Lobby was dark at 11AM. TV screen, customer service screen, completely. After waiting over 10 minutes on phone and in person, was told that package hadnt been delivered even though it said it was on the app. On the drive home, less than 30 minutes after I leave, am told order was delivered and told to pick it up.Come on! Are you kidding me?! Now I have to drive back in the rain for items I should have picked up while there!Agents on phone and chat not helpful, all they could do was offer apologies and claim they would investigate.AMAZON, you need to do better, otherwise youre going to lose a lot of customers.

9x out of 10 you’ll be in and out of this place in 5MIN or less. Unless there’s a long line, things ALWAYS move quickly. This is one of the better drop off locations I’ve been to. Especially when compared to places like Post Offices.

This spot is convenient to my home. Staff was polite. Went in a Friday night just before closing and met no crowd. Drop off parking was available out front but could be challenging if it was busy.

I have made a few pick ups from this Amazon locker location. I love this location because of the ease of pickup, shipping speed and return opportunities. One thing that I dont like is the parking, parking can be tough and a tight squeeze. A pro tip is to park on the side of the building or across the street before the circle of possible.

Most of the time,they receive a 5. Never a problem. I purchased a Android tablet, this past March,just to play games on. I was looking at Samsung tablets, and then came across Qunyico. Never heard of them but for $100.00, why not. I did not purchase an extended warranty. In the beginning, it worked fine, not as fast charging as I would like, but you get what you pay for. Several times this week, just the battery would show. It would not turn on. I called, Amazon customer service. Even though it is only about 3 months old, they said, nothing could be done. I am letting you know because its not the money, just the frustration. 🙃

Its similar to a postal service office except better in that there are printing machines, boxes to use, and tape, all free. Parking seems like itll be a hassle since its a bit tight. I can imagine busy times. All spots +1 were taken when I went on a Saturday morning, and a car seemed to be blocked from driving through but that eventually cleared. Maybe a drive up drop off would be great! Also, was hoping they had a cafe or snack bar. Maybe offer Amazon labeled water bottles or candy? That would be cool. The place is really clean and chill. However, I could see how a person could get upset if they dont like the music playing. I recommend keeping it PG 13 level music to avoid upsetting anyone.

This is the perfect example of how modern businesses should operate. I was able to park right in front of their entrance, line was just 1 customer ahead of me, CSR was quick and easy-going. In and out in two minutes.Good job, Amazon.Oh, and by the way, refund was credited to my account that same evening.

Nowhere to really park, drop off zone is a free for all, and it requires driving through campus to escape

If it wasnt so far away and parking wasnt so tight, Id give them 5 stars.Overall? A great facility!It has like a mini game room/ waiting area that has video game controllers. I didnt try them out, but it looked really cool.It also has several screens where you log in and print out your order detail to receive it.It also has 3 touch screen kiosks. In there, you log in to your amazon account, follow the steps towards a return and print your label. Yes, its THAT simple!Im not sure how my return wouldve worked out if I didnt have it already packed (boxes, tape) but it looked like they had everything there.I went on a Saturday afternoon (2PM). The girl that helped me(Kelly), was profesional and friendly.

Sort of convenient. Even Maps has difficulty getting one there.. Of course if you want to save return $$ it has to be convenient. Difficult access to building with large packages and very bad knees especially for older beings. Need a cart, a handicap access and, someone to assist people who need assistance. Anyway efficient in that you are notified soon

Made mistake of downloading wrong label. Though the items were Amazon. They couldnt help with the changes with return label.

Im not sure why others had a problem with parking. There are three drop off / pick up (10 minute) parking spots immediately in front of the store. Easy in and out.

I have used it twice. The service is great. The only downside that parking has been scarce there.

Today it was more crowded than usual so we had to stand in line although it moved pretty quickly. The customer service rep was friendly and efficient although she was dressed very inappropriately. My 14 y. o. son wanted to come in but I had to make him stay in the car because she had on exercise leggings that were so transparent that I could see she had on pink & white bikini underwear. What she had on was offensive. I think she needs to be counseled on appropriate and inappropriate clothes to wear in a workplace environment.

Didnt know if items needed to be boxed (they dont). Couldnt figure out where to go when I got inside. Nice staff though

Its easy to print and mail back a return (print the label on site & they provide tape!!) & also pickup deliveries you have shipped here! Only drawback is parking IS EXTREMELY LIMITED to nearly impossible. Either youre going to have to find & pay for a spot or wait on the busy one way street in front for someone else to come out.I think it would be helpful if they could purchase a few of the surrounding spots or validate parking.

I wanted in line for 15 mins because someone came out to assist me and after I banged on the locker because I heard the crew talking then he came out and said its a bell right there you couldve pressed lol I didnt see it. But Im grateful for the hub to be so close to home.

I asked a family member to drop off my packages for return. With that being said i only recieved 2 refunds out of 3 and they are saying that they are still waiting on the return when they have already recieved it kmft

My return was easy and seamless here. The line wasnt long. They also had kiosks there though I am not sure what for. Parking was easy to find, although getting close to the door may not be since there are other establishments in this block and the college and dorms are nearby.

