behind resident items. The item was a coaxial cable that was in the wall when I moved in. Funny.Im curious if the people before us got charged for the same thing or if they just failed to do make ready maintenance all together.While the amount charged was small, its the principle. Not to mention it took weeks to even get a reply.With that said, youre better off finding some other company to rent from.

About as slimy of dealings you could imagine with a real estate company. Not only did they rent us a house without telling us the only through street would be under construction the entire year, they didnt respond to a maintenance request that was made in December and checked up on each month multiple times. Get your security deposit returned in full? Not a chance. Not only will they find any and every way to nickel and dime college students, if you dispute your security deposit they charge YOU $40 simply to rewrite the check. At the end of the day, Ive dealt with splinters that are more pleasant than renting from United Realty.
