Was in today, service was amazing. Customers were shady at best, ankle tether and such.

This store hasnt been opened in a while. Online says yes but I havent found it open in the last couple months. What is going on ?

This place is super clean gloria super helpful and they can get you in to the best phones possible service is really good compared to the big three phone companys worth a stop

Told me to call. Couldnt help. When I called said had to go to store. Not very knowledgeable. Lazy even. Act as if over worked even though when i pulled up they was huffing cigarettes outside. Maybe I just interrupted a good cigg.

Clean store with great customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful, going the extra mile to make sure everything was switched over. Really appreciated the extra effort.

My son James works at the Coldwater location and is very knowledgeable in phones and service. He has been there almost a year but his experience goes back for years from phones of his own!! If you need a new phone and want great customer service, pay him a visit!!

The customer service was awsome. James was very patient with me and my infant. He was very professional, got me into my new phone and so far works pretty good. Thanks for making it pain free for me.

Store is under new management. Store was clean and a very welcoming environment. The new manager was more helpful than previous employees. She was able to help me resolve the phone issues I was having and help us save some money by suggesting that we readjust my phone plan to save me money. Would highly recommend.

Gloria was absolutely amazing at the coldwater store. Before seeing her i was on the phone with 4 different assistants also sent to lg then came in to the store and she fixed my problem with in an hour...

Waited 20 minutes store did open

There hours specify 10 am to 6 pm on Friday the store was closed at 5:40 pm when I arrived to pay my bill. I knocked on the glass and the tenant looked at me and waived at me and I couldnt pay my bill

Employee tried to con my wife into upgrading our phones, saying that the Stylo 6 and the Stylo 5s we have are no longer compatible. Not true at all.

A rep sold me a coolpad phone didnt inform me that the coolpad phone has alot of problems that they dont know how to fix they give you coolpad customer service phone number but you can never get a answer from them.

Went and talked to a lady about switching from cricket to boost and she was very nice and showed me the deals and went through the whole nine yards with me. Service looks better than what i am getting right now so most likely swith to boost

Would give 0 stars if I could was denied service for not being medically able to where a mask and was refused corporate and owner contact information and have it all on video so I will be sueing this store

The only reason Im giving this rating is because depending on the employee, depends on the service given. Ive had a manager be rude as all can be to my boyfriend and myself. Then other times, we go in there and get excellent service.

The guy didnt know much on when i asked him what was the up grade from my phone. Not very helpful

When your store hours are posted on your web site for certain times and your store front has NO hours on it. Your phone rings then goes dead. How is one suppost to make a payment or upgrade when no one is here....
