The WORST customer service! Lady literally told me the place close at 9 and I’m here to get my clothes at 8:45 and the place is locked up, lights off and no one around. Everytime I come here they constantly asking how much I have and reminding me of the closing hours. If you want to close at 8 then just change the location hours. That simple!!!!

THE SIGN CLEARLY SAYS 1 DOLLAR PER POUND BUT WHEN I GO INSIDE THIS SHORT OLD LADY GONE TELL ME BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT ITA 1.50 PER POUND . THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE SAME LADY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 5 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR DROP OFF SERVICE. EITHER YOU TO PAY THE EMPLOYEES MORE MONEY , SO THEY CAN STOP TRYING TO ROB CUSTOMERS OR BE CLEAR ON WHAT YOUR PRICING AND POLICY IS.

Terrible service I dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded and came back the next day my clothes was not folded after I paid for the services. I addressed the lady that was there she then act like she was sick and ran to the bathroom and never returned I would never recommend this spot they need to shutdown the worker basically tookmy money and didn’t do her job

The owner of this place is a terrible business man to slander and low rate a paying customer just to get a cheap laugh with his friends.

When I first came here I had a great experience but since then, the service has seriously declined. The started to close early on random days, and open up to 1-2 hours later, BEFORE THE VIRUS OUTBREAK. On occasion I have to wait for someone to help me and the attitude of some of the staff is appalling. Will not return.

Ms. Sherry, the manager, offered me excellent service. The experience and ambiance was cool like an early morning Georgia breeze in Spring.She taught me the correct way to fold fitted sheets and bath towels. I feel like you can always learn something new anywhere.She’s truly a powerhouse as she cleans the windows outside, she cleans/organizes the bathrooms, and will even wash and fold your laundry for a fee.Don’t want to give you everything nor do I want to make this review any longer, so come by and check out.

Im here on 6-24 at 4:45 PM. The staff is COOL! Im thinking I gotta go get cas at the store next door. NOPE! Machines take cards and coins. Young lady even gave me some detergent. Southern hospitality in full effect!. Place is clean. Got a little area to keep the kids busy. Charging bar to charge your phone, which Im using right now. A/C going. Cool spot! If Im ever in town again, Ill be back.

Love this ❤️ place I mean I was greeted as soon as I walked in the place.. Clean, kid friendly and Ms.Renada was such a awesome person, this is now my go-to laundry Matt.. coming from Union City so I pass three coin laundry, and rather come here from now on..!!!! Keep up the great service!!!!

This is a clean facility however recently the service has declined. The owner needs to check to make sure the attendants are in the facility on the weekends.

This would have been my first time coming to this laundromat, but for some reason they had the doors locked at 7:45pm when i arrived Monday evening, although the sign states they should have been opened until 9pm... I only had to dry 2 loads of clothes that I washed at home!!!! I had to Load all of my wet clothes back into my car and go to another laundromat that actually honors their listed business hours!!!!!

I am a business traveler &I often look for laundry services when I am on the road for multiple weeks at a time. This had 4.4 reviews &is 5 minutes from the airport hotels. It is clean and bright with good machines. There was a little table for me to set up my pc to work. Sherry the manager set me up on their wifi and was incredibly friendly, providing me hangers for the few items i didnt want to put in the dryer. I highly recommend for the business traveler who doesnt want to pay hotel laundry service pricing.

Large washers continue not to work and Mr. Lee has gone up on the price!!! This is my third time using the large washers and they didnt fill!!! Mr. Lee was supposed to call me to refund me...yep still waiting!!! Today for two loads I have spent $26.50 and I still have to dry!!! Why??? Because I had to re-wash my clothes because the big washers didnt fill and there is NO attendant around for assistance!!! TRIFLING!!!

Nice place and clean. Been using this location since it was opened and satisfied with the management. I had an issue with one of the machines and it was resolved amicably. Thank you guys.

Great Place... One of their attendants, Renada, she stayed open for an extra hour or so for our family to do our laundry and it was a lot of laundry... She was so kind and nice to us.

Very clean!! Sherry and other staff are helpful. Close to several large hotels. If your staying at one of the nearby hotels for flight attendant training this is the perfect location as there is a grocery store next door.

The attendant Thia is so kind and helpful! The machines are clean and in good condition. They have small and large washers as well as small and large dryers. All are front loading. I definetly recommend this place.

1st time coming to this laundromat, it was very clean and I had an issue with one of the washers and the laundry attendant Neek handle my issue with such pleasure! I will be returning to this laundromat again! She made me feel good about spending my money here.

Very clean, friendly staff, new machines that accept cards. They even let me return a detergent I purchased after I had already opened the box and realized I got the wrong thing. Great place 👍

Went on a Saturday morning. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of working machines and space for working and charging phones, laptops, etc.

Attendant on site and very friendly. This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen. If I could give more stars I would!!!

During a recent business trip to Atlanta I needed to do laundry but the Marriott at the airport doesnt have washers and dryers so I ubered to this laundromat, I found it to be clean, safe and well managed.I was pleasantly surprised

Machines are never fixed. They still have inoperative machines. Months have passed and still with sticky note. With all the returning customers and the money that they spend. Why are the machines still not working.
