Great customer service and the security at the entry gate was pretty polite and professional plus helpful. They were very courteous and prompt.

Got there at 8 am waited in truck to be checked in, bout 30 mins. Got a door. Was unloaded with paperwork in hand at noon.

This place is pretty cool. Theres no parking in the check in lanes until after 5am. The guards have the trucks ride into the check in lanes 1 at a time from each side (split street). If u arrive early trucks park around corner on right hand side before the tracks. Check in is fast once u get to guardshack and the forklift personnel bring paperwork to truck. Weve rated 5 star but theres not any place to park, otherwise its all good. Decent unload times

Appt: 0600Arrived: 0500Docked: 0730Checked Out: 1200They dont even let in trucks until around 0700. Theres no way you can even make your appt at 0600. The check in process is easy, its the amount of trucks that are all here at once lined up at the check in gate thats the major concern because it gets so backed up since theyre not technically receiving yet. Everyone starts getting impatient and trying to back and move at the same time when the gates finally open. Plus side, the staff was friendly. Especially the guy that was directing traffic to the guard shack lanes. He was too sweet and very handsome. Ill come back just for him alone.

Over one hour forty minutes to reach the gate from the end of their drive. 8am apt didnt get out till 13:45. People very nice which is the only good thing I can say.

It wasnt to bad. Took a while to get in the gate but I got unloaded quickly. I was late getting there also.

4 lane check in, 2 on west point Ave, but if you miss there there are 2 more lanes off Wickersham Dr, your see sign on right just before the shop entrance. App at 630 arrived 630, make sure you give extra time for waiting in check-in line. Checked in at 7 got a door straight away, unloaded an hour, paperwork hour &half later, 4 stars is for that reason. Check in folks was real friendly and efficient, plenty room for trucks to move round

Not a bad place to deliver, except no overnight parking & paperwork takes little longer than usually and it’s hard to get in, receiving starts 7am.

The worst place Ive ever been to. Having run out of hrs, and not being able to drive anymore, without maybe getting a violation, I almost begged the people to let me stay at least 5 hrs in their parking lot or out on the road, it was no-go. The security guard was so rude, she almost made me sick. So I drove around looking for a lighted secured place to park. 40 miles and a couple of miles I finally found one. Most other companies will let you stay, but not these people. If I get dispatched to go there again,Id rather quit!

When you get a load here charge high $$$$$ and do not compromise . The wait time is Terrible. The confusion to get onto the property is inexcusable. If you are taking a load to Atlanta and you have other options consider it before coming one of the worst of the larger facilities.

It has a large variety of items that can be purchased for stores & restaurants I highly recommend it...👍🏾

Do not do Business here..they will not let you park there and there is no parking close by you will have to pay 19 to $20 to park anywhere near. So I am encouraging people to boycott Sysco due to their mistreatment of truck drivers.

The guard shack was very friendly and professional. Capstone is the lumper service and they to take their time and make their moneys worth. $80 and 3hours for 1 pallet.

All you have to do is unload the trucks, take the receipt of bills and count what’s offloaded, sign the paper, and give it to the driver to leave after being paid for the lumper fee. That whole process don’t take 3-4hrs after docking.

Terrible, they get you in and take forever to unload 10 pallets. These companies need to be held accountable and stop wasting everyones valuable time. We have to conform to hours of service rules and companies get to conduct business as usual as if were still using paper logs in the 90s. It was wrong then and is now. Ive had two deliveries and a pickup today, Ive driven 170 miles and Im out of hours and thats even extending my 14 with a two hour break.

Total cluster. Arrived at 6:20 am for a 7 am appointment. It took almost a full 2 hours just to get past the security gate. Got put into a door a little after 9 am, got paperwork at 12:08 pm. Extremely unorganized. Ill definitely pass on coming here again. Update 2/22/21... Sysco has opened up about 30 brand new doors, very open space, easy backs. Security still takes about an hour, and youll still be here a while, but big improvement.

