The transition from our previous network administrator to Twinstate has gone very smoothly. With their guidance we upgraded our endpoint protection & cybersecurity software, firewalls, server hardware, server backup software and transitioned from an exchange server to office 365. Our primary contact Art does a great job of listening to our needs and concerns and thoughtfully suggests best solutions. Additionally, when we work with the support team they have done a great job resolving any concerns we have brought to their attention as well as any issues they notice as network administrators.
