The whole experience was top notch! Jairo was the technician and he was meticulous in every step of removing badly installed bathroom fans and installing new ones. He went above and beyond making sure everything was corrected from the previous work done decades ago as well as installing all the new vents and fans. He even cleaned up every area he was in when he was done! I would gladly recommend the company and him to anyone needing work done!

We requested a service online last night, had a call first thing this morning letting us know a tech would be by between noon and 1:30. Adrian arrived at 11:40 assessed our situation, shared with us our options and went from there. He was very kind and patient in explaining it all to me and making sure I understood what was going on and the possible costs associated. A very pleasant experience all the way around!!!

Not good during 110+ weather to have any kind of cooling issues. Im in my 70s and he made sure I was okay and that I knew various ways to be more comfortable. He was great. College Place Heating &Air recommended to me by a coworker. They installed a new Daikin HVAC system to replace an old failing one. I am impressed at their attention to all details and for making sure ducts were not leaking and were well attached. CP put in a pipe to drain condensate out from crawlspace, something the former system did not have and was instead leaving it to drain on to the dirt under house. That former company then years later sold me a plastic gizmo to capture to condensate. Installation was given final permit inspection by city and passed easily. My all electric house power bills for June and July with record heat fir days over 100 were under $60 and I kept temp under 70 inside. well done CP Heating! Meticulous install that kept house and me cool through this summer heatwave. Appreciate the care they gave to every step of this project...even to building a decent insulated door to the crawlspace. Great job!!

So glad we chose CP Heating & AC to install a new furnace and heat pump. So professional, on time, knowledgeable, great communication and fair price. Ive used College Place Heating for 30+. I have received only the best customer service. I needed a new HVAC system put in this week.Want to especially mention the new generation of technicians Isaacs and Craig. Both were knowledgeable and ever so helpful.

They came in a timely manner to fix our air conditioner during the historic heat wave in summer 2021, and they were very professional.

This company is so fantastic I can not say enough good things about them and especially the tech they sent, Hector. First, I was able to text them last night after hours and they sent me a message and called me back at 8:00am saying they could have someone to me by 9. Then she stated that tech was vaccinated, in case I had worries about having him in my home. Hector arrived 10 minutes early, allowed my obnoxious puppy to jump all over him and then very quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. He then put back all the junk we had to move for him to work on the problem back exactly where it was without me even mentioning it. We then had a good laugh about our different skills in life , and how clearly mine was not what he does for a living, and he handed me an incredibly reasonable bill. Hector could have charged us an arm and a leg and could have left everything a mess because it wasn’t his job to do it, but he did it anyways, even when no one asked him to. As far as I am concerned, this company, and most importantly Hector, will be my first call for anything in the future.

Of course, on the hottest day of the year my air conditioning stopped working! I left a message overnight and by the next morning, on their busiest day of the year, I was given an appointment for 2:00 p.m. At around 10 a.m. the owner stopped by to triage. He turned the unit completely off so it would not be frozen by the time the technician arrived. As a result of this excellent teamwork, by 3 p.m. the house was refreshingly cool again on the second hottest day of the year! I gave the technician a Coke bottle on the way out to thank him for his excellent work and for taking the time to explain to me how I could keep this from happening again on the hottest day of next year!

I would recommend. They work to keep their clients satisfied.

It’s rare to find a company these days that is this professional. We’ve used their services for both furnace and air-conditioning maintenance ever since we moved to town. Rarely do I find that a product and service exceed the expectations presented before the purchase! But my HVAC system does, indeed! It is the perfect match for my home, so quiet I never know its running, and keeps my home so evenly heated or cooled that I dont even think about it. CPH&A were able to get out immediately to help get the AC working again and made life bearable during a hot WW summer! They were respectful and easy to work with! Thanks CPH&A! Came out so quickly and fixed water heater. Always amazing service.

Had them come out to fix our ac unit and IT worked for a couple days and then stopped working again. Came out 2 more times and couldnt get ot fixed so we had to buy a $700 wall unit and put it the wall to have ac. A year later we get a bill for $1000 for the repairs that were never completed. I called and talked to them about it and they refused to make it right so i refused to pay the bill. It got turned into collections and i disputed it but nothing was ever changed. Unfortunately i had to pay the $1000 bill plus collection fees so we could buy a house. RIDICULOUS THAT A COMPANY CAN COME OUT AND NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOT SEND A BILL UNTILL A YEAR LATER AND THEN TREAT THERE CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE IN THE WRONG.

College Place Heating did our family a real solid. We returned from summer vacationduring a heat wave to an AC unit with a faulty fan. I called Lance at CPH and he said that while there were no service calls possible until the following morning, he would drop by shortly to see if the problem was something simple. Long story short: the capacitor in the unit had failed. An hour and $100 later, Lance drove off and left us with AC on a hundred-degree day. Now that’s service. Thanks College Place Heating.

Our air conditioner stopped working and it was on the first really hot day we have had this year . I called College Place Heating and Cooling at 9:30 am there were to our house by 1 PM and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes of showing up. The technician was efficient and professional got straight to the problem . We will be servicing our system this fall and I will be calling College Place Heating and Cooling again . These guys are great. We use them several times in the past. Then we went on their automatic cleaning schedule. Let me tell you this was the best decision we made. They work hard to keep your system functioning well and Ill be there as soon as I can if it isnt. These people do a very thorough job on all my systems. They keep the area where they work clean and in the same condition when they leave. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our family is very happy with the service and response we received when our old heat pump unit quit working. After several service calls with another company through a home warranty company with temporary fixes that just didnt work we decided enough was enough. We called College Place Heating and requested a new unit. We had family coming to stay with us for several weeks and we needed air conditioning badly. Dennis and his staff at College Place Heating and Air Conditioning are knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. We hired them to replace our central air a couple of years ago and are very pleased with the quality and reliability of the products they carry, as well as their skills. Gary is an absolute pleasure to work with! He ended up having to come twice to get our AC working perfectly but thats because we didnt realize there was more than one issue when it broke. He fixed the problems and got us going fast, plus gave us lots of information on how long to expect it all to last and what to expect with our older unit. Hes very knowledgeable and professional while being very friendly.I would highly recommend this company and hope Gary stays with them a long time to come, hes a great asset to the business!
