I love this place. My life is busy, but if I have a bit of time, they always fit me in exceptionally fast, even though they are always busy. I love the customer service. They go above and beyond what I expect an oil change place to do. The prices are competitive, but the quality of goods sold is of good quality and worth the prices. Besides the dealership that I got my car from, this is the only place that I will go for oil changes. They show me the parts that need to be replaced, so I always know theyre not pulling a quick one on me. They also keep my info stored on the computer, so checking out is always a piece of cake.

If you want a good high mileage oil change. You cant get under the car for what they charge. VERY good history with this oil.

Well before today its been convient to get my oil changed there. But theres the moment when you realize that you just duped in to something. I never will I go back or tell anyone good things about the oil place. They have always asked me what I would like to use or do. With products being put in my vehicle.today was not the case. I said I needed transfer case fluid because it leaks. They used a different brand then after only adding 1 quart.Said it was still low and would need more but it was 15 dollars a we quart at theyre cost. I said they were getting ripped off cause I can get it for a little over 5 at Quincy value parts. This is were I found out that fluids had been mixed. I know nothing about mechanics and asked if the mixed would cause problems.. The owner didnt know and walked away and said something to one of the wrenches. He didnt know for sure either but when I asked him if they could just drain it and put one type of fluid he said it would be 59.00 extra for a flush. I guess it was my fault for driving off because I felt the pressure because other vehicles were waiting in line.

We went here to get an oil change today. We had a car in front of us waiting in line. We waited well over 20 minutes and the line never moved at all. The sign says 10 minutes or less which is obviously not true. We found somewhere cheaper and a lot faster to go to. Quaker oil.

Just waited in line for 25 minutes with only one car in the shop. I guess they shouldnt advertise 10 minute oil changes.

The technician that drained my old oil and installed a new oil filter didnt tighten it enough and i lost 4 qts of oil between last monday when i came in for an oil change and friday evening when my engine started making tapping noise. Which started while on my way home friday evening. Upon checking out why my engine was making noise i got underneath my explorer to find oil sprayed around the area where the oil filter was. Oil was dripping from the bottom of the filter. I could turn the filter with my bare hand then used an oil wrench to properly finish tightening the filter. I had to use another vehicle to purchase more oil and it took 4 qts to get it to the proper fill line on the dip stick. Needless to say im not very happy. The customer next to me was either the owner of the oil place, or some person that the employees like to bend over for because as i was waiting in the other bay i saw 5 people do just that. I was never asked if i wanted to try the pennzoil high mileage advertised outside, i just think that the customer service was far better for the guy with a 2018 denali than it was for me and my 2003 explorer with 200,000 miles on it. Sad thing is that i was a loyal customer. Not any more. No sense in going back and explaining what happened because they will deny it. now i have to live with a vehicle, hoping no damage was done bc someone who works there doesnt have the basic understanding that you need to tighten an oil filter enough so that it wont leak oil.
