Stanley McCullough has protected my home for several years. He is thoughtful, friendly, and will make extra visits when a problem arises, until the problem is resolved, as in underground yellow jackets just a couple of years ago. He texts me when he will arrive at my home, responds to texts, leaves details of the treatments he gives, and knows that I may need a product, leaving it for me, even when I am not at home.

It has literally been months since this company has been giving me the run around regarding a refund for my horrible service. I was told I would receive it by mail over a month ago and now Im being told it was never issued. This was a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this company.!!

While I appreciate the guy who came and treated the yard.. he was great and did a great job explaining what he found; I honestly wouldnt really recommend Terminix to anyone because theyre like every other big box pest control... they go up every single year if not more often. As customers we have to pay for the fancy trucks, C-suite luxuries, national advertising, big billboards, sponsorships, etc. Part of the reason I chose a local company like Decatur Pest control is that they dont have price increases nearly as much as these big companies if at all, they send the same person out every time to service my property, they are more personable, and they have great customer service. Im thinking for 2022 I will look into another local more reputable pest control, until one of the big companies buys them out! Will save me in the meantime!

I gave a score of 10 for my service technician, Brandon Hayes. Brandon goes over every detail and walk me through the entire process with ease. He is very personable, so you feel quite comfortable with sharing any pest issues you may be having. Brandon has been effective and thorough, and he keeps you informed every step of the way. There is nothing he doesnt know about the Pest Control industry. It is truly a blessing to have Brandon overseeing my home pest experience.

I had two agents to come out and provide service for my insect and rodent issues, Kevonte and Jason were both very polite and professional. I gave a rating of 10 for the prompt, polite & affordable service. They came right out and got my home protected. I am extremely grateful for their services! I would without a doubt recommend them to all my friends and family for their pest control needs.

Easily able to schedule an extra service to take care of a wasp nest that I noticed hidden in a window frame. My technician, Eweka, did an outstanding job of taking care of the nest that I knew of in addition to locating two others and taking those down as well. Extremely satisfied!

When I first subscribed to their service they did a better job with communication. They would call on their way and talk to you when they were done. Now they come stay a short time and leave without a word. They did not solve my millipede problem after several treatments.

Scheduling was fast and easy, pricing is affordable and they were able to schedule us within the week. The technician, Christian, got here within the time frame given and got the job done quickly! Its only been a few days but we can already tell a difference!Update- have had a call in for 2 days to have someone come back out bc we are still seeing bug action and have yet to get a call back letting me know when someone will be out?I have no way of contacting the local office as theres no number anywhere the only number I can find just goes to a scheduling desk who cant see the calendar for the later time slot I have requested to get me on the schedule.Would REALLY love a call back with some information. The fact I just paid $140 to have this done and signed on to a yearly contract (which was fast and easy) but now that I have an issue I cant get a call back. What made us feel comfortable with using Terminix was the fact theres a satisfaction guarantee but getting them to contact us to get that scheduled is another story.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. We have a flea infestation and the service provided was not what I expected from such a reputable company. The technician did not know what he was scheduled for during the first visit and as a result, he was unprepared and we noticed no results. I scheduled a second service and specifically asked for a different technician. Not only did they send the same tech out, he called in route to ask what my home was being treated for. When I told him it was for fleas, he said he needed to see if he had the right supplies first. He called back to say he did not have the right supplies and that it would be an additional two hours before he could come because he needed to return to the office. I dont know why theres an issue between whats scheduled by phone and what transmits to the technician, but the service is never clear to the technician who is scheduled. I complained the second time because he did not seem to treat my entire home as requested. I was told by the phone rep that a manager would call me, and in the mean time I could schedule a follow up visit. The tech scheduled for the following week never showed up!!! This was a complete waste of my time and money and I wish I could stop getting the run around and just get my money back.

BAD EXPERIENCEOne of Terminix guy came to my house to see if I had termite or ant on 3/26/ 2021. after investing he then said I have termite. So at that point he told me that have to pay $99.00 a month for 12month. I then got my credit card and sign the page that said Summary of Charges for the payment off $99.00. on my credit card the same day he came. On 3/27/2021 the next day two Terminix guys came to install their equipment I ask if I had ant or termite they stating that I dont have Termite I have Ant, But they had already installed the equipment so I ask how can I cancel my agreement they told to call on Monday, Because I was not about to pay $99.00 for some ant.I call on Monday 3/29/2021 and explain this to the company. she then put me on hold to talk to someone in the cancellation department Also, to get some type of paper work of my agreement. But nobody picked up the phone I was send to voice mail to leave a massage after that I call several times and leave massaged, but no one call back not on till 5/4/2021leaving a voice massage telling me that I was to cancel 72hr prior to the installation which do not make any sense to me. I paid $1800.00 to seal the house to prevent rodents from coming in to the house! Since day one, the problem never stopped. Obviously the house was not properly sealed. Not at all. They put traps around the house and a rodent was trapped and my tenant is stuck with that rat for 5 days now and they wont come until another 5 days. Thats not what they said when I signed up for the service! I pay $109.00 every 3 months as well. I cant believe they will let their customers live with a dead rat for 10 days. I would have never signed up if I knew this. I am weighing my options based on the contract I signed.

