I took the Northgate Taxi coming home from the airport to Bryan, about 3.5 miles away. The driver was an older white dude with a beard. He proceeded to talk about how Texas was becoming too diverse, how he went to hell and was following in the light of God ever since (and how Google searches are queries in Gods kingdom), and how people during the Great Depression wiped their butts with wet corn cobs.Then he asked me how much I make per year, which I didnt tell him. Then he charged me $25 for a 3.5 mile cab ride. Never riding with Northgate Taxi again.

Great taxi service on my way to airport and my driver Terry was such a great driver. And it was my first time riding in a taxi so i was a little shy and my driver Terry made me feel welcome and safe by us having a little small talk. And can i say i would now rather a taxi than an UBER anyday.

Words cannot describe how bad this taxi service is. 5 minutes ago (literally) I tried to use them. It took the guy 25 minutes to get to me after the operator told me he would be here sooner, and thats not all. When I jumped in the car the gentlemen told me, Oh I heard you arent going far, thats not gonna help me. I was traveling all of a mile down the road (its drizzling so I had to) and he told me I wont be able to take you for less than $20. If that doesnt work for you then you should probably hop out now. So I did. Wait time was horrible, service (both operator and driver) was horrible. I will be sure to recommend that everyone I know stays away from this company.

Never have used this taxi service. But my experience with one of the drivers just now in the Walmart parking lot is any indication of how they drive on the streets or highway Id rather walk.The driver had the stop sign, I have the right of way; he sees me and proceeds without intending to stop. I had to stop bc he had no intention of stopping. I put up my hands as to what are you doing?, point at the stop sign and he just acts like so what!Watch out for a grey SUV with Northgate Taxi magnet signs on the doors!

Amazing service. 24 hours safe service. Would recommend anyday!

Professional On The Phone. I called BCS Taxi and couldnt understand the guy (didnt sound knowledgeable), but the kid that answered the phone at Northgate Taxi was professional. He knew exactly where I was located, gave an accurate estimate, scheduled a time for me to be picked up, and even made small talk.

I WILL NEVER EVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN EVER THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT WORTH THEIR TIME...CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS A LOCAL BUISNESS IN MY HOMETOWN!!!I used taxi in college station and they were at my door in less than 10 mins!!