Lots of regular traffic for this Amazon Hub. Within a short walking distance of University of Maryland.

The location is good, but you have to pay for parking. I was lucky, a customer gave me their parking ticket with time on it, so I did not have to pay. It is pretty easy once youre inside to pick up your packages from the lockers.

Site was difficult to find and park. The facility was dirty and staff was semi-helpful.

The pickup service was nice and quick, though there are too few free parking spaces around there and not convenient. (pay parking lots are a lot but does it worth to pay for it for 3 minutes visit?)

Always quick pickup and drop off. Parking is tight but can always get my minivan in. From parking to collecting my stuff and driving off takes less than 10 minutes. Its always pristine.

When I made my order of my tailcoat online, I knew that picking it up from that location was convenient for me rather than having it addressed to the house and it was a smart choice that I made. Thank you Amazon with your services and alternative methods of delivery. I found that making my life with Amazon shopping was so easy to do before I even make up my decision. Whether I wanted to purchase the tailcoat or not for any type of full evening dress event which I am expecting in the future soon, I had to conclude with a solution to my logical and financial reason to add something to my wardrobe for classic sense.

If you have your items return label affixed to the box or bag no need to pay for parking just drop it in the bin. In store 30 seconds top.

Waited at front desk for over 15 mins before someone (technically two) finally came out. One complained about using a buzzer to inform them someone was out front.....a buzzer, I might add that was so small it was unnoticeable for anyone who is new to that location. Last time i checked one of your jobs is to be at the front desk to help customers, not having everybody hiding in the back till closing. One star. And most definitely will find a different Amazon Hub Locker location to use from now on.

First time trying amazon hub- I was impressed with the customer service. I received a text message asking at what time I would be picking up my package once I was about five minutes away I received a response letting me know that my package would be available at the desk upon my arrival. It was a quick one minute in and out process. I will continue to use them when I order large packages that cannot be left at my door.

Was sent here by amazon to do an easy no box needed return. Was told all i needed to do was show the barcode on my phone and drop the package. No muss, no fuss, minimal contact. Unfortunately nobody was staffing the palce and there was no way to return the nonfunctional item i had purchased. Long walk with nothing accomplished due to incorrect instructions by amazon.

Nice to have the convenience to return Amazon items as well as get same day orders there. Location is great if youre a U of MD student (that was a long time ago for me...) but not so for the rest of the world. Traffic can be rough at times, and they should have provided more/better parking. Otherwise its useful for what its there for.

I believe that the Amazon Hub Locker offer a very valuable service in the safe delivery of your purchased products, arriving to your local destination safe and secure. Some local apartments and homes have experience stolen goods. Amazon Hubs are more secure.

I confess that I have been to the Amazon locker in College Park Maryland multiple times since my first visit by the June 2019 timeframe. My most recent to this Amazon locker College Park Maryland (Amazon hub locker)visit was less than a week ago for a book. This location is a self serve facility in the case that you can print your order code from the your amazon order history and one of the amazon locker kiosks open after you scan the code. For my most recent visit, in a similar case with multiple other amazon items I’ve picked up, I pretty much went into my amazon order history, obtained the bar code from my amazon order that I selected for pickup, and was able to retrieve the item from one of the amazon locker kiosks. There are also some items to open the packages at the building for customers who want to have a look at what they ordered before they leave the College Park Amazon locker building.

I love this place. As a person who lives in a somewhat high crime area and has had a hairbrush stolen from her front door, its nice to have an optional place to send packages. Its hassle free, convenient and relatively easy to pick up packages.

It is incredible this is the only outlet for returns in the D.C. area. Jeff Bezos should do better.

Chose the same day delivery so I could receive my items on the same day but instead it was delivered the moment they closed. I couldve had it delivered to my home in two days but now I have to pick it up next week. Great.

Great access point for the Amazon network. Very convenient and friendly counter, walls of mailboxes, great. I send merchandise to my son, who is at the University of Maryland, directly to Amazon@CollegePark. I’m local but this is greatly convenient to out-of-state parents. We’ll thought out Amazon!

Easy in and Easy out

Package was dropped off at this location at 2 pm and it was not processed for picked up until 8:30 pm and this location closes at 9:00 pm. I live 20 minutes away - so not a lot of time to pick up items. Needless to say I could not pick up my items. I opted for pickup so that I could get packages on the same day. If I knew that I’d have to wait - I could’ve just had the items delivered to my house.

Though the kiosks did not work for my return, the staff was helpful and patient.

Customer service was great!

Parking is an issue, street parking only, and you have to know exactly where it is, easy to pass up. But once you go in its quick and easy. They had my return processed and sent me an email and confirmed refund before I got home.

Parking could be better. Great option for dropping off a return. In and out. I dropped it in the slot and by the time I got outside, I had an email confirmation that my return was received and being processed. Money was on my account a few hours later.
