Horrible Horrible company to work for theyre unprofessional and lie about everything. You work with customers every minute and they have never caused me problems like management has! They send you around to 30 different higher ups before finally telling you theres no solution to your problem!

Worst place to work they are unfair they lie and they take everything out on the workers. I still work for then but not for long trust me. The pay is low and they take out hours. I work night shift and it still sucks badly. If you choose to work here please let this be for extra money only. Cause if they know you need the job theyll work you three times harder. Im in the army and my Sargent doesnt even treat me like this. Ive seen people not even last four hours because of the way they run stuff. Im telling you this to warn you its (alpha Sierra sierra) or ass. If there is any comments posted saying This branch of Airserv is a great job. It is a lie. :/

Please take time to read ALL these reviews before you take a job for this company (I wish I would have). I moved to Atlanta without a job and when I applied for Airserv and was offered a position Oct 12, 2016 I honestly thought I was going to be in love with the company. Went to get my fingerprints on Oct 13th, did the proper protocol. I was then advised to wait 7 to 14 days to hear back from them, never heard anything back so I started to call and go up there. They NEVER answer the phones, so when I finally started working which was November 15, 2016 I was informed that I had to redo my paperwork because some how it was LOST. I was suppose to receive my first check Monday, November 28, 2016 . I went to work @ 1pm so I waited till it was close to till 1 to pick up my check, when I got there I was informed my check wasnt there (which a lot of employees check wasnt and if it was there it was messed up/wrong) . I was then told the checks would be there Wednesday, So when Wednesday came I called the airport to see if my check was there and it wasnt. I was told my check will definitely be there by Friday December 2, 2016. I was out of town due to death in my family but when I arrived back in town Monday December 5, 2016 morning I went to get my check, guess what still NO CHECK. After speaking with about 15 different people I finally was able to talk to someone with a little knowledge (Ms.Powell - HR) she then started to do a little investigation and found out my check was giving to someone else and cashed this was on. After she told me that news, I turned my shirts and badge back into them. I was told to do a stop payment and a affidavit letting them know it wasnt me who cashed the check and I should have a check by Friday December 9, 2016. Remind you rent is due by the 1st no later then the 3rd, other bills are due as well. December 6, 2016, I found out a member of management who passes check out gave my check to another employee and that employee cashed my check on November 28, 2016 (which was the day i was suppose to pick up my check) Today is December 9, 2016 I have yet to receive a check. Ive tired to talk to people higher but they will not give me the numbers, Ive call different locations in different states still has got nothing. This company is unorganized and very unprofessional. I will NEVER work for them again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone either. Hope this help you make a better decision as far as weather this is a good company for you.

Just dont do it. Its not worth it. They lie. They screw up peoples money, they treat their employees like crap. I never thought Id see a company this bad, proved me oh so wrong. Most of the issue came from the company and not the passengers.

Today was supposed to be payday they wait until the day of christmas to tell people they wont be open on payday which is today 12/26/2016 and we will have to wait until tuesday to receive a paycheck, but they passed out some checks last week on friday. They are very unprofessional and when i go get my last check im turning in my badge i will not recommend this job to anyone. They mess up your money. When i did orientation i was told they were paying us for 8 hours when it was time to receive my first check i was told they only paid us for 6 hours. I will never waste my time with this company. If my money is not right im taking they ass to court

This is the MOST unorganized, unprofessional company I have EVER worked for in my life! No one knows whats going on and they dont care about the employees. Just a bunch of people grouped together giving out incorrect information. Delta Norths HR department needs to hire different people who actually are there to help and not just sit at their desks with frowns on their faces. I wouldnt recommended this company to my WORST enemy!

Im suing them and filing unemployment. They fired me and put i quit on my separation notice. I HATE THIS COMPANY

This place sucks, but hey what do you expect from a company that hires any and every body that applies. My last day was October 2nd and here it is November 23rd and Im still playing cat and mouse trying to get my final check and separation notice... -_- But no one knows where it is and the people I have to talk to are never in the office according to rude Rita... So unorganized and unprofessional!!!

Not good I found that the manager promote the wrong people to management positions over the people that have the knowledge of the operation

Worst company ive ever worked for I regret it to this day they hire a lot of young people and put them in a high positions such as leads and dont pay them their right amount for the work their responsible for, the supervisors are VERY unreliable theyre young too and think their higher than you, and theres no guarantee youll get paid what they advertise, they really dont care about their employees!