The regular service is great, nothing but good to say about Robert who does our regular service.... But recently we added mosquito treatment. They came out for the first service and failed to come the following month. It took me call after call to get someone, who for some reason didnt really give me any info or answers to why they didnt show up. Come to find out they just flat out didnt come because of staffing issues. Now were getting bit all day long and they cant come until next week. That will put us at 7 weeks in between service thats supposed to be done monthly. The least they could of done was notify customers about the lapse in service.

This was a very frustrating experience. I Never saw any bugs at all in my brand new home. A week after my first treatment - I saw ants… it was really hard to get someone to come spray for them. One guy came (after a week)& didn’t push the button to let me know he was here-& left without spraying-smh-. So after 2 weeks I treated my house myself & it’s been a month now still no word from them.- so I am canceling & just spray myself. I have 2 stars because the guy who first serviced my house was really good!

This is a horrible company. They did a treatment at my home and it messed up my air register vents and ducts. It rusted them out and when I filed a complaint they told me they would not fix it and reimburse me I sent pictures of the areas where they put the treatment where the vents and ducts were rusted and where they didnt and the vents and ducts were not rusted. They denied my claim and I was not able to speak to anyone and no one reached out to me to handle this situation caused by there company. Do not use this company ever horrible customer service and handling issues made by their company.

I went online to put in a quote request and within 15 minutes someone called. The lady ( dont remember her name, sorry) I spoke to was very courteous and listened to my story as to why I needed their service. She was very informative and assuring. They scheduled me for when I was available. Luke was the service technician. He text the night before and called about 30 min prior to arrival. I was schedule for between 8am and 12 pm. He arrived exactly at 8am. When he called he asked about my situation so he could be better prepared once he arrive. When Luke arrive he waited patiently on me because I honestly didnt expect him there right at 8am. He was very courteous and informative! Very perfessional!! My family and I left so he could complete everything. I asked him to lock the door and turn off lights when he left and he did! The notes/paper work he left explained everything he had went over in the beginning which I like because I may have forgotten information and needed it. Luke also gave me his phone number for any questions and told me to contact him 2-3 days in advance and he would scheduled my next visit and would work around my schedule. I am very pleased with the service I received and the price!!

This company has been inconsistent since day one! They never come when scheduled and when they do finally show up, they are rarely adequately equipped to do what they were scheduled for. I specifically scheduled a termite trenching service one day and the technician shows up but only to treat for ants. His explanation, what I need to do the trenching isnt working on my truck, so Im not able to do that today. Just call back and well try to get you re-scheduled. Again today I have an appointment for the trenching that was never done initially, I call after the appoinment time has come and gone yet again. Well this time, the manager calls me back after I call the office and tells me the technician caught a flat and unfortunately failed to inform me. Steer clear of this company if youre looking for an effective and dependable pest control company. Its clear that the salesman, Wayne Bierole, is only interested in making money and locking people into 12-month contracts regardless of service.

We called a week ago to request follow up service and have not been able to get a representative back out to follow up as of date after several documented phone calls. Elizabeth and the the people at the forest park location are highly un professional could care less about you are your experience all they care about is your money thats it. I never felt this devalued as a costumer in my life. I specifically told the people at this location to cancel my contract and they quoted me a price of 200 dollars to cancel my contract but did not take the payment and instead they kept withdrawaling money from my account. It took me having to keep calling them inorder for them to to full cancel it. Even though it wasnt a hold lot of money but it was the lack of communication between them to me that cause this confusion in the first place as a result I will never refer anyone or use this company at this location or any other location ever again.

