I am a 4A natural that has grown her hair from a buzz cut to back length hair over the last 5years. I went to this salon to get a simple blow out for a wedding and left with chemical and heat damage. I never requested any chemicals to be put in my hair but they put a shampoo texturizer in my hair without my knowledge. Before I went to the bowl they spoke in Spanish and started touching my hair for a while. I told them I spoke a little Spanish (just to be friendly) so they tried to be more careful about what understood. Now I know why! After a week I washed my hair out and realized that my roots were completely straightened and various sections of my hair were bone straight. My once full bodied hair was limp and lifeless. 6years of growing and caring for my hair was down the drain! This act was nefarious and deceptive as I never asked for any chemical treatments yet received one without my consent! I will be filing a formal complaint! The owner and Sylvia are to blame as they both spoke about my hair before doing it and did not once ask me if I wanted anything other than a simple blowout!

I got my natural hair blown out today by Celeste and I am extremely pleased with my hair and her professionalism! My hair is very bouncy and soft. Celeste was very gentle when handling my hair and continued to check to see if I was okay. All staff members were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. I will definitely return in the near future!

Please stay away from this salon unless you want damaged hair. On 4/17/21, I went in for a wash & set and a blowout and walked out with a sore scalp and burnt hair. During the blowout, I asked the “stylist” to lower the heat because she kept burning my scalp and there was so much smoke, but apparently it was too late. As soon as I got in the car I smelled a burnt scent and my scalp felt like it was on fire.I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years but I’m never going back. The “stylist” was new and incompetent so please don’t make the same mistake I made. Unfortunately I have to chop most of my hair off because it’s way too damaged and the texture is horrible and fragile.

First of all, I want to say Cristiana does an AMAZING JOB! I’ve never met someone who is kind, respectful, and diligent. I’m so happy with my hair style, she made sure my hair look they way I expected. Most salons rush, persuade you to buy products or say disrespectful comments. The salon is clean, organized, also everyone wore their mask on at the salon. I Highly RECOMMEND Cristiana. I’m definitely coming back love it .

I went to the Laurel location for the first time today. I brought my own shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. The service I received was a WASH AND BLOW DRY And I was charged $70. That’s beyond ridiculous. The college park location ha never charged me that much!! Ever!! For the same service ...she said they don’t have the same prices even tho they are owned by the same people. But even so 20-25 dollars more for the service is extremely extremely inconsiderate. I will NEVER get service done at either salons going forward. Y’all basically stole my money. I can’t get past that.

No appt. just walked in, Cristina and her staff was very professional and everything was very clean. I will definitely go back to get my hair done, she did a wonderful job. I love it.

My first time here was great! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The ladies were very gentle with my hair and made sure I was comfortable. Complimentary water was even offered. Prices are reasonable and new comers get a choice of a free trim or deep conditioner. My hair is so full of volume and it looks and feel so healthy.

My daughter made a last minute appointment for her 16th birthday and loved her hair!! The price was fair and results even better. Definitely recommend

This place is amazing; ZAIRA did an amazing job on my Natural hair as well as my daughter. It was our first visit here; the deep conditioner or trim is free for first time visit. Staff is friendly, nice and appreciates the customer. We will be back again. I highly recommend this salon; you will not be disappointed trust me.

Super happy with my Wifes hair! After going to other expensive hair salons, She to try yours from a referral. Im so glad she did! The Stylists did an amazing job on her highlights and trim! She also put on an oil/gloss which made her hair super soft and shiny for no extra charge. Now she found a hair stylist for life! Thanks!

The beauticians are kind, knowledgeable and gentle Ive been natural for 6 years and never had a blowout this was my first experience I have 4c hair and Im amazed I feel so good about my hair.They have a Tuesday-Wednesday special I will definitely be back.

I went there to have Keratin treatment. I have been looking for a place that offers this service and it has been difficult to find in Maryland. They did an awesome job and were very reasonably priced. I left with my hair shiny and very healthy. I will definitely be going back. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Finlli is my favorite hairdresser! she is very knowable with natural but she is good on everything, highlight, color , relaxer and natural hair.

Dominican Blowout Boutique! Bethel in College Park is my favorite salon in the area! Ever since the the ladies have been caring for my hair , it has been healthier than ever. They make sure you walk out with healthy hair and tell you what to do and how to maintain your hair till your next visit. I highly recommend this salon!

Best Dominican hair salon in the area in my opinion. Gentle to the hair and great customer service. All the ladies make you feel amazing. Welcoming, warm, friendly, gentle to hair, they listened to your request and are able to properly treat your hair!

WONDERFUL FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. Definitely my go to every 3 weeks . The stylist was so kind and explain what she was doing and what it is used for etc definitely coming back.

Went to the salon after reading multiple great reviews. This has now been my second visit and so far service and results have been above expectation. Everyone is professional, regardless of the number of clients in the salon you feel as if they are taking their time on your hair. So far I have only had Finlli to do my hair. I’m very happy with her work and plan to continue working with her. A plus is that she is very nice and takes time to understand what service you like. I highly recommend this salon and Finlli, but all the others hairdressers are good!
