This place is the worst place ever since the new management team took over is falling apart oh and we got an appointment at 10:30 am we didn’t get seen until 11 and they don’t tell you how many people ahead of you what a shame

Worst Customer Service!!!Front Desk needs A LOT TO IMPROVE. If you really love your baby do not come to this place you don’t feel like you can ask a simple question because they look at you with a terrible face.I do not even know who they can hire people like that. Trust me they don’t care about patients.Paul is the only one really nice to customers.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Been going to PAC for years and there office staff is very rude and dont no how to talk to people on the phone. Tried to call and reschedule an missed appointment and was told they dont have an opening intill next month.

All of the front desk employees are unprofessional and very rude even they don’t know how to talk to people I saw sometime they are making fun of people.

I was previously a patient at this clinic (4700 Erie Street) and I have found my experience to be a phenomenal one. The services provided by this clinic had tremendously helped my transition to becoming a healthy mother. I was able to successfully apply to Medicaid with a help of a very patient and meticulous staff member name, Laurie. My medical bills were covered and I didnt have to break a sweat thinking about them. Every staff member here are very knowledgeable, open-minded, responsive, and conscientious with my situation and health. Overall, the clinic is very diligent, clean, orderly, and welcoming for any patient.

I have had the best care here. From my approval of pregnancy they helped me every step of the way. Helping me get insurance, which for most is such a headache they provided help with ease n with in that day I had health care for me and my unborn baby.. Visits were always amazing every employee there way amazing and so polite. I love this facility. No other place could compare to the care I had here it is like a home away from home. I dont even feel like Im going to a doctors appointment.. No headaches no hassle no stress this facility played a big role in my pregnancy. Easy as pie.. I love them all. Now I want to give back for all the help they provided me with and that is by donating things I know other Expecting mothers could use.. I would recommend this facility and the care of the doctors n nurses to ant family and friends.. Most amazing place ever.. Could not have got through without them.. Dr. Weinreb is a amazing doctor. But some of front desk are unprofessional and very rude.

It looks like people who work here, especially the front desk people are unprofessional. They have no sense of urgency, responsibility and do not even get me started on their management. I was told that my blood report would be back within 24 hrs, which is btw today, and I called them after not hearing back from them at 3:30 PM and they said the the CLINIC IS CLOSED when yesterday they specifically told me that they are open until 4 today and they would call me and let me know about the result. They have no sense of responsibility towards their patients. I regret to have went in to get my blood test at the Pregnancy Aid Center. Worst experience.

They close at 4pm!! Yet when you call around 3pm they put you straight to voicemail talking about “you have reach the pregnancy aid center after hours...” its not after hours if yall are close at 4pm!!!! Unprofessional. They need to replace the front desks employees! If the job is that hard go work somewhere else you’re dealing with people who are trying to get cares for their pregnancy and etc.

My own experience with this pregnancy aid center have been awesome.. Dr. Weinreb is an amazing doctor, but a phenominal Obstetrician... He listens to your concerns, and addresses them immediately.. Even in my case, if it meant spending hours on the phone with the insurance company, he did just that!!! I recommend Dr. Weinreb and the pregnancy aid center if you are expecting❣❣❣

Best place ever I was a patient 5 years ago, Im a patient now , and planning to be in the nest 3 years with midwife Nancy Wards she is the best

Dr. Weinreb Saul is a great Obstetrician, I had a successful pre-natal & delivery with him, he talks you through everything you want know about your delivery, he gives room for you to ask him questions, he is a competent doctor, he knows his profession, and he does it well, I will recommend Dr weinreb to anyone who is seeking an Obstetrician & gyneacologist ,in the states.

I cant imagine a place that has this much lack of professionalism, the hours state until 4pm Monday trough Friday, tell me how is it that I call at 3:32pm on a Friday and I get the automated message saying that Im calling after hours? Needless to mention one of the staff at the front desk was very rude and condescending when asking for the filling of a form. What a disgrace of a place and complete display of lack of management. If your hours are until 4pm, if you need to answer your last call at 3:59pm then so be it, it should not matter what day of the week its.

I am sadly and very dissatisfy with the services with this facility. I have been a patient for years and after 2 pregnancies with PAC i cant believe how there are no same day nor with in a week appointments available. I used to call and make appointments for the same day or even within that week.Last week I called to schedule an appointment for this week because of my work schedule and, first the young lady was very rude and very unprofessional. she told me she didnt have appointments available until next week and I kindly ask her if she could call me if there should be any cancellations she rudely replied with WE DONT CALL PATIENTS, IF YOU WANT TO CALL US NEXT WEEK TO CHECK ON CANCELLATIONS YOU CAN. that was very dissatisfying. Customer service is just not how it used to be, its very discouraging because I have dealt with Roslyn when she worked there and Mary who is outstanding along with Dr. Rodgers who has delivered both of my babies. now I am in search of a once warm felt obyn office which is tough to find.

This place is horrible I stop by to make a donation and the front desk lady was talking about patients and laughing they don’t have respect and privacy for patients i feel sorry for everyone that goes to this place for whatever kind of visit. I would never recommend this place to any friend or family

This was my first time being here and it was 2 different females and they were very polite but when I went back for the results it was another 2 females and the way she gave me the results was very rude and disrespectful in my eyes and she said it like she was mad at the world or something !! You all need new staff whos not going to take out their anger on the customers

If I could give you 0, two years ago I had control of my first pregnancy in this clinic, now that everything is back, Dr. Saul has changed, he is no longer here, the receptionists answer him reluctantly. They make you wait more than an hour in the waiting room and another hour for the doctor to see you. When you call, they dont even answer you and they just hang up the calls. I never go back to that clinic.

Very bad attention I do not recommend. In any case you can go and notice that it is not a good place for your pregnancy

I give 1 star because you cant leave 0. In that place I dont know what happens since they have done it twice, I tell them that I need a Pap smear and they check my record and they tell me I dont need it, but until Im ready to They do tell me and they just check me and they charge me money. Of course I had my prenatal care with Dr. Nancy at first, then she was no longer working there; (. Then continue with Dr. Saul.

Im a patient at the clinic and I only go for Doctor Saul. Im attended by Dr. Saul. Because a year ago you see a bad experience with a doctor who works in the afternoons I think her name is ReneI remember his name but with it you see a very bad experience. Pity that yano works the midwife nancy she was very good, but the lady that this is not good nose if it is for the age, but to my medejo a bad experience. Im just going for Doctor Saul.
