My son worked through them and got hurt on the job. They let him go stating he failed a drug test. He was never given a drug test after his injury. He was told he was going to have to go to prompt care to be evaluated and drug screened and the morning he was supposed to go, Elwood called him and told him not to go. Very very very unprofessional.

Threw my drug test in the trash without checking results. Told me to go to a medical facility and pay out of pocket for a test.

Kate at Elwood was so wonderful! She literally put me to work within 2 days. The communication is excellent. Highly recommend!!!!

If Kate is still there, you couldnt have a finer person to be in your corner. I work at a fine company with a spotty work history because of so many years of self employment, that is like a revolving door. My Company in Homer will fire people almost for sneezing. In the last 15 months, I have seen so many people come and go that it is amazing, but Im still there, and only because Elwood Staffing went to the wall, to get me in... Its even harder to get in, than it is to stay. Elwood Staffing, Coldwater, all the way. My thanks to them, and a fine staff.