At this place your appointment is meaningless they go by appointments but they’ll get to you whenever they can! I am here since 8:00am it’s past 12:30 i am still waiting! No trucks should arrive @ this place so this company can see how it will affect their business since that don’t care how much time a drive will spend here!

Excessive wait times with on-time arrival per usual. Customer service cannot provide an update or even a time-frame as to when theyll release the driver after keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes. Simply inefficient and careless approach to work.

The experience at this food center was a nightmare arrived at 0800 and didnt leave out of there till 1,400 hours the same day Ive never seen a place so disorganized nor with answers as to why theres a problem my suggestion is to reevaluate your personnel because everyone was uncooperative and had no valid reasons for having a 7 and 1/2 hour delay 2 hours after being unloaded still no response

Appointment 9a.m. I checked in at 8a.m. it is now 3p.m. .....never again stg!

Amazing staff at security, received door assignment, backed into door no problems. Plenty of room! GPS didn’t take me to receiving entrance but found it and delivered my load.

3 hrs just to get thru gate . To many trucks scheduled for same appointment time , and the guards just don’t care . Take their time and waste yours . Avoid if at all possible

Well for me ,its not a good place to get unloaded, takes entirely too long and could be much better, needs to be more organized

Roads to it is horrible for semis not enough room to back to docs and take 7 hours to unload

Freezer docks are easy backs. The local roads are undersized tho. Watch all the ruts to see where you wont fit on the turns.

Dropped off damaged product.Wait time for returns are horrendous.

The address on paperwork dose not match with the delivery door. You should follow-up with picture that I upload for you. If in case you desired to go farther or your GPS tells you to go 1 mile down and make the u turn. Then be careful because police cars are waiting for you to give you no truck routes or parking ticket.Make sure where GPS says make right and you are on destination dont do it. Just at the same point you make left ( instead of right) and fallow that road. On stop sine make right. Its narrow road. And after right you will see the sine for delivery door.

For Sysco this place isnt too bad. Im not sure what theyre talking about tight backing, its actually easy in here. I delivered Frozen. Setting your GPS to 4461 Wickersham Dr. will take you right to the check-in gate. Sysco allows you to sit at the gate at 5:00 a.m. and they start checking you in at 6:00 a.m.. Be patient theres a lot of trucks they got to move through that gate at that time. Checked in at 6:00 and was done at 8:15

No overnight parking if you come before 5am security will make you leave nearest place to park is 10 to 15 miles away and it’s always packed it’s Atlanta for you. lumper fees is outrageous. Very slow to unload

4461 wickersham drive. Do not follow ship to directions on the bills if it says anything else. Very crowded and tight docks. Hour and a half to get in the gate. 3 hrs to unload.3 hrs for paperwork. And then they wonder why theyre crowded and disorganized. After 5 hours, three of them being empty, I called to talk to receiving. capstone throws it off on sysco, so I called sysco, get hung up on, call back, no answer, call the operator and get a rude response, finally get the call sent up to some supervisor somewhere, theyre supposed to send somebody to the truck to talk to me about the way I was treated and never show up. I bet sysco and capstone dont even look at their reviews. their rating says they dont

It took an hour to get in and then when they finished unloading it was late another hour of waiting for the papers, despite how large their warehouses are, they are not Its the baddest place Ive been able to visit for years. If you can help it, please dont come.

Covid precautions in place clean and fast service

I delivered there this morning. It took about two hours to get unloaded and head out. Not bad. It is tight to back in especially if the person next to your door doesnt back in straight!

Arrive 2 hours before appointment. Takes that long to get in gate. Come off wickersham. They give you a form. Fill it out. Read letter. Follow what letter says or you will be eeachesuled

The guard will call the cops on u for parking any where in the area. Why would u want to get a working individual in trouble they are just doing there job. As far as the receiver I have had good communication bug I cannot get over having the cops called on me.

