Nothing but bad service here plus they offered a free oil change with this coupon and all they did was change the filter. They left old oil in. But were very eager to point out a bad rear end seal and give me a rediculess quote. Would highly recommend you go anywhere but here.

I feel like I do not know enough about cars to give D&M a fair review. However, I DO know that I paid 1K and they had my car for 2 whole wks to replace a heater core, charged me $200 more than the estimate, then tacked an extra $50 on top of that when I picked my car up, he split my dashboard and glued it back together, and 2-3 wks after picking it up I had absolutely no heat. I called and left a message, but never received a call back from them. Someone told me I need to replace my thermostat after replacing a heater core. If this is true, why didnt this shop tell me this? If it isnt true, why is my heat blowing cold off and on? All in all, I do not feel comfortable with the work I had done here.

Took my truck in for rear brake line. I picked it up and it still has air in the lines. I almost hit a car 3 blocks away from shop. Brought it back immediately!!Spoke to a co-owner named Duke. Told me to drive it for the weekend and if not better bring it back on Tuesday so they could re-bleed the brake line.I googled brake lines. It wont get better.... just worse.

Boy do I miss the sobeski Auto, when they give you a quote they dont mess up. Had a quote for four struts and a front end alignment talk to them three different times on the quote. I went to pick my car up I only had two new front struts and a front end alignment wanted to charge me the same price argued with me I had to pay the same price. What happens to the days you backup your quotes not screw people over. Thats not even the worst part they put a dent in my front fender and never said a word.

Great service reasonably priced

We were just starting out on our vacation when our airconditioner went out. Of course it was a hot day. We tried several different repair shops with no luck for same day service. I ask one of the shops if they could recommend where else we could try, and they said try D & M. They gave us directions and we were there in 2 minutes. When we pulled in, there were a lot of cars. I thought to myself this isnt good, theyre real busy. We went in the office and explained our situation. The gentleman behind the counter said to come back in an hour or so and theyll fit us in. We did, and they worked on our vehicle between jobs. We were out of there in an hour and very appreciative of their understanding of our circumstances. I would highly recommend.

Honest people work here and they are always willing to help at a fair price.

Ive been doing business with these guys for years. Im happy to recommend D&M to my friends without reservation. I know theyll do right by them.

Called to get my car on the schedule to be worked on in the following days. Didn’t take much for them to say bring it in we’ll have it done today and better yet in less then an hour. Sure as can be my husband took it in they fixed it right up for the right price and he was house 30 minutes later!

Second trip in, all work performed correctly. On par parts and labor.

Took over 2 months to fix my car and original quote was 2 weeks, not to mention it had to be taken back twice to get it right!?!?! Also the bill was over $2500 more than the verbal quote... which they refused to honor. Dont waste your time, money, or dignity by allowing them to even look at your car!!

Regardless of what anyone says, they are a great shop. The final quote was less than the original quote, by $100. They did mess up the pulley which ruined the belt, and this happened after I went out of town. BUT they paid for it to be fixed at a different shop, in full. You dont find service, or people that value their work more than these people. This is my new shop.
