Purchased a 1996 Maxum boat. Went to go to the lake and tried to start the boat and when turning the key all there was was a grinding sound. Found out they had broken a starter bolt off in the block and zip tied the starter in place. Also found on bottom of boat fiberglass was missing all the way down to the wood and boat was leaking. Do not recommend buying anything from this place as they sell lemons and junk.

Highway under construction. But take the scenic route and youll have a lovely country drive.

If you want to pay high prices for shade tree work, use Lake Drive Marine. I don’t think any of their mechanics know anything about wiring.

I cannot say enough about Jeff and his crew at Lake Drive Marine. Here is a great example. I bought a used 2008 boat and motor from Jeff. After a month after the sale the Powerhead blew With out a question they took boat back in. They paid Hydro Tech to rebuild engine (I highly suggest to NEVER to use this company Hydro Tech for any of your Yamaha services read further ). After few months I pick up my rebuilt engine This is a $5500 -$6000 dollar bill. Jeff paid this bill without a question. Fast forward to date. The same powerhead blew again with less then 20 hrs. After rebuild There was a 1 yr warranty from Hydro Tech. They would NOT honor their warranty. That’s another story in itself Not only did Jeff go to bat for me. He also got Yamaha involved into this mess. Not sure how but Jeff pulled a lot of strings with Yamaha I am now proud owner of a 2020 brand new Yamaha VMAX SHO. If you truly want to be taken care of and know that their is TRUE service after the sale this the place to go.

I got my boat 2 weeks ago at another dealer. Was taking on water. Sent a video to that dealer and said bring it in we arent sure whats wrong with it. Ddnt have much faith in that answer. Took it to Lake Drive Marine instead and as soon as I showed the video to Jeff he knew what was wrong. Fixed it right away in the parking lot for free and sent me on my way. Great place.