I wouldnt say this is the best place to come deliver but its certainly not the worst. The employees here have forgotten what southern hospitality is, or maybe they just hate their job, either way the could smile a little more

I would give negative ratings if available. Based mainly on the treatment of OTR Drivers. No Stage and/or Overnight Parking. Tight Docks, Slow Unloading. Last trip here but they do have cordial Security and a new entrance. Good luck.

Not too bad for a big warehouse. Dry loads go to south gate, refers to the north on Wickersham Dr. They dont really tell you what to do or have signs, so it can be confusing. Check in at gate, park, go inside, once you get a door and back in you have to go inside again and thats when Capstone gives you their price. We got here an hour before our appointment and they gave us a door at our appointment time (took that long to check in).

Over 4 hrs to unload 2 small pallets 😡 Then pay $175 for the service. Never again

Clusterduck in the morning. Later in the day its okay. They take their sweet time unloading usually.I just wonder... Guys. If this is extremely tight and no room to maneuver here... How you do ever park at most Pilots?

Be prepared to wait for a long time at the security gate and also had 5 pallets on the truck 4hrs.to unload pathetic service.Pray to God I never get a load back there.

Need to start f ing recieving and letting trucks in the gate earlier. I have an 6am appointment and waiting last behind 20 trucks in line all out on the service street across railroad tracks people dam near having wrecks trying to go around trucks. I can imagine what the unload process will be like smh

Nice folks checking us truckers in, but once in the back the office personnel making jokes, talking loud, dont even bother saying hello or any conversation with you! The dock workers come and go as they please no excuse me or anything, just completely rude! Unorganized as ever...!! NOOOOOO!!

0600 appointment then arrive 0500 took til 0630. To. Get through gate . Black woman at desk cannot process any questions like do I need a Lumper she was impatient when I asked and said I will call you when you are done. Yesterday was the actual appointment but they did not have room so was rescheduled

Worst place to deliver!! Here 4 hrs and still dont have paper work. Have been unloaded for over 2 hours hrs.and only had 1/4 of a trailer. Ask wheres the womens restroom. Was told dont have a key to it. But they have a mens restroom. Discrimination!!! I never want to see this place again...

If I could give it less than five stars it would be little! they should be consistent with truck drivers, we are the ones who transport their food and give them work too.

Cops are writing tickets for parking on Wickersham and W Point Ave. Got there the evening before my appointment. Guard wouldnt let me park in their lot, but when I got there the next morning trucks were parked inside. 6AM appointment. Got a door about 0830, out the gate at 1000. Guard at snack said check in about 0645; guard inside said stay in truck and they would come around and collect paperwork and call when they have a door. Pretty small considering all the trucks and yard trucks and 4 wheelers.

For the truckers. This place is ridiculous. It took me 25 minutes to check-in, and I was second in line. For frozen and reefer products, you have to go out of your way to get to the other side of the building (which will potentially make you late if you are arriving on time). On a dirt road with no signs leading to the frozen docks. The people here are without a single care in the world. People rating this place with five stars are part of the problem.

New entrance off of West Point ave for refrigerated deliveries. Watch for trucks sleeping in the driveway and for other trucks trying to cut in front of you while waiting to get to the guard shack.85N to exit 71 follow signs for Ga139 riverdale rd then TL. Go .5 miles and TL on embassy dr. Follow to stop sign and then TR on Edison Dr. follow that to stop sign and then TR on West Point ave. About .2 miles just after you go under the over pass no refrigerated gate in on the right. There also is a sign!!

Showed up early got a door. Entrance is around back not on Riverdale

Gate opens at 6 you can arrive at 5 a.m. do not arrive before 5 a.m. the guard will turn you around even if you are 5 minutes before 5 I had 41 pallets unload it only took them 45 minutes they do shipper load and count really quick to get unloaded there theres no parking on site petrol is 9 miles up the road have to pay to park

The new online payment system could not be more frustrating. I continually get the feeling great service from Sysco only comes if you can work with their schedule and their systems. The last 4 months have really been extremely frustrating between drivers and your new payment system.

