BEWARE SCAMMERS!I came to get my charge port fixed on Friday and was told they had to order a part and would have it fixed by the following Monday. Monday comes I get no phone call. So I call and am told the part did not come in. This went on until Thursday. With several people claiming to be the manager and saying they will call back. NO ONE EVER CALLED. THEY KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND. I finally went up there to retrieve my phone and money. They told me the part was 65 dollars. Bull.. I bought it for 12.99 from Amazon which arrived Saturday and fixed my phone myself in less than 20 minutes. Which according to them would take a whole hour!! If it look like a SCAM AND SOUND LIKE A SCAM ITS A SCAM!! DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE!

Came for a simple replacement of my camera and left with my speaker volume being noticeably quieter, and my batter dying faster. This place is utter trash.

I have an iPhone 7 which I broke the screen. After having an appointed at Best Buy cancelled, I decided to take my phone to this place to be fixed and it was 100$ CHEAPER, and also very fast. The next day I realized the speaker in the front wasn’t working well anymore, so I took there and Nate (Even though I didn’t have how to prove it wasn’t damaged before-but I also wouldn’t lie about it of course) fixed it, and didn’t charge me anything for it. So I’d recommend this place for sure! But also recommend the place to make a few tests before getting the phone to be fixed, to avoid this kind of problem.

**WARNING COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK**I own an iPhone 8 Plus and I cracked my screen. I went here to get it repaired. I got it fixed and I noticed my front camera was out of focus/blurry. I thought it was screen protector...it wasn’t. I went back there and repair guy offered to put on a new screen. It was still out of focus/blurry. A few days past. I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he’s getting brand new screens and he’ll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen. When I came back to pick up my phone, my front camera was still out of focus/blurry. He gave me the sorry excuse of him not having the parts to fix it. HE DAMAGED MY FRONT CAMERA and HE’S NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT NOR WILL HE FIX IT. Please don’t come here.

Great place to have your phone repaired. Very quick and competent. I had another place try to fix my phone but they said there was a screw that could not be removed. I took it to U.Mobile and they removed the screw and put all the screws that had been placed in the wrong place in correctly. My phone was promised the next day but the wrong screen was ordered so the owner drove that night to pick it up. Fair priced screen replacement and on time, you cant ask for more that that.

Avoid at all costs! They dont even answer questions over the phone let alone hang up on you. Hope this place gets some professionalism

Howard is a seasoned professional with great experience. He treats customers courteously and ensures satisfaction all the way through. I have an LG G2 that still works thanks to him, after virtually every little thing broke, one after another, to be repaired by Howard, some at no additional charge. The pricing is quite reasonable for the quality of service you get.

My phone was seriously not usable after it fell. Broken glass on both sides and pixels were dead on my screen. I dropped in and I think it was the owner/manager I spoke to and he was fantastic! Fair prices, professional service, and they managed to be done the next day even though they had to order a certain part for my phone! I would definitely use their services again if I had to and I would definitely recommend their service to others.

Cracked my screen a while ago, waited until I got back to school to get it repaired and Im glad I did. I had new had the screen replaced and the lower screen was working fine, the cost to replace was $75. Other places were estimating $120-$130. Also they took my phone right away and had it fixed in less than an hour.

DO NOT take your phone to be repaired here. The service is good and the shop is decent-looking, and at first glance, the price isnt bad, but the product is absolute garbage. I shattered my screen and took it here to be replaced, and once fixed, the screen started malfunctioning not an hour later. The screen freezes approximately 10 times a day, where the touchscreen, the home button, and not even the lock button work. You simply have to wait for the devices screen to time out. The screen is not as sensitive or quick to track as Apples original and it was completely not worth it. Take your iPhone to Apple, not here. It is immensely frustrating to have paid $100 for a screen that is worse than the one that was shattered.

The owner was easy to work with and friendly, but UNABLE TO REPAIR MY PHONE. When I asked if he had previously repaired this model, he said yes. When I dropped the phone off, he emailed me an hour later to say that he would not remove the screen to repair it. Save your time and energy: if you have an uncommon or mildly difficult phone (anything but the latest Samsung or iPhone apparently), go elsewhere.

The owner damaged my phone and refused to repair it. Screamed at me in front of other customers.I took the phone in for a problem with the charge port. After I got it back, the charge port was fine but soon after the touch screen was partially unresponsive. Usually when a product has been damaged the company will repair it for free but it appeared that this businesss policy was to ignore everything I said and start harassing me in front of other customers. The owner states it was merely coincidence the touch screen was malfunctioning half an hour after he opened because it was only working fine for the past 700 days.The owner then lied about the repair. He then told me that he did not tinker with the screen when he attempted to repair the charge port. I asked him to show me what he did and he unscrewed the screen which in fact did alter the touch screen response. After I called him out on this he proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I gave the phone in with cracks. I asked him why he went about repairing my phone if he knew there would be damage and he had no straight answer for me, but ironically mentioned his 14 months of experience instead which nevertheless did not solve any problems. He refused to refund my money or replace the screen up until this time in which he realized he damaged my screen. He then offered to repair it for an extra $60 to which I declined as people usually dont give other people money when they break your things. He finally took my phone and installed a used screen with some damage but worked fine at the time. He explicitly gave no warranty. The phone worked fine until about an hour later the touch screen started acting up and random spots keep getting pressed. But there is nothing I can do about it because he did not give the warranty.One of the biggest wastes of time and money I have ever spent which really means something coming from a college student.

Update to other reviewI got my phone screen fixed here. It was pretty quick and looked great. I even got the upgrade of the tempered glass cover. Before I could even get through the next day my screen cracked again. I figured it was bc my case was old, but the owner really stands by his warranty. Must have been a rare defect, but called worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my repair and replaced what was damaged. Great customer service.

When I called and I explained my issue with my phone to him which I was in very much distress at the time; Howard told me to come in an that he would look at my phone.The LCD went bad on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 so I figured I was screwed, however Howard was able to order the new LCD piece an even though FedEx was behind on their delivery and it took an extra day; Howard kept me informed of the progress as he was able to fix my phone an now its like brand new. Actually the LCD was cracked but it wasnt noticeable until Howard took the phone apart.I would highly recommend and will refer people to U.Mobile as they are a local community business as well which I love to support our local businesses. I am an extremely clumsy person, and have been to my fair share of repair stores. Best and cheapest cell phone repair service I have ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable and kind, literally will not go anywhere else but here. I honestly trust U.Mobile as much if not more than the Apple Store.

I could not speak more highly of my experience here. John fixed the screen of my phone after I had dropped it, and did it within 30 minutes. I was having issues with my phone after I got it fixed, and thought maybe it had something to do with the service. I called a few days later, and the owner Howard answered. Not only was he extremely professional, he was also very understanding. I made an appointment for a few hours after I called, and when I arrived, he figured out that it was actually something wrong with how the phone was manufactured. He fixed it within a matter of minutes, and even offered to let me stay in the shop because it was pouring down rain and he noticed I had my bike helmet with me. Came here because I accidently broke my sister iphone 6 screen. Howard fixed it really quick, she didnt even have to leave her phone for a day, she waited about 15-20mins (thats what she told me) and she took it with her. They have a sign said lowest price in the area which is not true. I took in my iphone 6 plus for screen replacement. The lady would charge me for $129 which is same as Staple.

Phone screen broke a week after repair from normal use. They refused to fix it as physical damage doesnt fall under warranty. Furthermore, my phone now doesnt register many touches only a month after repair. Waste of $100.