My parents have been using terminix for years. Now they are old and disabled and I am responsible for their things. 3 times in the past 2 years have been billed twice for the same service. It was a terrible experience to clear the 2nd charge. The newest thing that happens over last 8 months, 10/1 /20 billed for a service that was not performed. I called and they said he was there. I said he was not, did not leave service letter on door and was not seen by ring door bell After the game playing they said oh he was scheduled to come so we billed you. They came 3 weeks later with out notifying us.Last 2 times they came without letting us know and same thing did not show tech walking across front of house saw him sitting in driveway in truck. There are ants going up one side of the house , have called customer service, just get brushed off with have a manager call me, they refuse to give me branch manager name and phone number. They hide well and give no answers

My worst experience ever .. I was always told if you have a bug problem call a professional exterminator...so I did and it was a waste of money. I have a minor water bug problem that Terminix proved to me they can’t solve.... so if you have an infestation, DON’T CALL TERMINIX. You never call to schedule our annual inspection. We either come home to find a hang tag that the guy was here and missed us, or (like this last time) he calls to tell us when he is coming (whether that fits our schedule or not).I told him that time would not work and called to schedule our inspection.What a hassle that was. Your own people said that we didnt need to do it now since our plan renews in March and we should do it then. What does that even mean? After pressing the issue, I got our inspection scheduled and was here to meet him because we had painters tell us they suspected termite damage and pointed to hollowed tunneling in the wood siding. Unbeknownst to us weve been having water issues for quite some time and the amount of damage suggests well over a year.After a cursory look, your inspector dismissed the idea of termite damage out of hand because he saw no termites. It was 34 degrees, of course there were no termites crawling around. Your own website says that they recede into the ground in cold whether and that not seeing them in winter does not mean there is no problem. I had to goad him into actually going into the crawl space and inspecting. (The fact that he had to ask where the access was suggests that he had never inspected before). When he knocked on the door to get access to the back yard I realized that none of your inspectors had been able to inspect back there for years and nobody had ever said anything!After inspecting he again insisted that we didnt have termite damage, although I am still not sure given his general lack of concern or thoroughness.And even if what we see isnt termite damage, I am disappointed that none of your inspectors had ever said anything abut the water issue which your website also says is a major attractant for termites. If they were in fact inspecting the house every year, they should have noticed. And if they had noticed, they should have said something.

The inspector (Dan) and the tech (Brandon) who came out were personable and professional. Service tech was on time and thorough. The quote I was given did not match the service - the inspector and tech had different opinions on how many rooms needed treatment, which isnt a problem. The problem is I paid for 2 rooms when only 1 was needed. Ive called twice about this and have not received a reply.

I have had Terminix for 15+ years while in Colorado. They provided excellent service. However, the Atlanta operations are horrible. Its like there are two different. They were unresponsive in dealing with my needs in getting the pests under control to my satisfaction.I didnt have this kind of issue with my Colorado service. The rate junped from $75 to $89. And the service was horrible. I had to cancel and go with another company. It is truly unfortunate that they lost a long-term customer do to poor service.

The technician was so friendly. I told him I needed indoor service as well. He was fully prepared with a mask and gloves to protect himself and my family. The representative only showed up one time, but when I called in to cancel the contract because of my dissatisfaction, my records showed 3 visits. (Dishonest) Trust me: I know how many times a stranger came in my house. He came and sprayed... but he didn’t care to check in to see how my household responded to the service. HE DIDNT CARE! When I did finally call in to cancel my service the Forest park Senior Representative hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times to cancel services and settle my balance! Called to schedule someone to come inspect for squirrels in our attic. Set time and place and they went to the wrong address so I had to reschedule. They came for that appt and inspected property and confirmed we had a squirrel issue. Tried to add on a bunch of other services on top of taking care of squirrels but we declined. The rep was nice but quickly became annoying, trying to hard to connect instead of taking care of the task I was contracting them to do. It took many conversations to book appt. at a time I could be home. They then told me I couldnt book without payment?! This set me off. I don’t pay for services until they are satisfactorily completed. After being assured my card would just be used to hold the spot the money was processed and taken out of my account the day before my appt. I was furious but there was nothing I could do. I just wanted them to take care of my issue I had been dealing with for a month now. I had an apt window from 1-5, I didnt really consider it getting dark early but they didn’t either. I arranged my day to be home, calling in favors for car pool and other errands while I waited. Never heard from anyone the night/day before. Only the angry call I made about the payment processing. Finally around 2 pm I call to see what the status was. No one knew. After leaving several voice mails I finally get a call an hour later from the tech saying he was in a ladder at a job over an hour away and would not be here before dark. Seriously the worst communication and the absolute worst customer service. I think I dodge a bullet here because I do t think this branch has a clue what they are doing. According to the bank(after an hour on hold- more time wasted) I have been refunded and I am just grateful this group didn’t do any work on my property. They are not to be trusted!!!

After a miscommunication with my contract I was allowed to make payments, towards my last payment they decided to cancel my service but still expect me to pay for the full contract!! It’s a dog they are trying to get over on me by sending my contract to collections even though We set up a quick payment plan
