This guy isnt too good,took my tv up there to fix my backlight on it and a few weeks later it went back out

I called to discuss prices & was quoated a price. I called back the next day & asked the same person the same questions & got a higher price. Once I told him this he started yelling being very unprofessional. I am so glad I didnt do business with this man he is horrible

Excellent service. Mr. Abdul came out and analyzed my tv and instantly knew that it blew out and needed a new part. Luckily he had the part in stock at his store and brought it back and fixed my 55 inch. Easy and quick. I would most definitely give them my business again. Great Job guys. :)

Never got to the door. He diagnosed my TV over the phone and basically said I should buy a new TV. My screen has never been cracked.... he said someone threw something at the TV from playing a video game.... WHAT?

No one ever called me back after leaving a voice message

I called several weeks ago and provided all information about my tv and issue. I already knew it was the backlight for a 65in Samsung tv. He told me $220. When he got to my house, now he is saying $285 for the same repair. Even after he showed me part price for $89 and labor for $150 that still isn’t adding up. I do not have a problem paying for the repair but stick to the price. He called the shop and the lady even said $225. So he was proven to be overcharging me. It’s cool.... I am out of $69 for the service call but that’s it. Then he looses a screw inside my tv so he had to take the whole thing apart. Lesson learned....

I took a power supply out of my tv there for repair. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me a lot of money.

Came to pick up my tv at 5 pm( they close at 6). He was not there which was fine because they provide in-home service so we called him and he told us that he would be there by 6 pm. At 6 pm we called him and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. At 7:28 pm, he is still not here so we called him and now finally he is on his way. He mustve forgot about us. Actually nvm. Its 7:50 and hes still not here. He tried to send someone over but the person never came so we called him again and NOW hes on his way. I understand he closes shop at 6 but he shouldve just told us to come back tomorrow instead of claiming and lying about being on his way. I got my tv at 8:29 pm. Great customer service 10/10