Downright sucks. Extremely tight. No room for maneuvering. Parking on the street is very limited. Potholes on the street and property deep enough to bent an axle. Their attitude toward drivers is known already but I want to add my 5 cents - its sucks.

Last time here was 2 years ago. Remember it being bad but didnt post a review. This time Im reviewing. Not even through the gate and I give it 1 star. It takes idiots to schedule this many appointments at one time and not have a better facility.

If youre a refer driver then you have to use the wickersham entrance. I tuned my GPS to 4500 wickersham Dr, college park, GA 30337.Alley docking here requires precision. In the early morning there is a rush of trucks coming in and out of a smaller area so you dont have much room to be resetting your alley dock over and over. Unloading is slow and requires a lumper fee.

6am appt...Checked in with freezer guard 545... in door at 603 18 pallets finished unloading 649... paperwork in hand 7am

Not too bad really. I was expecting a nightmare after reading some of the other reviews. I was held up at the shipper so I arrived about 41 minutes late for my delivery. They gave me no trouble and were very friendly. It took me a few minutes to get a door. About 3 1/2 hours to unload which is a little longer than usual. Overall a pretty average experience with friendly staff.

They make us PARK ON THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! 😮 Dangerous move Sysco! Very dangerous. Come on City of College Park, where are the fines to this big, rich company who cant let delivery drivers park in their property. And, if you come before your appointment, be prepare to drive 9 miles to the closest truck stop (and parking there is not free!)

After reading reviews i went straight to wickersham dr instead of riverdale rd. Was hauling produce. Arrived at 6.15 for 7 appointment was in door at 6.50 n out by 9. Getting to wickersham can b tricky. Best bet is exit for Riverdale and south on global gateway connector and onto hwy 29/14 and turn RIGHT on wickersham. There wil b trucks parked on w point ave but they might b on their break so u want to make sure ure not just waiting behind them for them to move. B patient at check in as they will take their time. Not much room to meneuver but just enough to do safely. Guard shack is friendly. Exit is on Riverdale n not on wickersham.

I understand all the 1 star reviews.Placed a will call order at 230pm Friday, was told it would be ready 8am Saturday.Its now 930 saturday, Im picking up 6 items.No sign of order being near ready.They have 1 old man walking the warehouse to pick off the shelves.

The guard was very rude and acted immature over a simple mistake. He needs some better training with how to control his little dramatic outrage or be replaced. It was our first time and didnt know that you wasnt supposed to pull into the lot, but stop soon as you enter. There is no sign to let you know anything about where or what to do. He ran up and instead of just being professional, he decides to go hostile and say you dont pull into the parking lot like that, that you stop at the line. So we was like ok this is our first time, yall need to get a sign out here so we would know. Oh no, he said you aint telling me nothing. Haha, very immature and unprofessional. It was so bad that another driver had asked what in the world his problem was. Other than a grown man acting like a child it was great, unloaded in no time! Also, everyone else was very nice!!

The absolute worst drivers/delivery men of all vendor services. Not only is the driver turnover rate astonishingly high but 4 out of 5 drivers are rude, disrespectful, nasty, unprofessional and sloppy. Weve switched food service providers because of their lack of customer service skills and upper managements total disregard of our complaints. Our terrible delivery experiences far outweigh any good ones.

Way to slowwwwwww due to deliveries all scheduled same time..It seems that drivers got used to the illiterate system, at list 20 trucks are waiting to get in for their appointment at 08:00 just like me. I’ll just make sure never to come here again and so you do if you can and you value your time!! The yard assistance a Spanish speaking guy was very helpful .Checked out @ 15:15 , F***** lumper they made me late for my next drop and didn’t wanna sign the check in and out 4/10/2018
