Went in looking to get notary services. No other customers were in the store but the counter help was rude and told us we needed an appointment. The web site for making appointments was cumbersome and so frustrating. The counter help saw us struggling with the web site, because no one else was there, yet didn’t even help us with the web site. Terrible experience. Felt like they just wanted to get back to their coffee break. We went elsewhere.

Service is good.3 stars because I came all the way into town to drop off a package because website says they are open until 1pm but they are closed. Actual hours are Mon - Wed 7am - 6pm. Closed Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun. What kind of hours are those. Please correct this on your website.

I hate going here. The kid that works every Saturday is so rude. I have seen him argue with so many people. No customer service skills at all. I will never use this place for any of my shipments, if amazon didn’t force me to go to ups I wouldn’t and since the next closest place is a 50 min drive I’m stuck going here. Teach the kid some customer service skills please

Way overpriced shipping here. Charge for everything. If you bring in an item already in a box they will gripe and charge you to repack it in THEIR box!

I ordered postcard wedding invitations. No contact 10 days after due and no word from store or company to explain why. I called both store and company with no luck. Just kept getting email with less than no information saying they where open. Will never order from them again.

I took an amazon package there last Saturday to be returned. It was the first day I had been out since the government lockdown and I was nervous about being out. I sat the package On the desk and the young man said he would scan it. He did not scan it in front of me nor did I get a receipt. Now I have not gotten a refund and amazon has not received my return of a tv antenna. I know right when they scan it your refund appears but I thought I’d wait a few days. Well. No refund and amazon never received my package. I will never go the Coldwater UPS again and I learned my lesson. I will always get a receipt. I called and a young man answered. He said he couldn’t help me and didn’t know what to tell me. I called again and a lady said they could not tell me if an amazon package went out that day even though it said in the phone message they could help me. Thanks for nothing UPS

Mike and Rob are always very helpful when I come in to ship things out. There have been several times Ive come in with multiple boxes all going to different locations and theyve been very understanding and patient. Great service. I would definitely recommend stopping in for all your shipping needs.

Rob came through in the clutch. Hours say they open at 7am but it was 8am the day I was in the area. Had a print job I needed simple done professionally and Rob made sure to make up for the hour difference. Handled the job efficiently and professionally.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. We were expecting a very important package (photography equipment for a wedding this weekend) to be picked up at this location. Weve done this many times at different UPS stores across the state (mainly Kalamazoo, but others depending on wedding location); always with no issues. This store refused our package because we did not call ahead, even though no where on the shipping website does it say that a customer has to call the UPS Store to notify them of an upcoming delivery, and the delivery was made today.Not knowing this, we went into the UPS Store to ask for clarification and explanations (since we live in the area and this location would be convenient for future deliveries), only to be met with a hostile reaction from the employee. He (Mike) was completely unprofessional and rude, and never offered an explanation other than they are independently owned and do things their own way.UPS (the actual shipping company, not this UPS Store) and the UPS distribution center were very helpful in getting our package tracked down (in route back to California) and rerouted the truck so we could get our package. The driver of the UPS truck explained the situation very kindly and was very helpful. Luckily, we have our package in hand and crisis averted, but no thanks to the UPS Store of Coldwater.Save yourself the headache and have your packages routed anywhere but this place, unless you enjoy someone treating you like garbage.

I wouldnt ship a box of dirt from here. Rob the manager has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. First our package was missorted and arrived a week late. When it did arrive the contents were completely destroyed. Now, after another week of phone calls, emails and trips back to the store, he has refused to honor the refund that we were promised by the headquarters in Atlanta. Save yourself and your Christmas. DONT SHIP UPS!!

Dont even bother unless you want to be extremely overcharged for everything by a smug jerk behind the counter. Go to the USPS office and you will get much better, friendlier service.

Walked in the store with a question and Mike instantly picked a fight with us. Had a package to be delivered and they sent it back to the sender. Because, in his words, its not his job to hold our package at his store. And even though UPS had a tracking number to ship it to this store and hold it for my pick up, he said no. Not his job.

Worst packing job EVER. Fishing poles wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap with airbags at either end. Apparently, a box fell onto the poles snapping all three in the middle - big surprise. The owner, Ralph, blames UPS shipping, UPS states unequivocally that they were packed incorrectly. When I opened the box, the poles would never have survived. Ralph stated they were packed to UPS standards. While the insurance claim was (still is) in process, Ralph wont pay the claim, even after UPS has approved it. He failed to accept responsibility for packing them incorrectly (he states he packed them himself) and he failed to make it right by not paying the claim until UPS pays him. Is this who you would trust with your shipping needs? I would hope not...

My company ships from this store on a regular basis. Yesterday, my coworker went to the store with the plan to ship a box via 2-day ground. The ups employee, Mike, was extremely unhelpful and rude. My coworker told him that he was being combative; he ripped the label off and told her to go somewhere else. My coworker went back to the store this morning and told the manager of the incident. He proceeded to minimize the situation by making the excuse that Mike was having a bad day yesterday. Unfortunately, Mike is consistently rude and behaves in a very unprofessional manner. At times, I forget that I am not at the government-run USPS.

I honestly had THE WORST experience with UPS before I went in to the store because the call center is a complete joke. Thankfully Mike made up for the horrible service I had been getting before and made a lot of calls, going above and beyond to make sure I finally got my package.
