I would not suggest working for this company. They are very unprofessional and they very unethical when it comes to therapy. After I put in a two week notice they starting advising my clients not to allow me to talk to the kids that I was providing therapy for. They informed me as well to not advise my clients I was leaving which is unethical. They also was upset at me because I had to report an issue to DFCs case manager about a situation going on with two of my clients. Im a mandated reporter and I have to report certain things and they were more worried about losing the client and money rather then being concerned about the kids safety. The owner who is way too much involved in the therapy which he has no credentials in alsoAdvised me that he is more important than my clients. He informed me that although I may be in a session with a client that when he calls I need to stop my session and answer his calls, which is also unethical. I could go on but Im going to end it here.
