The website says it offers drug screens on certain days/times, but when you go, they say they don’t OR the stop 30 mins earlier than they close. If you call Labcorps, you won’t get the office that you’re actually trying to call so that’s useless. Labcorp is trash and their system doesn’t make sense. It’s definitely NOT user friendly. Lab Corp, offer the services you say you offer during the times you say you offer them. People waist time AND money to be extremely inconvenienced.

Absolutely horrible. The staff have no interest in efficiency or customer service. If I could give 0/10 I absolutely would. I came for a simple drug test and was one of the first ones in the office and somehow waited 45 mins.

I walked in to get a pre employment urine sample and there was absolutely no other patient in there, because I had my 4 year old son they wanted to turn us back because they said he cant stay in the waiting room for a couple of minutes and they were very rude about it. I told them I really had no where to leave him. So I had to go back with him and leave him in the car after I registered and when I came back it literally took me four minutes from the time I walked in the back, washed my hands, got the urine sample, handed it to the tech (she was cool), signed my initials and left. No compassion at all, with what has happened in the last year, you would imagine we act more understanding to each other. If someone would have seen my son alone in that car, they would say neglect, not knowing, I am just trying to get background check to get a job and take care of my family.

Zero stars. This is worse than anywhere you can go to. Ive been to multiple rural and third world country medical locations and labs - this is worse than any of them. Customer service is non existent, if you make an appointment it doesnt get honored and you still wait forever. If you walk in you are pretty much guaranteed an over an hour wait. The phlebotomist is the one who deals with paperwork and payment collections. The system is broken and theyre understaffed.If you hate someone, like you hate them with your gut - you send them to a labcorp location to suffer.

If I could them 0 stars I would. The front receptionist is rude has no manners, talks to patients with an attitude. I use to come here all the time when I needed blood work done, but the last 3 times have been horrible. I wont be going back.

Horrible system. Horrible service. Horrible employees. That do not help you after you take hours off of work for a confirmed appointment. I had the confirmation and showed it but they said it is not in their system. But it was in my email, text, and app! They told me to get online and retry ordering the lab. I spent 30 mins fiddling on my phone trying to reorder the app. The 2 women then disappeared for good do I had no one to help me. Horrible service. Rude.

Walk-ins are NOT welcome, even though the Labcorp website says the opposition. I waited, waited, and People came 20 mins after me already got called in, but I was left waiting. When I asked the male staff, he told me that I didnt have an appointment. That definitely shows Walk-ins are NOT welcome. The place was not even that busy.

Very quick and professional service. Check in was easy and although the place was packed, all operations moved smoothly evidenced by the fact that no patient was irate. Office was also very clean. I was in and out on 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was wonderful with her hands. Great location to visit for lab needs.

Very disappointed to see lack of enforcement of use of face masks in a medical office during coronavirus. Receptionist was helpful and kind, but had face mask pulled down around chin. The only other patient in the office at the time I was there was doing the same. Medical personnel should adhere to required pandemic precautions, and should enforce the same with patientsi in the office.

The lady at the front desk was very disrespectful and tried to kick out my little sister (who is only 12) Just because she couldn’t find a seat even though there was other people standing and she didn’t say anything to them. Either change the attitude or don’t work there at all.

Staff is very nice & helpful !!! They actually do go by appointments if you make one online . Had 9am appt , Walked in 5min late I was still called in less than 10mins & I came on a busy Saturday , they know how to run their office smoothly ! Only LabCorp I will come to from now on (:

I have now been waiting in the waiting room for 2 and 1/2 hours! There is only one doctor in the back and only one person at the front desk. There is no respect for time here! Its approaching the 3rd hour and there aren’t even that many patients waiting out here. About 5 families left because they had been waiting for 3+ hours!! This is ridiculous. Find a different location to go to, don’t waste your time.

Easy registration process, friendly staff. I did have an appointment which I think helped because the waiting room was full. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent clinician.

Best Labcorp in the area. Exceptional customer service and care.

I wish they would be more knowledgeable about their job or have someone to consult with when a lab order is not clear. It is always easier to send a patient away.

Ive been here two times and each time had a good experience. The receptionist and staff are all friendly and helpful. I have to have my blood drawn from my hand and the Phlebotomist knew what she was doing--no bruising afterwards.

Even with a scheduled appointment, I waited 30-40 mins after appointment time to get blood drawn. Apart from that, phlebotomist knew what she was doing and process was smooth.

Cram packed, took them until 11:30 to start calling names. Office is set up poorly, they have seats on opposite sides of the room but the window is only on one side of the room. You could not hear when your name was called. When I asked the lady to talk louder she refused. I will not return here, the offices in Laurel are much better.

Completely unprofessional staff, left a 1 year old in the room bleeding when they tried to get his blood and failed, without saying a word, leaving us scratching our heads and tending to his wounds.

No respect of time at all.Requested appointment online at 8am. 9:12am I am still waiting to get my blood test.The front desk receptionist is very rude and does not care to help at all.
